Salespeople were very helpful, nice & accommodating, offering a great deal. We had been back a few times, & then called an order by phone. They were again helpful & prepared all the paperwork & emailed to us for online payment if we so chose. We instead went to the store again to test the mattress once more & wanted to pay in the store. The internet was down so credit card wouldnt go through.We left to do online payment at home, & a few minutes later, while still in the same shopping center, got a call from the salesman that he could take the payment. We were glad he took the effort to call us since we preferred to pay in store rather than online. Great customer service!

Weve been to this Matress Firm twice. We went here once when we got married 15yrs ago for our first Matress (which we loved), and again yesterday for our first upgrade since (for a little more space). Our experience here was great. Our sales person (Niyi Thomas) was super helpful, not pushy, and guided us to find a great new bed. The store manager (I think that was his position? Lol.) was also super friendly and accommodating. When they didnt have the sheet color we asked about, he tried to give us an upgraded package at the same price as the lower quality item to get us what we asked for at the price we were comfortable with. Again, it was an all around great experience, and Id recommend checking out this Matress Firm if youre looking to try out some mattresses in real life. In my opinion, it beats the virtual matress experience everyone else is pushing these days.

Marcus was the best. 10 years in the business...he knows the details. I showed him a picture of the label from a mattress we had owned previously and he knew how to “read it.” Gave us a fair price. COVID effort was A+. We are “Consumer Reports” people and he was able to assure us every step of the way that we were getting the quality we wanted at the price we were ready to pay.

Ive been dealing with issues in my lower back and he showed me different bedding options that would give me a better nights rest. They also offer a long trial period. Im very pleased and highly recommend Chuck.

Chuck somehow forgot to mention the free adjustable platform that came with the bed - even though I asked about what type of frame or box spring was needed. I had to call back when I saw the ad weeks after purchasing the mattress, and Chuck added it to my order. About a week before expected delivery, I went to the mattress firm website to confirm via live chat that the mattress was in stock and was told that it was. No one called with a delivery window the day before delivery. Turns out the mattress was not available, possibly for weeks. We ended up ordering a comfy purple mattress that was delivered a few days later. I will not return to mattress firm.

Chuck was by far one of the best sales people Ive ever worked with in the field. Very knowledgeable and always trying to help out to understand the differences between products. I recently relocated to Annapolis and have had to make a lot of purchases as a part of the move. Shopping at the Mattress Firm in Annapolis has been by far one of the best experiences of this move. I bought a mattress online which was the biggest mistake ever. I went into Mattress Firm in Annapolis and Chuck, the salesperson was so kind, helpful and patient as he helped me to figure out what wasnt working for me with the online mattress that I purchased. He didnt push me to buy a mattress from him, but when I checked and found that I could return the other mattress why not by from Chuck who obviously was an expert at this. I purposely waited until after delivery to write this review and I must say that this process including the delivery was easy as can be. I would definitely recommend this store and especially Chuck to anyone.

Came here looking to get a mattress because the one I bought two years ago was a huge disappointment, to the point Ive been sleeping on my couch for months instead of in bed. Came into Mattress Firm with a game plan. Move the 3 year old out of her crib into a big-girl bed. Dont spend more than xxx as the budget just wouldnt allow for it. I tell you Matt O (Matt as in Mattress) was fantastic. Explaining the options, working a deal and super genuine. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience and even had a quicker delivery time slot available. Daughter loves the bed, Mom & Dad love the price point and working with Matt was outstanding. Best laid plans didnt work out for me. While the crew for my bed assembly were at my home, they determined my antique brass bed would require another frame and needed box springs.Stuart, at the Annapolis store, was quick to fill my needs; advised on a split box spring and heavy duty frame at a ridiculously low price to last me through my retirement years. On top of that he was personable and a pleasure to do business with.Id give him AND the store merchandise two thumbs up and a snap!!

We went to look at mattresses in October 2012 and our salesman at the Riva Festival location was very nice. He wasnt pushy and took a lot of time showing us mattress. The mattress was delivered without issue and we LOVED it! By December we started having back and hip problems. We were floored! We would get up from the mattress and there would be an imprint of where we were laying. Then when we would get into the bed that evening....the same imprint was STILL there! This should NOT happen. So i went back in the store and a asked for an warranty inspection. They set one up for me and someone came out a couple days after Christmas! Since then i hadnt heard back from them, so i called them today. The lady on the phone said my claim was DENIED! I was VERY upset. We were still paying off a mattress that was CAUSING us pain! So i asked the lady who i could talk to to get this resolved, she said a supervisor. I was put on hold, but i was at work, so i hung up. Then all of a sudden i got a call back! It was the lady from Mattress Discounters. SHE had talked to the supervisor and the supervisor said to, go ahead and give them the mattress credit. I was floored. I figured i would have to fight....but they said that the results of the test were VERY close and the mattress should not have had that issues so soon after purchasing. Anyways....I am very pleased at the fact that i didnt have to fight with any one. THANK YOU Mattress Discounters! You have a patron for life now!

I talked with a man named chuck Willis and he was absolutely terrific with helping me find the perfect mattress for me within my budget.
