I have received the best customer service one can ever receive these days. Im not one to write reviews but the manager who helped me today deserves to be acknowledged. She was patient, tending to all my needs, constantly suggesting another item when the one I picked did not work, ordered my size when she didnt have it in the store and she made the entire experience very pleasant. This was one of the best days I had in a long time since the pandemic. Thank you.

Repugnant and rude owner/manager. If I could give zero stars for my review then I would give this store zero stars. If you enjoy shopping in a store where the owner and employees look down upon their patrons then this might just be the place for you.

I have been in and out a couple of times in this colorful and vibrant little boutique before finally deciding to make my first Lilly purchase. The sales people were eager to help and answered questions every time I was in. The store provides a peaceful, clean and no pressure shopping atmosphere. Everything is neatly organized which makes it easy to shop. The future of shopping is moving away from malls and its more important than ever to support these local stores. This is why I finally made a purchase. The pleasant conversations I had with the manager(?) helped my decision to support this small business as well.

I called the store to purchase an item that was sold out on Lilly. I had some hesitations because it was an expensive item and I had not tried it on before. The return policy is also 7 days for refunds and I want sure how that would work when they ship an item. They were very nice and waived shipping for me, shipped it quickly and said the return window would start after I received the item! LOVE it!

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. The owner/manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to my family. After reading all these negative reviews here on Google I now know that she is just a rude person in general and does not deserve to have any customers.

Lilly lover here visiting from Denver and I stumbled upon this adorable shop. I was super excited to be able to try things on as opposed to guessing with online shopping since there is zero Lilly in Colorado. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, nor were they pushy with sales. I didnt want to leave and it was hard not to buy everything. 😍 Thank you, Pink Crab for my 2 new super cute dresses!

Just stopped there today after having a terrific experience at the sister store in Delaware. The only thing they have in common is the name:... i also had an injury like the other reciew and also felt very much the same - they looked me up and down.... selection had fewer items than Delaware by half... decore was drastically different. The one in Delaware has cuter walls and changing rooms. The one in Annapolis had an old pair of noticably worn out shoes in the fitting room for trying on dresses. Yuk... customer service was non existent. I was the only customer in the store yet received no assistance vs. The girls in Delaware were so attentive... sale stuff was so much more limited and organized by design vs sizeWont come back

The rudest snobbiest employee I have ever encounted was today at this store. My mother,sister and I walked into the store along with our kids greeted with this behavior. When we first got there my neice and son went to where the front window display is, to play with their new toys they were excited about. While my mom and sister shopped, I sat next to them to keep an eye on them. Their employee came over staring at the kids like they were a disease, like we were lower, and as if we were a disruption to the store! They were not running, destroying or touching anything and I was sitting right next to them to supervise. My sister tells my mom “I don’t feel very welcomed here with someone staring at me the hole time, it’s making me uncomfortable, let’s leave.” Their employee says she was not staring she just doesn’t want the “kids to get hurt.” How could they get hurt playing with toys sitting with their mother/aunt? I then pick up my son quickly to leave (who has autism) which upset him causing him to cry and now she is staring in disgust at my son! I let her know it is very rude to stare, he has autism. She gave 0 apoligy and 0 reassurance that we are welcomed to shop there! VERY discimitory and unwelcoming. I guess you can’t be a mother and shop here or have a disability? We were all dress shopping but they lost business today by her snobby personality! If your in the area with your children DONT bother coming into this store! I certainly won’t even WITH OUT my kids !

This is a beautiful clothing store in Annapolis. Its surrounded by other stores & restaurants in this quiet & nice neighborhood.

Bad Experience. My friend and I went in to find a dress for her for when her husband returns from deployment. They only had a small (which fit her perfectly by the way), but the girls in there seemed to think that wasn’t the right size for her...as a result, the sales associate was hesitant to even give her the dress to try on in the first place. Once we were done, ALL THREE OF THEM proceeded to look her up and down with the most condescending expressions I have seen in a long time as she walked out the door. I WILL NOT be back. Rude. Tacky. No class. Pink Crab has officially lost my business.

My husband and I were in there yesterday and I told him I felt so uncomfortable they just look it up and down it really hurt my feelings I just had back surgery and this was my first time out and I know that my daughter loves the store and the stuff so I wanted to get something but we just left

My mom and I wanted to do some shopping today, so we called to make sure they were open less than 30mins ago. We fought the traffic, paid for parking and walked over only to be greeted by a sign saying they will be closed until 1pm. So how come they didn’t tell me this when I called? What kind of customer service is this? Now we have to wait and pay more for parking. Not happy.

Wife enjoyed this place. Only store she ended up buying clothing from.

Your website says you open at nine. Drive here, finally find parking, then your sign says 10. Update. 2 other people were here as well. You nay have lost some sakes
