Great style Our salesperson, Maret Gubisch, was great!

In Sep. 2017 we purchased furniture worth of almost $30,000, we received everything by Dec. Few pieces were defected like both chandeliers, media center and the two worst chairs (pics are attached )we made many attempts for there return or replacement, the only response we have received so far are many excuses. We have purchased the rest of furniture from Ethan Allan and Bassett and there quality is superb. Amina is the only helpful person in this store.

Luxury stores are forced to walk a fine line between being pretentious and welcoming to everyone. The staff at this location seems to get it and understands that not everyone is there to buy the high end furniture but needs the same help with a faucet and that the right detail means a lot to homeowners. I appreciate the service here and will always return to see what alternatives they offer.

Quality store, superb customer service. I have purchased several items from cell phone covers to high end furniture and the staff treats you the same whether you spend $100 or $1000. Keep up the good work, well be coming back for sure!

The staff here are very odd. I guess if you don’t look a certain way they assume you cannot afford RH pieces, and boy are they wrong. They lost a sale and definitely a customer. I’ve walked around looking at the furnishings, no one asked me did I need help. I’ve come in for samples, and a sales member who was a gentleman just sat and looked at me. I had to go to another team member for help. When I came into the store on Wednesday, team members were in a huddle, and the huddle was not a team meeting. Customer service is very off setting and not welcoming at all!

Customer service has been terrible - ordered expensive vanity for bathroom remodel from parole store and they shipped wrong sinks twice - can’t get answer as to when correct one will be here - no one communicates with us or act like they care - will never spend another dollar in this place !- Scott Strickler
