Very satisfied with the customer service. The associate Joe and the manager Joe were both very helpful. Service tech Cody (no longer there) was a lot of help and knew his stuff too.

Taylor took her time to make sure that my transaction went great. All the staff was attentive and did great. Dont listen to the bad reviews!

***This review is for the Bay Ridge Rd. Location - sorry for my confusion***Our experience was amazing! It was the best customer service weve experienced in the past 3 years or so! Shawniece was fantastic - she went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, even to the point of calling in to get the military benefits added to our account and then texting us the information so we could go to the website and submit our documents for proof of our eligibility. She is a true asset to T-Mobile and the reason we would drive nearly an hour to go specifically to this location again to ensure we get such a wonderful, personable and exceptional experience! Initially had issues a few months ago when the 3 really young girls were working... They had very poor manners and were not interested in helping customers... Just chatting amongst themselves. One even rolled her eyes at me.The current employees are more mature.Phone service is pretty good, not 100% satisfied with it, or with customer service in the call center. Theres room for growth, though.

I went to T-Mobile yesterday to switch from my parents Verizon plan to my boyfriends plan at T-Mobile. The store manager, Annie, helped us get everything set up. She was the best service person at a mobile phone company I have ever worked with. So pleasant, very patient, and was able to explain things without making me feel guilty about not getting certain perks. I would certainly recommend this store!

The staff treat you like a trespasser when you come in and the VERY LAST thing they want to do is actually help you! Not friendly at all, not welcoming in the least.

This location is MILES better than the Westfield mall location. Austin is amazing! He was super helpful in upgrading my familys phones and was gracious when we returned a wrong case my wife was sold by the other location. The store is clean and bright and friendly. I encourage everyone to visit.

I have recently started going to this location and have been very pleased with the service here. I was greeted and helped almost immediately. Tanner was very friendly and helpful. I will def be coming back. Tanner is the best !

This T-mobile place has great and friendly staff! Had an issue with my prepaid and needed assistance on Sunday. Got to the store around 1130am and did not realize the store opens at 12pm. Brian G - the CSR that helped me earlier was kind enough to assist me before the store officially opened and got everything straight! Thanks again!

My experience was wonderful. I went near closing to purchase my son an iphone7 for Christmas. I was the only customer in the store. The assistant manager Annie was patient, informative, professional and just all around pleasant. I never felt like she wanted to hurry and get off from work since it was almost 8:00 pm. FIVE STARS!

Upon arriving at the location , my wife and I were greeted by Tanner. We brought our online purchased S8 to have them transfer data to new phone. Tanner gave us such good service that we end up buying another S8 along with 2 cases and a wireless charger.. Tanner Rocks!!!

Don’t ever buy or get anything from this company they cheat and lie to you. Their rates never are accurate. You’ll end up paying so much for a poor signal.

Very helpful staff. Someone was being trained but it was still effortless. Usually I dread going to places like this, instead it was easy and I left feeling satisfied.

Amanda was great at her job she was more help then the big chain stores was looking for a hotspot device needed it today could not want to have is ship to me my hats off to t moble to having it in stock so I could pick it up at a good price all the big chain stores wanted 200 plus for the the device but did have cheaper ones but not in stock I hate that they all put the high price stuff in stock but ofcorse you can get it on line in a few days that just BS I will move my service to t moble as soon as my contract is up so great to find a real person to talk to on the phone that knows there job at is very helpfull the big chains get so big they just dont care its all just go on line to get what you need sprint AT&T boost Verizons best buys cricket I called them all t moble will be my store from now on

The store was great but Tmobile customer service left me on hold for more than a hour.

Avoid this store at all costs - totally conceals charges, will not take phone back even thoug provided original receipt and in a sealed box. Go elsewhere.

My experience at this location was nothing but outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful from the first step i walked in to the store, I love my new phone and my bill is cheaper than verizon i will recommend my family and friends to T-Mobile! THX GUYS YOUR AWESOME!

When i went to T mobile store she said its free tablet. Actually she said 2 free tabletI was so happy i told my wife i got 2 free tablet but my wife say they cant be freeWhen my wife open the tablet it came with 2 sim as well i was surprised why it came with 2 sim because she didnt mention it at T mobile store and when my wife call costumer service and they said they gonna charge 50 dollars each month for each tablet to paid off tablet .But why they lie to me about free tabletI had 4 line from them , i already cut off 2 line and very soon im gonna say bye bye T mobile to paid off rest of phones .I had very bad experiences with T mobileThier costumer service is so poor and they lie on all new promotion to get you a free tablet but its not .I learn my lesson & you should be very carefulThank you

Mislead & mistreated! Dana told us about a deal to sign up for an account, but she did not set it up correctly, and therefore, we did not get the deal. Dana is completely incompetent. The manager, Andy, was extremely rude when I tried to get this resolved.

Take your time. Generally you can be able to waiting for patients.
