Customer service don’t answer and mailbox is full.I didn’t get my daughter’s tassel that I ordered since January 2021. I paid for shipping too to my house.Trying to call, no one answered.

Dont waste your money. Customer service is horrible. Does not return emails or phone calls despite multiple attempts.

If I could give it zero stars I would. It took multiple emails to finally get a response to my refund request, and now the promised refund is still nowhere to be found. And were back to unanswered emails. The national company is very responsive, but anything ordered in the local area unfortunately gets routed through this office.
