He did an excellent job on my bike, adeptly identified issues that need further repair, and continued to work with me over a couple weeks to resolve the issue. Eric just left having spent the afternoon in my driveway getting my free bicycle back on the road-new tires, new brake cables, ensuring the fenders didnt rub the tires, cleaning it up etc. He then tuned up my neighbors two bikes. He was friendly, professional, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him as do my neighbors.

Eric assembled two electric bikes that I ordered online, and did an amazing job. They have been trouble-free ever since, and it was well worth using his services to make sure that the bolts are all tight, the wheels balanced, and all the other things an amateur like me wouldnt know how to do properly. He was also willing to answer questions. 100% plan to use him when I need any bike-related help.

I am new to road bikes and Eric not only assembled and adjusted the bike for me, he also was very eager and helpful in answering all of the questions and concerns I had about the bike, its parts and anything else I was unsure of. Services was great as I was able to run errands and get a few things taken care of while he throughly took care of my new bike.

I highly recommend SHIFT Mobile Bicycle Repair. It was super easy to make the appointment online, and I loved that they came to my home. For my service, Eric came to my home, wore a mask, and tuned up two bicycles in our driveway. He did amazing work and the price was reasonable. I was even able to pay online (all contactless!) Eric came to my home to fix up my wifes 7 speed. Although he allotted an hour ten minutes for an advanced tune, he spent over two hours to ensure everything worked well and only charged for the advanced tune. He did a wonderful job!
