Excellent communications. I ordered a part online. Shortly after placing the order I received an email from Tom telling me the part would be coming from Sweden with an extended delivery date and requesting that I confirm that I wanted to continue with the order. I responded that I did. I sent a second email explaining my situation in greater detail. Mostly to explain why I was willing to wait. Tom responded very quickly recommending a different part that he thought would satisfy my needs and save me a sizeable amount of money and was also in stock. The part came quickly and I am in the process of installing it. Based on my experience I can comfortably recommend Volvo Cars Annapolis very highly. Hopefully our paths will cross again.

Fantastic service! Ordered 4 wheel trim rings for my 1986 Volvo 240 Sedan and they fit perfectly! I really appreciated the extra care that was taken to ship these from MD to FL with the additional packing materials. Tom Kvichak in the parts department was extremely helpful in making sure these were the correct rings for my classic Volvo. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking classic Volvo parts.

Very good customer service. The part I bought had to be made and shipped from Sweden because its considered a classic part. The parts manager sent me an email making sure that I was sure that I wanted it because if they ordered it, there were no returns. I was fine with it. Got it in today, already installed and works great.

Would not recommend. Ordered a part from them through their online store using the VIN and was still received the wrong part after waiting for over 3 weeks. Called to resolve the problem and never received a call back. Poor customer service.

Helpful and knowledgeable. Their help with the little (low profit) details is why I often shop them first for higher cost parts. They are my first stop when shopping for dealer supplied parts.

First time customer and I had a great experience with Volvo Annapolis! I just bought my first Volvo. A used 2005 S40. It needs a few things here and there. The 2 items that I did buy were easy to find on the website and the price was less than i expected. Being a new Volvo customer, I actually ordered the wrong part but Volvo Annapolis replaced it with the right part and sent me an email explaining what they did. I thought that was awesome!I will definitely get any future parts from these guys! And tell whoever I can to do the same. A huge 5 stars!

FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!! Customer service is horrible!!!When ordering a part you pay outrageous shipping fees & they just put a stamp on it, mail the item via USPS - no kidding! Its been weeks and my part has not been delivered (still in transit!!!). I asked for a refund wanting to order from elsewhere - response was providing the tracking number and stating the obvious still in transit.I WANT A REFUND TO ORDER FROM ANOTHER VOLVO DEALER. I never expected horrible customer service from a VOLVO dealer... SHAME ON YOU !!!

Called the parts department ahead of time to make sure I had the right part numbers for my VIN, the tech was very helpful. Went on line, ordering was easy....love the exploded assembly diagrams. Parts showed up on the second business day after my late evening order, packaging for shipment was outstanding. Got genuine Volvo parts at a significant discount. Will definitely buy parts again in the future from this dealer for my two XC-90s.

I called on a Saturday from Indiana and Tommy had to put me on hold to finish with a customer but even in doing so his demeanor was pleasant and polite rather than the please hold some give. He took the time to go see if the part in question for my 13 year old Volvo S40 included a micro switch or not since the diagram on the web was vague. The part was packed on Monday and arrived promptly. I will definitely be a return customer since I live in the sticks two hours away from any dealer.

Wow, I was so surprised at the very decent prices. Then followed by quick service.

I was shipped the wrong part. After filling out a return request and not getting a response I called the parts dept. I was told that I could return the part on my dime and they would refund the cost of the part but none of the shipping. So they wanted me to pay $15 for a mistake they made on a $5. No thanks. I guess Im just out my payment for the wrong part and the shipping.

Ordered part for 2013 xc60. They sent wrong part. Said I must pay return shipping. Be careful ordering online, they send you anything just to make a sale since you must pay return shipping. Very unhappy with them.

Dealer was going to charge me for a whole interior door panel just to replace the handle. I found only the handle at Annapolis Parts for far less money and am having the dealer them eat crow and install it for me.Shame on themEric

Waited over a month for a $10 piece of bent metal. Do not spend money here. I should have spent the extra $3 on amazon to get it in a week. Car dealerships are a huge con. Dont feed them money everything for sale there is online for cheaper or faster shipping
