Have not been back to this whole food since the pandemic started. Definitely looks like they got everything under control with all the proper shields around the registers and wiping down the carts. Kind of weird being in here considering they dont have all the things I usually come here for which is the bar and then the food bar.Wasnt very busy either which is surprising because typically this place is packed. Its good to see that their deals on produce have gotten a lot better and their selection has gotten a lot better as well especially when it comes to finding anything you need organic.

Always a pleasant experience at Whole Foods Markets however not the same since Amazon took over. It plays do not appear to have the same attitude and respect towards the management here. Before it was evident that everyone from the bottom to the top and back down again were on the same team and worked as a unit with mutual respect. I didnt notice the same vibe on my last visit.

The energy in the store from the employees and in the store in general was very positive. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, polite. Well stocked, neat displays. While that used to be a very regular expectation and norm it has been hard to find this it seems. Kudos to the employees here for making the mundane task of errand running and food shopping pleasant.

Really nice and big store especially compared to the other whole foods that is close by. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The food looked fresh and was nicely organized. The flower section had a lot to choose from with very healthy looking flowers and pretty prearranged bouquets 💐. I would recommend this whole foods. The carts seemed new and clean too.

Each of these locations are different in the way theyre set up. I prefer the one in North York Toronto as it has more to offer and a much more inclusive layout. Parking here can be pretty difficult. Drivers and pedestrians are not paying much attention. The people here are very nice but its not a five star.

Its a well maintained store with helpful and friendly staff. The only drawback is they reorganize the aisles and endcaps a lot. So it can be hard to find some things. But, again, every time Ive asked for help, the person was able to direct me exactly where I needed to go.

A nice place to shop, most of the time. Associates are helpful. Curbside is a little iffy at times. For instance, I received an open bottle of apple juice that had the cap held in place by a QR code sticker , a bag of old avocados and partially wrapped salmon with my most recent order. I wish there was more professional pride and quality control like it used to be.Update: So now theyre stocking the shelves with products that expire the day after you buy them. I go there looking to purchase groceries, not compost.

I feel safe and comfortable shopping at Whole Foods. The carts are wiped down before use, the number of people shopping is monitored and regulated, and the staff members are really friendly and helpful. Hand sanitizer is stationed throughout the store. Food quality is excellent. My health and safety in public is worth whatever extra expenses I incur. They also have lots of food for plant based eaters like me.

We dont have a Whole Foods in Grand Rapids and this was my first trip to this one in Ann Arbor. I love this store! There were people behind the cheese counter to answer questions. I noticed there was a line for the deli counter; but other than that, it wasnt crowed. I only came in for a few things and because I am not familiar with the layout, I had to do a little searching, but every aisle I perused, I was impressed with the products offered.,

The employees here are super helpful and friendly. I used to love getting a coffee and just strolling about the store seeing what was new. The employee in the vegetable section taught me how to pick fresh grapefruits for my father. They will cut a slice of apple for you to sample, when it is important to know the difference between two apples. All in all I really enjoy this Whole Foods! However, last time I bought fish here the man at the seafood counter was wearing a mask with a valve which makes me worry about possibly bringing home COVID to my dad who lives with us. He is well into his 80’s and has health issues.I wouldn’t have cared if he wore his N95 mask covered by a cloth mask at all. I also found some comfort in the fact that because he was wearing an N95 mask he is clearly concerned about contracting the virus at work. Sadly I don’t know what his outside of work habits are.It sounds like Whole Foods is being strict about mask use which I LOVE. People who shop there are concerned with what they are putting in their bodies- including viruses! I’m not sure why employees are allowed to wear masks with valves though. Masks protect employees but also shoppers. We all need to do our part to protect each other.

Have been shopping here since I moved and have continued to do so because they usually have everything in stock that I am looking for. The customer service at this particular store has never been great, or even good, but after today I won’t be going back. I spoke with Liz in customer service, who instead of listening to my question and attempting to help me, she interrupted me and was very condescending then put me on hold while I was talking. I used to work for this company and I know that isn’t how they tell people to act towards customers, but I guess at this store that is not the message.

The employees here were extremely rude and mean to me about their mask policy. I wore my own non mask face covering, thick and very clearly covering from below my eyes to under my chin. I had a male employee rudely argue with me that my face covering does not count and he hollered at me that I need to wear a mask. I felt very threatened by this man and put on a mask provided by the store. As I was walking out of the store through the doors I removed my mask and another male employee chased me out of the store saying that if I ever removed a mask at their Whole Foods again he was going to call the cops on me. I felt so threatened by these two Whole Foods employees that the entire rest of my day was ruined. It got me thinking about how insane this is. Please Whole Foods, show respect for your fellow human, your fellow American. I will never shop this Whole Foods again and have been telling everyone I know about my experience.

I like to shop Whole Foods for specially items, rather than everyday groceries. For instance, their house brand of oat milk is a favorite with my son, who is on restricted diet. Seems to have healthier options than my local grocery store. The prices for things they both carry (in frozen foods at least) were a little higher, but overallnot too bad considering so much is organic and the like. I was discriminated because of my handicap at the Ann Arbor Wholefoods (Eisenhower PKWY) last Sunday April 19th around 2pm. There was a line due to the covid protocols, I went up to the employee overseeing the entrances, showed her my handicap card & explained that I could not stand for long periods of time because I could pass out and that I could not wait sitting in the sun because I could get dehydrated. She told me I had to wait like everyone else, that there is a special time for handicapped persons at 9 am, but that I’d still have to wait my turn if other handicapped and elderly people arrived before me. I told her to please ask a supervisor. She asked another male employee there and he also said no. I’m in my 40s and look relatively young and healthy so I don’t know if they discriminated me because of that or if this is their general policy for handicapped persons. Handicap cards are given to those who are not well by professional doctors, so it is not up to wholefood employees to judge as to whether or not I’m healthy enough to wait in line. Handicap priority should be respected during covid. Otherwise, people like me will have trouble getting their groceries. In other stores like Cotsco do not make me wait, and I’m able to go at any time my condition permits (as I don’t always have energy). I used to like going to wholefoods because of the service and the organic veggies. Positive things do happen from negative situations: after not being able to do my groceries at wholefoods that day, I discovered that Meijer has organic veggies/herbs/meat at a better price, and staff is a lot more humane. No need for me to set foot at another wholefoods in Ann Arbor.

If youve ever been to a Whole Foods before this place will be really familiar. If you havent then its really an eye opening experience for the first time you go. Starting with the atmosphere. The store is always clean and there such a variety in all of the products that they offer. A great place to go shopping if youre looking for ways to eat as pesticide free as possible or if you want to make very conscious decisions about what you consume. Youll pay a price in terms of the cost but the staff is friendly. If its in the budget, go for it and splurge.
