What an amazing store! I had a special request and they went out of their way to find the local distributor and order exactly what I needed with no fees, on short notice, even though it was a small order. They’ve always been super helpful and have a fun selection.

Worked at big ten party store for many (many)years as a wine dude and buyer and currently live in wine country in CA. Walked in recently and pick up a handful of really interesting bottles within a few minutes. Don’t take this place for granted. Excellent work!

Everyday Wines is a pretty ironic name because they carry wines that you do not see everyday in the United States. When I came to Ann Arbor I did not expect to find relatively obscure wines that you might only find in the big US import hubs (SF, NYC, etc.): things like orange Georgian Rkatsiteli, Greek Retsina, Hungarian Tokaji, and funky natural wines from all over Europe.While this collection is not that deep - you might only have 1-2 options for a particular varietal or region - EW curates their breadth well, ensuring that there is a great wine youll love in whatever budget you have. The staff is very helpful in navigating their inventory, whether youre a new wine drinker or an experienced connoisseur.

Curbside pickup went smoothly. Got home, and noticed my order wasn’t quite right, so gave the shop a call. The woman who answered was so apologetic and kind, and without any prompting on my part she offered to drive over the missing bottles when they closed. She hand delivered them to my front door! Amazing customer service, and delicious wine :)

Exceptional shop for all budgets and tastes—which is quite a feat for a reasonably small space. They also seem not to mind my routine of stopping in and chatting about wines around the world—and they always seem to have something right up my alley (which is generally my fondness for unique, affordable, and interesting French and Italian wines—but they have the big appellation money-bottles too, if you like). Glad to see some Georgian wines coming in, too. If I lived here, I’d be a regular without a doubt.

Another great trip to Everyday Wines! I was trying a new recipe that called for white wine as an ingredient (and drinking!) and I had no idea what to get. I told them the ingredients as well as how much I was willing to spend. Not only did I spend less than I was expecting, the selection was spectacular!!Ive had similar experiences while shopping at Everyday Wines- Im always grateful for their expertise. I also love that I can pick up a six pack of some great Michigan beers!

Everyday has all the best features of a wine shop and none of the bad ones. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they know their wares, theyll order in if needed and there isnt an ounce of pretense. Really fun to shop here.

Easily our favorite place to buy wine. Every time weve been in there the staff has taken time to walk us through different options. We learn something every time we go in this store and have never been disappointed with the bottle(s) we bring home. We love going in knowing that whatever we purchase will be good! The customer service is not great, I was ignored the whole time I wandered the shop, and for a few minutes as I was standing in front of the register, until I told the people on staff that I was ready to check out and was met with a snarky, well be with you in a minute. Many of the wines did not have information cards, either, so it was very difficult to find what I was looking for. Im very disappointed with the service I received here.

I gave a 5 star rating because I have not been here and am trying not to affect the overall rating. It should just be known that this business has made donations to refugee organizations (I think we can all support that) and Planned Parenthood. Additionally, they chose not to support an organization that happens to be pro-life whose primary goal is to provide for the needs of pregnant college students. However you feel about abortion and unplanned pregnancy, shop accordingly.

Best place to get good wine at affordable price. You cant beat the price to quality ratio. Ask for advice, they are always pleased to recommend the perfect wine for you.

Im shocked to see all of the negative reviews, because Ive been going to Everyday Wines for many years and I have NEVER had an issue. I continue to be a loyal customer, for several reasons: their selection of wines are excellent and the customer service they provide is second to none. The owner and staff are some of the nicest people in Ann Arbor. They are nothing but kind and welcoming to all. I cant recommend Everyday Wines highly enough!

The folks at Everyday Wines have provided some of the best customer experience I have ever received. We used them to buy a case of wine for our wedding. Not only were they helpful in picking it out, but they also offered to store it for us since we didnt have a place with the proper conditions. On top of that they offered to ship the wine to us after we moved out of Ann Arbor. Mary and her team continue to impress us and I hope others get to experience this great wine shop!

I absolutely adore this place and the wonderful people who run it. I love wine, but dont know much about it and, as a graduate student, tend to shy away from any bottle priced above $15. Before finding Everyday Wines, I tended to just blindly shop around at Trader Joes--sometimes that turned out great, other times not so much. But now that Ive found Everyday Wines, it is my go-to place and I couldnt be happier.The folks who run the shop are so great--no matter whats for dinner, they have consistently recommended a perfect pairing to go with the food I listed. Theyre incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help, but are also happy to step back and let you wander around by yourself if thats what youd prefer. The selection of wines truly is fantastic--its a small shop, and every bottle that makes it past the shops selective screening process is both delicious and reasonably priced.If you live in Kerrytown, this should absolutely be your go-to place. And if you dont, it truly is worth dealing with the challenge that is parking in Kerrytown in order to enjoy this shops offerings!
