Absolutely adore this consignment shop. They have an amazing selection. The prices are fair and the service is always top tier. I enjoy going on Sundays. My daughters into vintage fashion and she always finds something.

I went in as a first time customer to drop off some items. As soon as I arrived, I complimented the counter clerk on the stores layout and products, thinking I might poke around and buy something. As I discussed the items I was offering to the store, I was met with one negative comment after another. I understand that staff needs to educate the public on their policies, however, there is a more positive way to do that, especially with a brand new customer. Not only the words but the delivery was offensive; little to no eye contact, a completely disinterested attitude.The final blow was when she told me it probably wasnt worth the contract fee for me since I had so little that could be accepted.(Not thinking that in the course of the year, I might actually bring more things in, not to mention maybe doing some shopping there!)My strong sense was that she did not want me as a customer, seller OR buyer.Im happy to oblige, and will definitely let my friends and family know about this experience. Pretty pathetic.

My experience at New To You consignment was less than desirable. The service was subpar and the attendant was not attentive and welcoming. I will not be returning to this establishment nor will I recommend selling your items here.

I cant wait to get to Annapolis to shop here! I always leave with amazing finds. The gals are always so genuine and down to earth. I feel like Ive known them forever! Im going back tomorrow for more great stuff because its 30% everything tomorrow! I hope that kitchenaid mixer is still there!

The only reason Im giving this place 4 stars is because the clothes were organized by color, not size and it was a bit disorganized. So it was harder to find things for my sister and I (you really have to search). They had a sale, which was great, and a huge discount rack, another plus. I found new Hudson jeans for $7 (retail $90-200+) and a couple other like new items. The staff seemed nice, especially the teller who checked me out. My recommendation to the management would be to organize the clothes by size AND color, and make the size sections more visible. People would probably buy more ;)

I love this place. I have been a client and a customer for years. Shopping here has saved so much time and effort especially when I want to try a new style or fashion and Im just not sure if its me. Its fun to come here with my girlfriend where we always spend an hour or two just looking around.The staff is always polite and kind. I enjoy the family of employees and the new young staff of people who are learning that you dont have to pay full price or sale prices!! I highly recommend New to You

A little over packed and unorganized, but you can sometimes find some great vintage items here if thats on your radar. Prices vary wildly and seem a little arbitrary. For me the coat area and the glasswear/knick-knacks area were the clear winners in content. Check new item prices online as I found a few marked higher than retail value which is not what I would expect from a consignment shop. Like I said, sort of arbitrary pricing. I walked away with a creamer in the shape of a rabbit that I have had on my Amazon wishlit for awhile at about half the cost. I was pleased with my purchase but underwhelmed by the staff attitude, organization, and pricing. I will likely return to see how the inventory changes.
