Went there yesterday to get my baby’s ears pierced. The ladies there were very friendly and professional. She did a fantastic job! Overall great experience!

Customer service sucks at this location, please choose a other place to go. I went on a Thursday 21 of January there was a women there she was very rude not helpful.

Would definitely recommend.All three staff members were friendly and patient with my nervous 10 year old.They were so sweet and it made all the difference. The lollipop at the end was a nice touch. Thank you ladies!!

My 3rd lobe piercing is still sore every now and then and it’s been 7 months and the holes are cooked. please don’t go here

To clarify; the comment made about not wearing gloves while nose piercing.This is not Piercing Pagoda that you are talking about. We do not do nose piercings here. I believe you are referring to the kiosk down from us that does nose piercings. People often get us confused but we are part of Zales Corp and they are a private owned jewelry kiosk. You are correct when you say they don’t wear gloves because I have witnessed this many times. At Piercing Pagoda we absolutely always wear gloves when we pierce ears or we would be fired. We keep our piercing area completely clean and sanitary. We have highly trained professionals that attend training and recertification is once a year.

Yea , We DO NOT recommend that youd come here in Annapolis Mall !!!We were getting our nose pierced/ jewelry changed and realized several things that were Uncomfortable, Unsanitary, and down right wrong.We care About the ppl after us that are thinking about coming here, just from our experience.. So you be the judge .Here are the following Below That they DID WRONG :1. FIRST OFF , They Did not use gloves (EW) They DID NOT Seem as if they washed there Hands Either.2. They used a Piercng Gun on the nose (Which your not supposed to do)..3. They purposely DO NOT PROVIDE backings for piercings . You have to ask to get a backing. So if it Falls Out It Falls out ... More Money For them . (The Stud my friend got fell out the next Day)4. They are Pushy and Overly Persistent to get your money.5. They charged my friend and I a price that was not fair BECAUSE The piercing HAD NO Guarantee of staying in . (because there was no backings provided) ..OVER ALL..Very Very Unprofessional :(I suggest even if you at desperate to get piercing , not to go to This One . Please .
