I been going to this place for Almost 5 years. I deal with Walfred he is very Knowledgeable and Honest person. If Walfred is not there I try another time but he Alwayd take his time and help me out and Excellent in his Work. Patrick was extremely helpful when my mom and I went into the store looking for a new plan that best fit us. He took the time to walk us through the options AT&T has to offer. Since he is also bilingual (speaks Spanish and English), it made the process for my mom and I a lot smoother. I have recommended him to many friends and family, and they have also been very satisfied.

Great customer service! Got my new galaxy gear s here. They helped me setup the watch with my service. Patrick is very knowledgeable with mobile products and services. I highly recommend you see him for any questions or concerns with your devices or rate plans.

I sent someone to get a sim card from this place and Patrick told him this was $15 and the suggested price was an online price. I got it for $0.99 on AT&T website, which said its $9.99 if bought in a store.

We have been to quite a few AT&T stores in DMV area and this is hands down the best one. Every one was so friendly and helpful and walked us through the plans patiently answering all our questions. A big shout out to Patrick who assisted us in choosing the plan best for us . :)

After very disappointing visits to the AT&T corporate store in Springfield, this store restored my faith in good customer service. Walfred was extremely helpful & even rectified mistakes made by the corporate store. Going forward, this is the only store I will be using, as they surpass all others in customer service.

Incredibly disappointed with this experience. Not only did the sales rep, Cecilia, not verify the numbers of the phones on my plan that she was affecting, she deactivated the wrong phone and was unable to reactivate it. Then the manager was unable to help. Their solution was to have the affected person go to their local ATT store. How incredibly inconvenient when she was in SC minding her own business when Cecilia messed up. All I had to do was call tech support for a quick fix but even Tech Support said that all the store had to do was call them and it could have been fixed in 20 minutes. Never going to this store again.

Absolut the best Service in the whole DMV area, I have been coming to this store for more than 8 years, I always refer my family and friends because we get treated with so much respect and very friendly. They are very profesional and definately know what they do they always go above and beyond for the cistomers as I always see them doing that while we wait for our turn.

I purchased my new iPhone here and had troubles with multiple dropped calls in the first week, so I went back to see what they could do. An associate ran a test on the phone and told me they would replace it, but were out of stock until the following Monday. He asked that I come back then. I put up with the problem for a few more days and went back on Monday, as requested. The guy I spoke to earlier was not there and the new guy refused to help, even after I relayed what his colleague told me. He told me to go to an Apple Store. He was very rude and dismissive (and Im not easily offended). Ill never go back here.
