Had a package that was already 15 days late and deemed High Priority. But someone at this facility thought it was a better idea to let it sit in the delivery vehicle, over the weekend, instead of delivering it on Friday. What idiots do you hire to run these facilities?

Waited all day for a package to be delivered yesterday, driver never showed up, literally had my door opened the whole day! Had to call 4 times to see when will my package be delivered and kept getting different answers! I had two representatives tell me that it would be delivered yesterday and another representative by the name of PJ tell me it would be delivered today 5/8. So I called again this morning and now a representative by the name of Marie is telling me its not coming until Monday! after I payed extra for it to be here on Friday! This is a inconvenience, and I will be contacting corporate!

Probably ok if your trying to ship 1 or 2 packages (and driving a car).Definitely not a good place to try and deliver 3 or 4 pallets of packages with a semi tractor and 53 trailer (in the pouring rain, at night, in the dark) everything has to go though the front door. The up side is they will let you borrow a flatbed cart so you can get maybe 6 packages at a time (if you can hold the door open and pull the cart though it without loosening any) then they all have to be scanned in order (good luck with that after youve taken about 50 or 60 packages in) the employees were nice and didnt complain to much

Went to pick up a package that amazon said was at their facility. Gentleman at the counter said it went pit for delivery again. Didnt show up til 6 or 7pm. Perhaps drivers should press the right buzzer & give person time to get to the door.

After years of outstanding service and thousands of successful shipping experiences FedEx appears to have become unpredictable. They are not delivering per instructions, misplace packages and then expect recipients to pay for their errors. Most recently I had a package travel 971 miles to within 12 miles of the delivery location (understandible) only to be returned to the sender for no plausible reason. To complicate, their dispute process has become dysfunctional. Statistically, they may have a high percentage but Id rather not pay for someone elses mistakes.

I received an email at 1:45 saying that an attempt was made to deliver but I wasnt available. Just by chance I was standing at the door of my building waiting for a food delivery but no FedEx driver was anywhere near my building.When I called customer service I was told that the driver attempted to get a signature but it didnt match. He couldnt comprehend that there never was a driver at my building to attempt to get a signature.I was transferred to a supervisor that told me there wasnt an apartment number on the package. But couldnt explain why the driver lied about being there. There also was no notice on the door claiming that an attempt was made.This is about the fifth problem I have had with drivers claiming to have attempted to deliver but never ringing the doorbell.The supervisor told me that he would contact the local office and have them contact the driver. Didnt happen.Around 4:30 I was told the driver had returned to the office. What really happened was that the driver scanned the wrong bar code. He should have scanned the code for no apartment number. If he had scanned the correct code FedEx would have been notified notified and reached out to me for the apartment number. Then the package would have been delivered today.The drivers screw up and the run-around by customer service added up to me having to wait another day. I was also told that my package would not be prioritized. They would have to take care of tomorrows deliveries and try to fit mine in.This has been standard practice for FedEx.

Very unhappy with my service. My first issue is that I had to go out of town the day my package was due to arrive. So I called fedex and the representative on the phone told me I could pick it up at this distribution center. I drove there with confidence my package would be okay and the person at the desk told me my package was there but I could not have it. Person at the desk didnt say sorry or offer me other options until I asked, she did not care. :)So I left and hoped the fedex truck showed up before I went out of town. The tracking said it would arrive by 12pm. We waited until around 1pm and nothing so we left. I asked a friend to simply get the package for me and hold on to it for when I came back home. This is when the second problem happens: My package was not at my door! The tracking said it arrived at 5pm, but was no where to be seen. After talking to fedex on the phone 2 or 3 more times it seems the driver couldnt find my house and just placed it wherever they wanted to! Its gone now and I have to jump through more hoops than I ALREADY HAVE just to get my money back for the package. Am I supposed to order it again and just hope fedex doesnt lose it again? Idk. Horrible service. Made a stressful week even more stressful. I plan to avoid fedex in the future when I can!

Driver drove right by my house didnt stop then rescheduled delivery for the next day. I was there and saw everything! He never stopped!!!!! K Didnt even slow down!!! I called & was hold forever on phone!!!!! 1 star is very generous!

The people here are very pleasant and helpful at this station. It is located in a business park and the building is not easily seen from State Rd., so make sure you know where you are going. The pickup area is quite small but it works. The one thing I will say in general about FedEx is that they have not been as good in recent years as they used to be. The situation during my last visit here was that a shipment with an important document had been sent to me. The original mistake was made by the person sending the package as they were supposed to indicate Saturday delivery but set it for Monday instead. While that was squarely their fault, they also tried to correct it with FedEx as soon as they realized it. In spite of setting all of the things in motion to make that correction, including calling the FedEx special service line shortly after the package had been picked up, the latter were unable to accommodate. Once something is set in motion at FedEx, there is little chance of correction suggesting their systems are not particularly flexible. Other experiences tell me they are generally reliable on routine shipments but not 100%. That is why I set this rating at 3-star. Otherwise, as far as this particular location is concerned, there are no particular issues other than having to take special care to be assured of finding it.

Rude service. I am encouraging our company to stop using FedEx and switch to UPS. I was sent to this location specifically by FedEx Office because the store was “too busy” to help. Arrived here, to be treated rudely and not served. I’m done using FedEx for a while. They have instituted new policies in the past 6 months and their customer service has plummeted.

FedEx didnt ring the door bell or knock on the door before they left a tag for me. I called expressing my disappoint and they re-routed the FedEx driver to re-delivery my package. I received my packed less than an hour later. Fantastic service!

If I could give them a zero star I will. Im pissed at the customer service and the lack there of. I had a very important package that was going to be delivered on Saturday and required a signature. I stayed home left my front door unlocked so that if I hear them knocking I would have opened it. I waited and waited, nothing at 11:32 somehow they said they knocked and left a note on my door. I heard nothing. I tried calling back as soon as I saw the message. I was sent to a call center who then sent me to another person who was saying that I had to be here on a Monday at 10:30 to sign for the package even though like many other people work a 9-5pm. They stated either I can go get it at this location (25 minutes away) or Pay to change the time to after 5pm. I refused to do either so I eventually got to a manager an hour later who lied to me about getting a third party involved and said that my package would be re delivered by 6:30. 6:30 came and left and still no package. My door was wide open. I tried calling back and did not get any farther than before. I still dont understand what happen. I have to wait until Monday to finally get the package if they decide to do it after 5pm.

I have medication that I need express delivered to me every month, pending doctors approval (which is why I can’t order a head of time). I need to take it the day it comes in and it is super expensive.For the four months I’ve been doing this FedEx express comes around noon to my work, while I am there, and does not knock or ring the bell but instead leaves a door tag and leaves! I’ve tried having the prescription company write instructions as to what door to go to on the address label. Nothing helps. No one ever knocks to give me my meds and they always leave, while I am there and leave the door tag.THAN, I have to go to this location and beg them to give me my medicatation, which is very very expensive and they always ask for a company Id for my work but my work does not give us badges as it is a very small company. Only about 15 people there. So they say they can’t give me my medication and it will be delivered tomorrow... I can’t wait until tomorrow because the meds need to be taken that night. That is why it was EXPRESS. So I had to go into my personal medical information to get them to give me my medication to go against their procedures.Today they said the truck would come back. Then I got a call from this location saying it would not come back. Then we had to go through the whole thing about not having a work badge.I don’t know what else to do. I guess I will have to see if I can get my meds shipped through another company.Having to pay for and take this medication is very stressful. Having to deal with FedEx’s lack of empathy and laziness is even worse.

My total experience was horrible.they delivered my pkg.3 times to the wrong address. Called me to tell me this and that they was sending my pkg back. Was on the phone for 45 mins. Trying to find our a tracking number and a door no.do not recommend this company to deliver any pkgs. Or to send pkgs.

Too expensive to ship a simple item; the shipping is more than the item being shipped (this review left in 2018)The first statement for being too expensive was left two years ago in 2018..... I decided to try them again because its close to my home, I had a box with a value of approximately $50 and I paid $72 to ship this box from Michigan to Texas!! Their price is outrageous (this review left in 2020)

Went to this specific fedex ship center to return a package. I was told by a little old lady behind the counter to not leave my package here because she cant give me a label and they have a problem with shipping to the wrong address when a package is refused. She suggested to go the fedex ground site up the road by walmart. So I go there. The place doesnt look like its a place where customers are suposed to go. fences everywhere, have to be buzzed in. I drop the package off and the next day my package shows up at my door. grrr...

Second time Im waiting for a temperature controlled shipment with specific delivery time. Paid for a house sitter to be home and sign/receive the package. An hour after specified delivery time, it finally show up on the tracking as arrived, but missed the delivery truck.So I dismiss the house sitter and request FedEx to hold the package. After 10 minutes they call and say that it is on a delivery truck. According to this office, FedEx does not even offer a temperature controlled shipment. So now I have to try to sneak out from work and get home to sign for it, sometime in the next six hours, and hope that the wine has not been destroyed by the heat.

I bought an item and chose priority overnight for Saturday 29th 12 noon delivery. Tracked the item online and at 11.13am, a delivery exception was posted !!!! I was like, No Way !! I was home the whole morning looking out of the window for the FEDEX TRUCK and it never showed up. I called them n they said they left a door tag. Ran downstairs to get the tag and guess what, there was NONE !! I told the guy on the phone that .They called me 30 minutes later saying the lady will try to attempt delivery after 30 stops !!!! The item is needed for a 4pm setup !!!!! And by the way, this is the 2nd time, FEDEX has messed me up in a month !!!!Update:At 4.28pm, this office calls me and inform me that I can meet up with the driver in......wait for it......... MILAN in order to get the package !!In case you are not familiar where Milan is, it is about 10 - 12 miles south of Ann Arbor!!!. Thats another city, for goodness sake !!I ended up picking the package myself on 12/31, 3 days after I was supposed to use it!! Fedex, you cost me some money!!!

We purchased overnight delivery with a specific delivery time between 9am and 12noon. Our package was not delivered until after 5pm (WTF) and after waiting all day we magically missed the delivery truck and were told to pick our item up at their store off concourse in Ann Arbor. Waste of $$ and poor delivery service. Will NOT use FX again.

This placed is closed for lunch between 2-3 on Saturday, although on the website they say it is open 9am-5 pm. They do have a sign on the door saying that they are closed between 2-3 pm, but youll have to go to the place in order to discover this. The response of FedEx representative was abad timing for my visit -:(
