Kia (sp) provided professional customer service. She was very helpful in assisting me for the perfect birthday arrangent.

I ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day to give to my daughter. I understand strawberries and pineapple arent exactly in season right now, but if you cant produce an $80 product then dont sell one. The fruit was not fresh at all and honestly didnt taste good. The chocolate was waxy and only covered half of the berries. I would not waste my money here. I sent my husband to pick it up, but if it were me I would have asked for my money back.

If its possible to rate less than 1 star, thats what this location deserves. I bought the chocolate dipped strawberries and it was disgusting to say the least. I couldve made them better myself for about $8 and here I was charged about $98. My order also included balloons which upon delivery were some deflated looking. Worst service ever. Wont waste money here again.

I didn’t have a chance to be served, so I can’t speak on the quality of the products at this location. What I can say is that the customer service here is lacking. I stopped by for my birthday treat and found the store dark. They don’t close until 7 (it was 5:20) and there were signs on the door saying to call, so I called the store. The first time, I waited on hold for a little over six minutes before hanging up. I attempted to call a second time but was placed on hold again after a few rings. It’s my birthday, so I certainly wasn’t going to spend any more time waiting there. It’s a Wednesday, so I didn’t think they would be super busy. Maybe they were, but I wouldn’t know because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone 🤷🏻‍♀️

Unhappy w/this location. I picked up my order (curbside) got back to work & it was incorrect. I called, the manager told me I could come back &theyd remake it. I explained that I came on my lunch break & worked until 5pm (time they closed) her only solution was to give me a $10 credit for my next purchase. This isnt something you order regularly, so I really wasnt thrilled with the offer. I called them back to see if I got there right at 5pm, if they would remake it as she said. She said yes, theyd have it ready for me. When I arrived they were closed! 😡 I left work early to pick it up and they didnt wait like they said. I called customer service & the store was supposed to call within 24 hrs. That was over a week ago. They never called me.

Ordered online for same day delivery (surprise for my wife for Valentines day) and the wrong arrangement was delivered...Store manager more than made up for the mistake with second delivery to cover the difference and even through in an extra teddy bear! Great customer service and very professional on the phone. Made my wifes day. Thanks guys!

Arrangement arrived early in the day, beautifully presented. Friends who received it loved it, said fruit was delicious and fresh. Ive sent several different Edible Arrangements to friends and family all over, and all arrived promptly, were all attractively packaged and delicious!

Great service and friendly staff. Came in last minute on Valentines day to have it delivered the day after knowing they would be busy because of last minute people. Prices are a little steep but they make up for it to me with free delivery in surrounding areas. Made my Fiances day at work.

Having never purchased anything from Edible Arrangements before, my first experience was a great! I found the website to be confusing and finding bouquets available the same day or next day hard. I wasnt picky but thought Id stop by the day I needed something to see if they had anything made up. They didnt ( probably because it was Mothers Day weekend) but someone greeted me immediately and offered to whip something up quickly. I chose something small and they said it would be 15 minutes. It was done less than 5 minutes later!!! Amazingly quick service. They are worth every penny because of their attention to detail and great service!

I went to order some holiday gifts for work and for my friends. Also, I ordered my favorite fruit smoothie and nut lover salad some times. I really enjoyed these sumptuous chocolate dipped fruits. They are not ready for Nut Lover Prafait to make it, because they do not have yogurt. I rate this 4 stars.

I was highly disappointed in the way the fruit looked the pineapples and strawberries were not fresh, I was extremely surprised considering the reviews and expected better service from them. It was for my daughters birthday and paid $60 for a blooming daisy and look more like a dried up daisy it was not worth the money. I wont be going back to this location. Not a happy customer and neither was my daughter. 😠

Very poor service today. If you are going to be in the customer service industry then you should treat your customers nicely and at the very least say Happy Birthday if they tell you their birthday is the same day they are talking with you.

Save your money! I feel bad for my friend who spent a lot of money for my arrangement. The fruit had that left in the refrigerator too long taste and the chocolate got wet and feel off the fruit right away. It looked pretty, but It was very unappetizing.

Terrible Service. Expected a delivery for Thursday - waited all day for it without getting a call. Later got a call saying they just left it in the hallway by the mailboxes (real smart idea since its food and someone is probably going to take it). They said they would deliver it again Friday around noon. Ive been waiting and then called to check on it and they said Were swamped, it will be there sometime before five. Well I dont have time to sit and do nothing to wait for them to deliver the order that was supposed to be here yesterday. Would definitely not recommend this location!

I have been to the Dearborn Heights store several times, and have always had great advice on what to purchase. The employees are very friendly . Its also ,always delivered on time.
