The man working here was so kind and helpful even carrying my pumpkin decorations while helping me find some battery operated tea lights. The best customer service I have gotten on a long time. Love this store. 💜💜💜💜💜

Our designer we worked with was phenomenal

My husband and I were preparing to buy a sofa from this store today until we discovered this company had discontinued their Veterans discount. The sales person I spoke to was pretty short about it, and we were pretty disappointed.I wrote customer service, only to receive an email saying that Unfortunately, for business reasons, [the veterans discount] is no longer offered. The companys stock is doing extraordinarily well; recent company earnings indicate the company overall has booming sales. Its disappointing to say the least.

Visited the store on 5/25/21. I roamed the center of the store looking for candles and diffusers. Encountered at least 3 store employees who made eye contact but neither asked if I needed help nor said hello. I approached the main desk where a 4th person also wouldn’t look up to ask if I needed anything. I had to interrupt her (not with a customer) and ask what I was looking for. I usually give people the benefit of doubt with bad service, everyone has bad days. But this undeniable snobbish and unfriendly behavior. Most certainly will not be doing business with this store again

The store itself was nice and clean. They have social distancing reminders everywhere. The clerks were nice and they have a lot of stock.You can no longer use the outside door; you can only enter and exit inside the mall.As for pottery barn, this was my first time ever in a store. While their furniture looks nice in the catalog, the current stock looks cheap in person. There were very few pieces that appeared actual wood rather than mdf and veneer. Overall, Im underwhelmed.

Amy provided the best service ever. Even the customers in this store act like they just purchased Louis Vuitton. Prices are great, light and energetic atmosphere. I will be back to order and purchase after closing on my new home.

Had been having a looong day and came to pick up an item they were holding for me with my two kids. Friendly staff greeted me quickly to help and checked me out and even engaged/talked with my toddler while I navigated the bag and baby. Super helpful and friendly staff and great products as always.

Oh my, my whole room is basically Pottery Barn furniture.

The products there are over satisfactory. I bought a bed frame from them and it has lasted me for several years. Customer service is very good if I ever need furniture I would definitely come back to pottery Barn.

Service was terrible. Sales person(Terry) introduced herself to us twice because she kept going back and forth with various customers. Last bit was when she came back with a smug look and stated proudly how the other customer was taken care of...they came after us...again, she couldnt remember who she was helping. We left.

Wow! From the moment I walked in I knew this store was special! Several people asked if I needed help and when I responded no they let me be. The general manager went out of his way to help me when I needed it! He went above and beyond! ! The store has beautiful things and is very organized and clean! Ill be back for sure!😊

We have ordered 2 sets of furniture. The first set took a month longer than expected to deliver and they canceled items that were ordered claiming they didnt carry them anymore without ever calling to tell us. The second set was a table and chairs. We received the chairs quickly but the table has taken almost a month now and we still have no idea when we will get it. Im never ordering anything from pottery barn again unless I can pick it up in the store. The corporate level of this company must be braindead/incompetent. Nothing runs smoothly at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It like shopping at a Maserati dealership but for furniture that is just within reach.

Terrible service. Bought many items in the past and enjoyed the quality of their items. However, this time I went in to purchase a lamp and was totally ignored by everyone of their sales representatives. I left the store in frustration and will never return.

Customer service is abysmal at this store. Manager (young guy) is reasonable, helpful and personable but all other female employees I have encountered are snobby, confrontational and seem to spend more time sniping amongst themselves than helping what few customers are in the store. Not sure why these employees seem to be so impressed by themselves; their social skills are severely lacking and lets face it, its not Saks Fifth Avenue--its a Pottery Barn in a suburban mall for heavens sake. They dont possess enough common sense to realize that making rude comments to and about other customers is not attractive. I have been treated with more respect and consideration at much more exclusive retail stores. Perhaps that explains the fact that these so-called salespeople are working at Pottery Barn, rather than a higher-end retail location. Love the merchandise, detest the attitude of the female sales clerks.

Ive brought a few things here and I got a good deal for a birthday gift for a friend. Though I wont lie there are some problems with Pottery Barn such as the employees ignoring or choosing not to communicate with customers browsing or trying to get help.
