Amazing products and customer service! Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in the store for a certain candle and ended up falling in love with every scent! Deborah greeted me at the front with a friendly smile and was very generous with helping me pick out the perfect scents! She encouraged me to try new ones and I fell in love with the scents she picked out I ended up coming back the next day for more! Definitely the place to go for soaps, candles, wall scents, sprays, lotions, and they have such amazing deals!

The customer service was excellent and I felt very comfortable shopping inside the store. Everyone wore masks and kept the store clean. As a cancer patient I really appreciate it!!

I just had the best customer service experience in my life. Sarah helped me find exactly what I was looking for and recommended things that were relevant to my purchase. She let me shop all while still ensuring I was taken care of. She educated me on how the coupons work, and gave me gift bags as I was purchasing for others. My intention was to come in for a candle and 60+ dollars later I can easily say she did her job well haha. Thank you Sarah, I was having a bad day and your genuine self made it that much better. Highly recommend this store!

I love Bath and Body works! I’ve been using their products for over 15 years. Today i visited the Annapolis harbor center location. I had to return and exchange some items trying to prepare for the holiday season. At the register a nice young lady who was more than happy to help started my transition. My guess is she was new because another lady named Kellie stepped in to assist. As i was trying to explain to her what i was trying to do she accused me of trying to shop lift! I had 3 lotions that i wanted exchange and she suggested that i had just stuck them in my bag. I did not appreciate the accusation as i am a long time customer. The comment was very offensive and she had no reason to make such a claim. It would be nice if management would better train their associates on how they frame questions to the shoppers. The next person may not be as calm about this as i was. Do better next time Kellie.This is the first time I’ve had this issue in all my years of shopping with them but unfortunately it only takes 1 bad apple to spoil it for you.

The nice lady sarah that works there is so sweet and caring. She offered to get the door seeing that I had a stroller. She went above and beyond her job duties. The reason that i deducted a star was because the other sales associate that was working with her was not very pleasant. She has an attitude and didnt even really give us the time of day. This is not the first time Ive encountered this individual. She seems like shes inconvenienced to do her job. Anyways, Sarah turned an unpleasant experience into a very pleasant one.
