To my surprise when I walked into the store, this location is closing its doors! The salesperson was really nice and I asked her if she still had a job. She smiled and said yes, shes going to another store. Thank you Sally Beauty Supply for keeping her as an employee!

This shop dont have chang for customers, customer just live without purchase,and this is inconvenient for customers, the staff was working byself and she said she she cant go to the bank because shes aloan. Manager wasnt there.

It was really clean and organized. The young lady on shift was very sweet and helpful even though I came close to closing time. I highly recommend getting a Sallys membership card. Its $5 for the year and you receive coupons to your email and all the amazing perks. Membership prices are also pretty cheaper for those who are like me and enjoy getting more bang for your buck.

Two stars because i have had good service in this store before.came by today to look for something.The lady who was there was too busy making reservations for her own thing instead of helping me.I asked her something and she hand me something else which wasnt what i was looking for her.After 15 min of standing there,she finnally got done with her call and then she started asking,do u find something? Did u want anything?And the main thing,she dont even know the product they sell there.

I often shop at this Sallys for hair dye and bleach. Sometimes the service is good, but other times....not so much. The first time I bleached my hair on my own, the employee helping me recommended I use 40 vol developer on my already light brown hair. I have since discovered that 40 vol developer is normally used on dark brown to black hair, and even then it can cause a lot of damage. I am lucky my hair didnt all break off or fall out. Overall, I think youll be okay as long as you go in there knowing what you want and not expecting good advice.

I went to sally today the customer service is bad 😌 one of black lady her name is nana maybe she told me wrong name she is a manager in sally she is very r Rude Very bad behavior very bad customer service when I asked her can you please used my coupon 1 by 1 times she use loss language she abuse me she tracked me when I take the picture in Sally and she also shout also she said she will call the police police why I take the picture in store and I said I will complain you she shout me a lot on me I am very upset because I am a regular customer for Sally all the time I go to the store but never happened before with employee she said I am a manager and she can do it everything misbehave shout she said she can do everything I inform you guys please don’t go this sally store in Annadale Springfield and she’s very dangerous lady she’s a manager in store 😥😥😥

I went to sallys to get materials to dye my hair with. The first time I went in, a man was working and after I told him what I wanted to do with my hair he picked out a devloper that was about 3 dollars and a hair dye that was about 5. Also bleach, and another hair dye that was a dark color was picked out so that if something went wrong I could easily dye my hair back to my original hair color. After I bleached my hair, I basically didnt need the lighter dye I originally bought so I went back to exchange it for a toner instead and get a smaller bottle of developer because the employee working there picked out a big bottle for me. Long story short, when I went back to exchanged my unused products, it turns out I had bought bottles that had been used and refilled with water and the employees accused me of tampering with the dye that I had bought. It was ridiculous and I was livid that I had to pay for the dye again when I did not even use it. The employee who originally sold it to me was not there and they said it could not be possible that a product was sold to me in that condition when obviously it is possible because thats how I bought the product! And mind you, I didnt pick out the products myself the employee who sold it told me grabbed the products I needed and all I did was purchase it. They have horrible customer service and I will never return back to this store again. I do not recommend this store.
