Very good store but unfortunately they are closing this April 2018

From Waterford & had stopped at this location on Saturday as it was on our way to a birthday party. Needed to shop for 3 kids. Normally shop at 2 other locations, I was HIGHLY impressed with this location....clean, stocked shelves, helpful & personable staff. I must say my normal 2 other locations that I shop at couldnt come close to how satisfied I was with this one. This will definitely be my new GO TO store!!!

Dang. Been going here for YEARS. Now its closing for good in April, this was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE store to go to when I was little. Never disappointed me. I LOVE

I was saddened to find out that this store is closing. As others have said, I too have shopped here for many many years for my son and countless birthday parties for his friends, gifts, etc. Walmart and target dont have nearly the selection and I cant see going online to shop except for a specific item. No chance to look the toy over. Toys R US in Ann Arbor was always a great place to shop and bring a wide eyed kid. No online experience can top it. RIP Toys R Us Ann Arbor, you will be missed :(

Huge store! Every toy you could ever imagine is in this store! I love coming to this location to shop for kids in the family, and especially love their awesome customer service. Recommend shopping here!

Store is unorganized, managers will schedule you for a 5 hour shift and you will only receive 4.5 or 4.75. If you need to leave early because of an emergency they wont let you. They will sugar you up with a gift before they fire you; by telling you, youre doing a great job heres a gift from us too you. They have no policies in place for behavior; if they feel that youre giving them attitude they will fire you without giving you a chance to speak. The store manager ALLISON is very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL as well as ANDREA. Greg & Brenda mostly keep their attitudes to themselves but show it in their faces. Not a good place to shop if you want to be treated & greeted respectfully as a human being.

Glad to see this location closing. Always overpriced merchandise even the clearance sale is deceptive pricing. Buyer beware. Take the clearance price off MSRP not the shelf tag and hope it rings up correct.

Always one of my favorite places to go to when I was younger. Staff is friendly and the items are displayed well. Geoffrey the giraffe is cool

This store is all the way at the end of the shopping plaza so it is easy to miss it. They are always helpful and friendly inside and my kids never have a problem picking something out to buy.

Typical Toys r Us shop. Staff are not very helpful neither approachable. I wont call rude but it looks like they are forced to work there. Access is easy and plenty parking.

Has good selection of toys and games found an action figure I didnt have and I bought it

The reason I gave two stars is the staff is pretty rude,they always seem like they dont want to be there. I dont know if its because toys r us treats them like crap or the customers!

Update: why close the Ann Arbor store why? :( so sadden by the news. Been going here since I was a kid and now my 5 year old loves it. This sucks. Shopping online isn’t the same as being in the store to actually see what your buying. Wish you guys would reconsider closing this location. I’ve always had great customer service here, people ready to help. Wish everything good for kids would stop leaving Ann Arbor :(So far I havnt been dissappointed with this location yet. They have priced matched for us, replaced a gift card which fell out of our toys r us bag which had holes in it, helped me with stuff in the past while in the store so I have no complaints, nothing is perfect but who is? As long as they try to do what they can then it matters but the price match really is a plus for our family. They did for something I saw online at target and their own website which was cheaper than in store. Make sure to keep friendly staff and I will be sure to return. In the past maybe a year ago I would have to agree the employees didnt seem to want to help but lately ive had someone at least ask once if I needed help which I am glad for, sometimes I do.

I took my son to an event last weekend and he had a blast! It was a Star Wars event and got to “battle” with light sabers.

I couldnt believe what they had in clearance section. Awesome!!!

In a few days this store will be closed, but if there is still something you will find it at an incredibly cheap price. Of course, for this same reason there is not much variety e. The toys you can choose. Only recommended if you want to find an offer.
