Our experience was so wonderful that we came four times. We had a lot of gold scraps from accumulating broken jewelry and single earrings. I did my research before going in. Spot for my items was $300. The highest they would go was around $160. They started at $130. They never did answer my question, when I asked them directly, what percentage of spot do you pay. It looks to be around 54% with their best offer. You can do way better.
