Came in and I was serviced immediately very pleasant staff and the manager was also very very pleasant and very professional got me in and out in about two hours very good quality work and I’m a very happy customer would recommend to anyone

I always receive good service at this Jiffy Lube Location. Very pleasant staff and the waiting room is very clean - as is the bathroom.My local dealership requires at least half a day - I was in and out at Jiffy Lube in 30 - 45 minutes.I highly recommend to others.

Greg and Shawn are absolutely amazing!! They go above and beyond for their customers. I went to 5 Tire places and not one of them was able to help me same day! In a last ditch effort I pulled into jiffy lube at 638 pm (which closed at 7) I was instantly greeted by Shawn who asked how he could help after I explained my situation and the urgency of getting the tire today. He instantly took me to Greg who went above and beyond to help me out and at more affordable price than any of the others who couldn’t even see me right away.

Well my dad went today in the morning to get his transmission changed and when he got home he realize that they didn’t even close the transmission right like they literally left the lid on top the Motor. And he came home like that. Shows the unprofessional it is on there behave.

Got my oil changed it was fast an awesome. Some nice hot Customers to look at

I was treated with so much respect when I went there- no mansplaining, no pressuring me to buy extra services or pricier oil, and when I didn’t understand something they broke it down for me in a kind way that wasn’t condescending. I went to go get an oil change and my windows where put down when told not too now one of my window is stuck and won’t go all the up and they didn’t fix what they caused so never going again. They try to talk to me like I’m slow..

Professional, friendly service. Ran through the services and parts that did or did not need to be replaced. I did not feel pressured to get anything I did not need.

I came to get my oil topped off and they told my that it didnt need a more oil and told how I can check it. They even topped off my wiper fluid for free.

The Manager here Ricci is great! Service was outstanding. This should be jiffy lube store to set the standard for other surrounding jiffy lubes. Staff is Friendly and informative as well. I would drive an hour to come here before anywhere else for a quick oil change.

Brought a backpack full of work expecting a wait, didn’t even finish the first page. Thoroughness. Had a slight squeal in my breaks, due to clips rubbing. Did not mention this; after rotation, it’s gone! Was really embarrassed to drive around with this sound, so I’m surprised and relieved that they took care of it.CON: Price. Obviously, it would be cheaper to buy the oil/filter and do the change/rotation myself with blocks and a jack, but could I do it in 17 minutes? Nope.Good work, guys—Thanks for the friendly service, and thanks for the coffee! Satisfied customer.

This is the only good Jiffy Lube that I know of in the Annapolis area.

Technicians are very professional with their car service and extremely polite to customers.

Took my daughters car into Jiffy Lube for an oil change on Saturday morning. there was already a number of cars inline so at first i was thinking htis would take awhile to complete. they were very professional and had a very solid process for moving the vehicles through and it took a surprisingly much shorter time to get back on the road.

We went here to have our brakes and rotors replaced. I was expecting to pay a premium for the convenience of this business. Pleasantly surprised! Humphrey was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what exactly they were going to do to repair our truck. The other guys were wonderful also! (I apologise for not remembering your names)! Professional environment. Very clean inside and outside. Near restaurants if youre interested in grabbing lunch while you wait. Thank you!!

Service engine light came on 24 hours after I got an oil change. Got it checked at another repair shop to find a valve had been broken off. My car was perfect until I took it to this deplorable establishment. Be careful coming here. Not to mention this place is OVERPRICED. I believe they damaged my car out of spite because I didnt want to change some filter and they got all bent out of shape.

I took a 2005 Audi A4 that I had just purchased to the shop for an oil change, because of some belief on my part that when you buy a used car you ought to get a fresh oil change. The NEXT day the oil pressure light came on. Barely got it home. Afraid to drive it because that error code means something is wrong that could potentially blow the engine . Had it towed to International Auto on West Street. Jiffy Lube put the wrong oil filter on the car which caused the issue. (and yes, they took pictures for me). Jiffy Lube Annapolis owes me $150. And again, NEVER take your car there. I had been warned but decided to give them a chance, and it cost me....

A safe welcoming experience, this is what I appreciated from the knowledgeable Jiffy Lube team in Annapolis. The service was fast. Delonte and Sean’s guidance, patience and great team work skills working with Jimmie and Santos were also impressive.

Staff members were very unprofessional using profanity and being very loud while performance of their duties. Service bays were full and it was a concern if they were really focused on the task at hand with complete attention to detail.

I love seeing the same guys every time I go. They are fast and friendly. Only negative is that they almost ALWAYS put the wrong next service sticker on my windshield.

Everyone was friendly and were helpful at explaining the different services they were proposing and why it mattered to my car. They didn’t pressure me into any of the recommended services, which I greatly appreciated. The staff was knowledgeable and was quick to answer all my questions and gave me better time frames to perform some of the work that was recommended. I had better customer service here then at the dealership where I purchased my car.

Finally, this location was able to remove inspection signal that consistently stayed on dash board. I feel much better not seeing it there. Thanks

Convenient location and service was quick. However, when I was selecting what services I wanted that day, I was shown a dirty air filter, which I was told was from my own car, and asked if I wanted to replace it. The air filter was not even the correct shape for my vehicle. Had I not changed my own air filter before I may have fallen for this attempt to trick me. I dont appreciate that they are using such tactics in order to get their customers to spend more money when they probably dont need to.

I liked how the cashier (William) was nice despite me not knowing anything. He didn’t give me an attitude for being the stereotypical young girl who doesn’t know anything about her car, and he informed me of the different services they offered without being too pushy. I wish I could’ve given them a tip or something for their hard work, they did a good job and quickly too.

I would love to give a huge THANK YOU to Jimmy Rogers at the Jiffy Lube on West Street in Annapolis MD. This morning my daughter went to Advanced Auto in Annapolis to purchase windshield wipers and they were unable to install her newly purchased wipers. My daughter then drove to Jiffy Lube and asked for help putting on her new wiper blades, and Jimmy Rogers went out in the pouring down rain and replaced her wipers. THANK YOU Jimmy Rogers, you went way beyond to help my daughter!!

Would highly recommend jiffy lube in Annapolis. They went above and beyond with my vehicle. I went in to get a full synthetic oil change and they got it taken care of quick. I also have an oil catch can that needed to be emptied and they helped me with that which took a few minutes and they were super helpful. I will be going back here and telling others about my positive experience.

The staff was very accommodating. I had been in the day before to get my son’s oil changed in his car since he was home from college for the weekend. I noticed when I was driving his car that his brakes were not good. The technician confirmed this and I needed to go home and decide if we could afford the repair. I called on Sunday, and Danny made the time to do the repair before my son left for college. It was great that the staff made time for us. I had peace of mind with my son driving back to school in a car with safe brakes, warranted parts, and labor.

A fine Jiffy Lube. Service was fast, and they do basic checks and fill fluids. All in all I wash mostly happy, but they did leave so greasy hand prints on the inside of my car. Bathroom was okay (not the cleanest but not too bad). There was plenty of room to sit and wait.

Awesome service

Wish I could give 0 stars, came in to just have my car checked.I ended up getting an $80 oil change. They either forgot to put oil in or didnt put enough. I noticed a week later there was a burning oil smell,I drove back to ask them about the smell for the second time.They said they made a mess of the oil sorry. Two weeks later the engine was grinding.I found out there was no oil. They could burnt my engine. Their response was that my car was burning oil very quickly (3 weeks) I dont think so. The location is convenient but the service is not.

Fast, no pressure for add-ons and a fair price. My last oil change only took 10 min and Id be hard pressed to purchase the oil and filter myself for the price...let alone the value of my time. A quick Google search for coupons almost always bring up $10-off. I have been, and will be, using this location for all of my oil changes.

The employees here are kind and full of smiles, but they are robbing you and dont know what they are talking about. Prices for an oil change at this jiffy lube are more than twice as high as it cost just down the street.I moved here from CT and didnt know what to expect price-wise. I used this location twice, and the second time they tried to tell me that I needed to pay extra to put my vehicle on the lift for the oil change. I said, you didnt put it on the lift last time. He went and checked in his computer and agreed with me. I paid extra for tire rotations and as I drove off the lot I experienced a strong vibration in the wheel. I drive an Audi! I pulled right back in and asked what was wrong and they concluded that I had a bent rim.False.But I had believed them and drove back to the dealer I bought it from just a few months prior to have it inspected and they found 4 perfectly round rims and unevenly worn tires. After getting new tires, the car drives like new. I will NEVER be going back to this jiffy lube and I feel like a fool for having used them more than once.

Beware!!!!! Fraud charge on my card a day after my tire change here at this location.We were asked to stay in our car as they processed our charges - made sense during this pandemic... but it gave them a chance to write down my card info.$201 charge declined on target.com soon after. Thanks Chase for staying on top. Zero star for hiring crooks at this location.

My experience with this jiffy lube location was great. The customer service was friendly and the oil change service was quick at a great price. I highly recommend using this store and plan to return!

Whoever was the manager on duty this past Saturday was awesome! Incredible service. Its always a great experience with this location in particular and because there team in general went above and beyond AGAIN, I have to acknowledge their efforts.

I have been to a lot of different jiffy lubes with my car over the past few years. Ive probably been to at least 8 or 9 of them, and none even come close to the service at this Jiffy Lube. I went here three months ago for the first time, and will go out of my way to keep going here from now on. I went for the second time last week, and was helped by the same excellent repairman, Darrin. He was courteous, friendly, and patient, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Not only was it great service, but it was quick too. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They even honored an expired coupon. I will never go to another Jiffy Lube! BTW they also have a customer loyalty program unlike other jiffy lubes; 50% off every 6 oil changes.
