Best selection of supplies that I have ever seen. After I got home, I noticed that Id been overcharged for an item. I let them know about it in an email and they responded immediately. They gave me 2 options on how to compensate me for the overcharge and took care of it without a problem. Great service and an excellent example of how you should run a business.

I ordered several kegs for my homebrewing and kegerator setup from here, and unfortunately one was terribly damaged in shipping, and could no longer hold a seal. I called and they were incredibly helpful and responsive to fix the issue, and get a replacement on the way. Will certainly be buying more from this outfit given their incredible customer service.

I walked in knowing next to nothing about a batch of hard cider I was planning on making. Three of the employees were super great in walking me through the process of what I needed now and what I could come back and get for bottling. They helped with everything from the type of yeast, sanitizer, what flavor I wanted to end with, sugars, and pasturized vs nonpasturized juice I was planning to start with. It was great and I felt much better walking out and starting my project. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a brew kit from them. On my brew day I noticed they never put the citra hops(3 oz)in the kit. I messaged them, and never received a response. The saddest part is I know they read the message, but they chose to ignore it. They only care now because of a poor review.

Not just for brewmasters. I am limited to NA bevs, so visited to explore carbonation options. Thy had just what I needed - a self-carbonation setup at a fraction of the cost of the proprietary giants. Now I can carbonate ANYTHING! THANKS GUYS!

Great Homebrew shop with just about anything you would need for making beer, wine, cider, kombucha and mead. Prices are fair and service is decent. You can measure and grind your own grain or ask for help. One issue I do have is that the majority of the hops appear to be bagged on site. Id prefer the commercially packaged hops begged with nitrogen to help preserve and reduce oxygen exposure. All in all, great shop.

AiH is always a great place to visit. Their staff is nothing short of helpful, and knowledgeable. We travel 2 hours to come to this store without thinking twice. Love it!

Ive gone in twice as a newbie and both times have been immediately helped with all my questions. The store has basically everything you could need from low to high end, a really substantial amount of both kits and raw ingredients, and really friendly employees. Great selection, helpful staff, but prices keep rising. Constant sales bring things to the same price or higher than if you bought online and shipped from elsewhere. Glad its local but look elsewhere or wait for a sale before any large purchases.

I wish this place was closer to home, but a half hour plus drive is not too far for what they offer. Unlike other brewery supply stores Ive been to Im never disappointed when I come here. The staff is also always ready to answer questions or offer tips.

Drove an hour to get to this place that said they would be open got there and they were closed. Multiple customers standing out front and finally someone comes to the door says they are closed and he cant help us he doesnt run the front end. We all asked if he could call someone to help us as they advertised open that day he said to give him a second and never came back out. Poor customer on their part thanks for wasting our time!

This place has a little of everything you might need to brew your own beer and make your own wine. They also sell bottling supplies, flavoring and extracts to make your own soda, mother of vinegar, and distilling equipment. Best of all they have beer samples free for rhe asking. The staff really know and care about all aspects of brewing and are great resources.

Great time up at AIH. Sale going on that I didnt know about that got me a free gift certificate. The person that helped us was helpful and fun. They had everything I went for on stock. Worth the trip up to buy homebrew and mead supplies.

I used to love ordering here until they changed all of the shipping policies. They no longer have the $5 Great Lakes Shipping. I live right down the road in Kalamazoo and it costs almost $11 bucks to ship a few ingredients. Looks like I will focus on the Bells General Store in my hometown.

I pretty much only buy all my ingredients for brew day here. I place my order online and pick up in the store on my way to work. Everyone that works here is cool, huge selection of ingredients including local malt. Never had a problem here ever. Fantastic.

Thanks for the quick shipping!I needed some kegerator parts and these guys had put together a small kit of the exact parts I needed.Most impressively, it took less than a week to arrive on my front door step (Im from Canada). The last time I ordered anything from the States it took over 6 weeks!

This is my go-to for homebrew supplies. I live in Jackson and there is a homebrew store here but Adventures in Homebrewing just has a huge selection. If you are ever looking for a special malt, difficult to obtain hop or anything else you might need, they are likely to have it. The staff is also top notch. I have been here a few dozen times and they have always been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.Also, they typically have samples of homebrewed beer on tap for you to sip on while youre shopping around. Its like a toy store for homebrewers.

One of the better places to shop for brewing supplies and equipment. All the ingredients I have bought from here have been fresh and they have pretty much anything you would ever want. They run a lot of sales and Ive found them to be the cheapest of all the online homebrewing stores.I have a Northern Brewer within 30 minutes of where I live and I havent stepped foot in it in 3 years since I have found AIH. NB being acquired by Anheuser-Busch really left a bad taste in my mouth.The only thing that would make this site better is if it was in my backyard!
