Great little shop, worth a stop if you’re in the area. The coffee that I had was pretty solid, tasted good. They have a wide variety of coffee and tea available. During Covid there is only outdoor seating available, no heated patio when I was there.

A good place to take people who like flavored coffee. It smells amazing in there like a cold stone creamery. Quick service and very friendly and welcoming staff. I like that there is outdoor and inside seating.

Baltimore Coffee and Tea has a great selection of ground coffee, whole coffee beans, loose leaf tea, individual tea bags, as well as everything you need to make coffee and tea at home. I am not a big coffee drinker so I appreciate the wide selection of unique teas. You can also order any tea and coffee drink at the counter you would normally order at a coffee shop. They also have food available for you to order and once the pandemic eases you can eat inside at their tables. They have outdoor seating that is covered, so you can enjoy your coffee or tea rain or shine.

Tremendous selection of different types of coffee beans and teas. High quality coffee and one of the best places I have ever had coffee from. By the way there chocolate chip cookies are also fantastic.

The only place I get my coffee Whole Beans. 😉My favorite flavor chocolate caramel sea salt with a splash of 1921 creamer.

This location had an enormous supply of coffee beans from all over and smelled heavenly the minute you walked in. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beans but more importantly the coffee was delicious as well as my sandwich.

Hate the location with a passion, no parking for walk in and walk out business. It is now such an uphill battle to eat here, plan for extra time if you want a sandwich or drink to go. One must serpentine in and out of a dark parking garage and hope there is no traffic floundering in the dark when you return to your car. New gluten free bread is dry and tasteless. Sandwich and salad combinations to put on the bread is very good.

Walking by this place and smelling all the different coffees is enough to draw you in. Customer service is good and the place is very clean with both indoor and outdoor seating. I got a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin which came out hot and cooked perfectly. The multi berry muffin was a great add on and my pumpkin spice latte gave me that fall taste I was looking for. I will absolutely be back to visit this place again.

Best coffee selection in town. Lots of different roasts to choose from and flavors if thats your thing. Friendly knowledgeable staff and great sandwiches.

They stock a wide variety of delicious coffees and teas. Their sandwich menu is also surprisingly good. I actually regularly get my lunches here now when I am shopping in the area.

Wasnt very thrilled. No whole milke available to start. Got an iced vanilla chai, but I think it should be renamed the Yankee Candle Latte. Tasted very...harvest candle haha. Others in my party were also not very satisfied with their coffee related beverages either.

Sandwich are good. Coffee not so much, which is surprising since the places specialty is coffee. They use French dark roast in all their expresso and flavored coffees. Its a matter of taste, but in my and friends opinion it is too bitter.

They offer a large selection of teas to browse when you want to try something new. The Scottish Breakfast tea from their reserve collection (black bags) is a morning staple of mine.

My $8 pour over was a bit watery. But Im not complaining too much. The service was great.

The coffee here is as good as the best coffee I have had at home, and the smoothie bowls are really yummy too. More importantly, the coffee is superb so much so we brought some home. The varied menu and staff are great!. Good service!

Stopped here for a cup of tea. From a tea store. You know, the word that’s part of their name. I ordered a cup of black tea and was directed to a basket of tea to choose from. It was all green, decaf or herbal. I asked a second employee if I could just get a cup of black tea. She said sure, I’ll go look for you. Never saw her again. They have shelves of boxes of Yorkshire Gold, Bewleys, Barry’s, Ahmad, etc, but I can’t get one cup of black tea? Very disappointed and won’t be back.

House rules were observed as well. Great costumer service and amazing coffee! Highly recommended!

Baltimore Coffee and Tea is the only place youll find delicious Eastern Shore Loose Tea. Its every bit as delicious as Capital Teas, significantly less impact on your wallet, and the staff has always been friendly.

Yesterday I walked into an empty shop manned by 2 gracious and efficient young people. I was quickly given my prepaid order of coffee beans and a sandwich. The roasted vegetable panini was absolutely delicious as was the fresh coffee this morning. QAa

This place rocks for a nice sit down coffee place.Key things:- Plenty of sitting space, so if youre looking for a place to grab a cup of Joe and chillax, this is a great spot either by yourself or with company.- Lots of drip options. They have 6 or 7 rotating drips every day and they can also do pour overs of their other beans. This means they have a huge variety and you can go every day and get a different cup. Ive always loved variety so I really enjoyed this aspect.- Comfortable cozy place. Good nice staff.- Didnt try their espresso drinks so cant review those.- They also have food! Didnt try it but nice to know you can grab a nice lunch while sipping coffee.There are some tonier coffee places in the area, but you cant beat the convenience and comfort of this place.

Ridiculously cheap and devoid of any of the culture that comes with tea and coffee. beans burnt to a crisp and artificially flavoured. It has the creative design of a gas station, and coffee to match. They even dont have the equipment to make a loose leaf tea for you?? Embarrassing. Save your money and go to Ceremony nearby.

They have a large selection of coffee beans to view and smell. Unfortunately their espresso drinks did not meet my expectations. I ordered a medium latte- the milk had almost no microfoam and the espresso tasted overly bitter. The pastries tasted processed and not fresh.Overall- A good place for coffee beans, but if you want an espresso beverage, go somewhere else

I happened upon this fabulous coffee shop location when a friend suggested we meet there. There is a nice outdoor seating area, spaced out comfortably (you dont feel like youre sitting on top of the table next to you). Even the seating indoors is spacious. When I walked in, I immediately was welcomed by the aromatics of their fresh coffee bean selection.Their coffee was amazing. I enjoyed an iced mocha and found the flavors to be well-balanced. Often I have to request the barrista go light on the flavorings/syrups-not here! I was not overwhelmed with sweetness and was able to enjoy the coffee and chocolate flavors of my drink.We also split a mixed fruit muffin, but I was disappointed the fruit was predominantly in the muffin top. The rest of the muffin was empty and a bit dry.The cashier taking care of us was patient while I had an indecisive moment and finally settled on the iced mocha. Thank you! To make the interior area a bit more inviting, a couch or different chairs would make a big difference.If youre looking for delicious coffee, give this place a try. I honestly do not think you will be disappointed!

They do not have any for here mug options. Only option is disposable. I will not be back because of this. The earth is dying, the least a company can do is provide a simple way to reduce waste. Not impressed.

Walking in the door, you will be greeted by the best aroma of coffee ever! The staff is helpful, and professional. They have a delicious selection of baked goods and lunch items. It is pricey, but worth it.

Get my whole beans here nearly every time I run out of coffee. Lots of free and fun flavors in addition to great traditional roast and bean varieties. I recommend getting yourself a coffee gator (vacuum seal container for the grounds or beans) to keep it fresh, unless you drink it really quickly!

Always enjoy the atmosphere here anytime of the day I come in. Very courteous and welcoming staff. So many different choices of coffee to choose from. Cannot go wrong with any choice of their menu. Well recommended!

It would have been 5 stars, but Im sad they moved from their location on Bestgage road to over in the town center. Great place for coffee and coffee like snacks. Only downside is being in the Town Center is less convenient for parking and a quick pop in and out.

My favorite coffee shop. I personally like half-caff, iced. They make it every time and with a smile. No eye roll and heavy sigh like some other establishments. The service is fast and everyone on staff seems to like the job and put in full effort. If you like flavored coffees they offer an excellent variety of those whole-bean or ground. They offer great choices for breakfast whether you want an egg sandwich, a pastry or something light like fruit. They also have great treats for later in the day like cookies perfect for sharing.

Their new location in the Towne Centre is only convenient for residents and visitors of the Towne Centre. They were always busy at their old location because it was convenient and easy to get to for most people. There is no convenient parking now, its out if the way for most commuters, and every time Ive been there its been dead. So much for smart business decisions. Itll be out of business in a year. Coffee is ok, but what does that matter is no one is going there.

The staff are incredibly friendly and if you go enough, remember you by name. This has to be the best selection of teas and coffees in the area as well as the best tasting coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed.

Their coffee beans are great. I wish they didnt move to Towne Center. Not convenient for parking. If youre already there, great. But, if I need beans ASAP, Starbucks or Ceremony for easy access.

Pretentious, so make sure to be well groomed before you step inside. Great selection of coffees and baked goods. There is also a good selection of healthy choices such fruit cups, veggie cups, salads etc. This place has free wifi which attracts the unemployed campers, students.. those who work from (coffee shops) need to be mindful of occupying a table that sits 4 or 6 people instead of smaller single table. Perhaps there should be an assigned area for those who would like to occupy their time on the web for the price of $6 late.

This place has everything a coffee aficionado could wish for, and a coffee newbie will have no issue, the staff is great at explaining everything, I have no sense of smell, just talk to one and youll get everyones helpful opinion. They grind to desired perfection for how you make coffee. If your beginning to love coffee, or a life long lover of coffees, this is the place to be.😀😇👍👌

It is great that the Parole Towne Centre has a coffee shop. However, the staff needs to be more attentive to the cleanliness of the store. I have had to ask staff members to clean the tables because every single one of them was filthy. They have numerous staff members just standing around, looking at their cell phones and not paying attention to the cleanliness of the store. Please. Clean the tables.

Exceptionally mediocre coffee shop. All the positive reviews led to my great disappointment. I will say that the environment is pleasant and the selection of packaged teas and coffees is very good. However, the staff behind the bar were curt and unfriendly and both the cold brew and iced chai were watery and flavorless. The hot drinks leave something to be desired as well. The coffee is very over priced for such poor quality and service. With so many great coffee options in Annapolis and nearby, I will not be returning to this store.

Great atmosphere and selections, but everyone in our party ended up dumping out their drip coffee (4 of us) and an Americano (1) and going to Starbucks. Weve had coffee from this company at its other locations and did not have this experience. Beans we bought in the past to brew at home were always good.

Atmosphere is relaxed, and the employees are absolutely amazing! Oh yeah, the iced mochas are pretty awesome too! If you prefer teas, their selection is unmatched. My #1 cafe in Maryland; thanks so much to the employees, love ya!!!!

I love there Eastern Shore chicken salad sandwich on the pretzel bread. Its delicious. Try it!

Coffee is definitely personal preference to some degree but I have found this place to be my favorite. Their espresso Roma whole bean is my favorite and I appreciate that they have a points card for a free pound of coffee after several purchases.

Wonderful place for coffee of tea. Coffee was fresh and the bistro was clean and inviting. Will definitely be visiting again.

Ive traveled all the lower 48 states and have been searching for a cafe like this. It is perfect. Tried several blends and wasnt the least bit disappointed. Oatmeal was equally splendid!

Ive been a costumer for years, in store and online. There Jack Reacher coffee is the best bold brew my husband has ever had. I love the Dutch Chocolate and Espresso Milano.

Got some lattes here. The shots in mine were burnt which pretty much ruined the whole drink. The double chocolate cookie was very good. Staff was courteous.

Bad service, bad coffee.I had just moved in to the apartment building upstairs, and decided to give the shop a try, hoping to find my new favorite coffee shop in my apt building.I Walked inside it smelled amazing, so I couldnt wait to try the coffee. Its a very nice looking shop on Annapolis Towne CentreI noticed that they have a large assortment of coffee beans in open bags near the counter..its a nice display, with some wonderful smelling coffees.When I went to the Counter to order 2 small mochas, the lady behind the counter was not friendly. Either she was having a very stressful day, or needs serious customer service training. l walked In with a smile on my face, but did not leave that way :(. It felt like I was just another obstacle in her evening, with the dead expression, monotone voice, and no greeting at all..it felt like I was hassling her to pay $10 for 2 small cups of expresso , milk and chocolate.Unfortunately, the mocha was bad. I hate to compare to a major franchise, but the Baltimore Coffee and Tea company isnt even close to Starbucks, Peets, or anything in that league. Save money, get some drinkable coffee and decent customer service across the street at the Starbucks in target, or at at McDonalds. I dont recommend their expresso/mochas.

When you walk in the door you are welcomed with the pleasant aroma of roasted coffee. They offer dozens of different types of whole bean coffee to choose from, and their drink menu is good; not great.

This company has the most amazing coffee and it is available in multiple flavors. It has more decaffeinated choices than anywhere else I have encountered. It is available in whole bean or ground to order. The coffee is smooth with low acid. Also the coffee is available by mail order. The shops do sell coffee and tea drinks along with food. You order at the counter - no table service. The original store is in Timonium, and there is one in Glen Burnie also.

Their sandwiches are pretty good. Coffee is tasty ans they have different flavors ready. Place is usually crowded. Not enough tables really, thats why I gave 4 stars.

Neat little shop with good dirty chai and interesting selection.Recommend you order a dirty chai (spiced, not vanilla) on a cold day and browse the selection of coffee and tea. They sell Yorkshire Gold here and a bunch of bulk, flavored caffinated and non-caffinated coffee beans. Plenty of room to have a seat, drink a cup of Joe and read the news.Not the most comfortable chairs, wouldnt recommend this place for long term studying.One negative was that they close pretty early for a coffee shop. Around 7PM on some days.

OK sandwiches, and the prices are posted so you can decide on what you want, but whats up with no prices posted for teas, coffees, etc.? I dont want to have to walk everything Im buying up to the counter just to get a price, and I would like to have the prices posted so I can decide which item is the better value. I would shop here more often if prices were posted but this annoys me enough so that I buy my tea at Wegmans.

We were in Annapolis and looking for a Starbucks when we came across Baltimore Coffee and Tea at 890 C Bestgate Rd. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful atmosphere and warm greeting from the three young ladies working that evening. Customer service appeared to be spot on with explaining the coffees available and the tasty pastries!! I was so impressed by their upbeat and friendly personality that I tipped heavier than usual. We took our coffee and pastry to a table and began to enjoy the yummy treat.....and then we were immediately approached by one of the girls. It was almost 7pm (6:59pm)....they would be closing in a minute and we were to leave. WHAT!?!? Shouldnt that had been told to us as we checked out just two minutes ago and before we sat down and got comfortable?? And really....what happened to customer service. Dont you just lock the door so no one new can come in and when the folks inside finish up you just unlock the door and let them out?? We had to stand outside (all the chairs were stacked and wet from the downpour that had happened an hour before) in the wind and cold to try to finish our purchase. Really?? This is just not great customer service. This is absent customer service. We watched and the three young ladies were cleaning up and closing down and chatting with each other, but not doing anything that would of made a difference had we still stayed sitting at the table. Would it really have made a difference to allow us to finish?? We finished and headed to our car at 7:05pm!! A total of 6 minutes that we would of been inside, enjoying and finishing our purchase and leaving with a very positive experience. We loved the bake goods. We loved the coffee. But with customer service like that....we will not be back nor will we ever recommend someone to go there. Our potential wonderful experience became another not caring about the customer experience.
