We love this pharmacy. We always get our flu shots here and the pharmacist gives painless shots. Super helpful pharmacy tech who always calls me promptly about my prescription needs. We have been coming here for years. Even when we moved we kept this same pharmacy because they were so good. The checkout girl was also amazing but now shes at the Plymouth rd location and I miss her.

The selection in this store looks really shopped over. Theres huge empty patches in all the aisle sets. A section of freezers are out of commission. Theres also newly shipped product stacked in the aisles with nobody working it.

Stopped to something quick, and after waiting in line was told I could go to the pharmacy to buy tissues

I agree with many reviews here on this pharmacy. Some pharmacy staffs are very unhelpful when you need to refill your pills, which are of shortage. When it comes to antibiotics which you have taken for nearly 2 weeks but just found a couple of pills are short of, you will become very frustrated and desperate to get refill before its too late. Those staffs just keep repeating that I need another prescription or I have to talk to their manager tomorrow morning, in a very rude way. I dont care how their system can manage how many pills are distributed. Whats more important to me is that I dont have sufficient amount of pills that my doctor told me to take. Who wants to abuse antibiotics? I am not going to send them any of my prescription from now on.Edit) I ended up talking to the manager the next day who was very helpful to get me the necessary pills without another prescription.

Price is very expensive, but they had what I wanted.

Calling to see if I can get a drug filled, which there is a shortage of.This drug is a narcotic which I take for pain, yes I need it as terminal illness. Store has very low stock of everything, it feels like you are shopping at a store thats on the verge of closing. Its very dated in there, store is also dirty, and items are put in the wrong spots. Employees always look stressed out, feels like they are short staffed which is probably why they have stock issues.

Happy with the service of all the employees. The pharmacists know me by name, and take time to talk to me about my medications and lifestyles. The techs are nice and have given me great advice if Ive had a specific problem. Ive been going to this store for over 5 years. Ive left Ann Arbor but havent switched stores because Im happy with the service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

This store is the worst store. I have ever seen in all my life. How ever, I stopped going to shop there for long time .I never seen before a store that told a customer to comeback to see a manger after 3 days to help you because nobody here can help you in your situation.I can not understand how a big store like that no manger there can help a customer.

Ive used the pharmacy here for about one year. I routinely bought Ferosul iron supplements here for between $3 and $4 for one bottle of 100 pills. Today the female pharmacist rang me up and I noticed that the price for the pills was three times what I normally pay. I paused, and she said, The price went up. We had been selling those at the wrong price. Its still a great deal because blablabla, and I was so caught off guard by her brusque response that I bought the pills. However, a few minutes later, I Googled the product and the first result that came up showed the exact same product (same brand, same dosage, same quantity of pills) for the much lower price that I used to pay at Rite Aid, being sold by a different retailer. I returned the product and told the pharmacist that in the future she could inform other shocked customers that Walmart sells the exact same product for the old price. She completely ignored me and continued to process my return. Very rude. I cant find a good pharmacy around here but I would not recommend this one.

Not impressed with the pharmacy, but the rest of the store is clean and the cashiers are fun. As for the pharmacy; I have an account in the Rite Aid System, and tried to have some prescriptions transferred to Rite aid from a different pharmacy. When I facilitated the transfer at about 1:30pm, I was promised that they would be done by 5pm, and then when I got there at 7:30pm, the person hadnt even started on them, or even updated my profile in their computer! He claimed he wasnt the person who talked to me on the phone earlier, and had no idea what that guy did and what he missed so asked me for all my information again. It was really frustrating. (couldnt he have just communicated with his co-worker to find out??) He then said, I just dont want to be giving prescriptions to the wrong people... so youll be back tomorrow to pick these up then? WHAT? No. Rite Aid has a guarantee that the prescriptions will be ready by the time promised. They did not follow through with their guarantee and further made it seem like an inconvenience that I was going to wait for them. It was another half hour while that tech entered my info into their computer, and then the pharmacist filled the order. If youre not in a rush, and dont mind triple-confirming all documentation, then this place will be fine for you.

I come to this store a few times a week since its a mile from my home. I fill my prescriptions with their pharmacy and shop here. Never had a bad experience until today. My little sister works next door and today we came in to kill time before her shift, about twenty minutes or so. I went to use the bathroom and that is when I encountered the store manager the first time, a heavy set older woman wearing no name badge. She gave me a disgusted look and a nasty hello. Soon after security was paged several times and she was staring us down from the register, even having the pharmacist peer at us while we looked at vitamins. I am thirty years old, live in the neighborhood, and have no reason to steal. I work in customer service and have never been so aggressively profiled as a shoplifter. I am complaining to corporate and hope this so called manager is blessed enough to have an attitude adjustment.

Effective, diligent and helpful staff.[] Pharmacy staff answer questions and help me make informed choices. They help me manage medications and get them in a timely way.[] Clerks are efficient and pleasant.

This is our go-to for pharmacy needs. The pharmacists are all incredibly helpful, work great with out healthcare providers, and turn prescriptions around very quickly. The rest of the store staff are also very friendly.

Good sales and rewards programs. Lines can get long at the checkout counter during busy times of day. My friend uses the pharmacy here and never had any problems.

First person, no clue. Second, what a jerk, called for instructions for a Western Union pick-up at this location. Cant get a straight answer, multiple interruptions, on his side for whatever reason. Cant send $1000, has to be $999.99. Is that a ck or cash, duh??

Pharmacy is a joke. They are rude when you come through the drive thru window, like you’re an inconvenience. They have made me call my doctor twice to re-send a script even though my doctor could see it as accepted & verified, & today they really upset me when they refused to fill my stomach medicine THAT I NEED desperately bc my insurance “didn’t cover it” & it was “way too expensive” like they know how much money I have! I had Costco fill it for $30... so expensive! I will be transferring all my prescriptions out of this place immediately.

Ive had awful experiences from both the staff at front registers and the pharmacy. Several people mentioned the pharmacist is rude - this was my experience as well. She made me feel as though my questions were inconveniencing her. Although this location is convenient for me, I will be going out of my way to go to CVS where the staff are friendly and helpful.

They were able to fill out a script quickly before 9:00, and they were very polite and very helpful with the situation

Store employees are nice, pharmacy staff is rude and acts like the customer is inconveniencing them. I went four times to fill one prescription which never got filled, all because of mistakes on the pharmacy end. By the time things were clarified, the pharmacist rudely told me they were out of the medication and didnt offer any type of solution. Dont bother going here to fill prescriptions. The staff is incompetent and the pharmacist is a real c-u-next-tuesday.

Store is always clean, front staff is always friendly and accommodating. Often to I find myself leaving with a smile from service or suggestions to save money on deals. Prices are normally a little higher here than at Kroger or Meijer, so I try to limit my frequent trips. Ive had a couple of undesirable visits due to the rude pharmacists, mainly when seeking assistance looking for medicine or items in that area of the store. While sick, it would be so helpful to find things quickly, but such assistance is limited. I once was denied medicine because I didnt have my ID for a certain flu medicine. When I asked which ones did not require an ID, I was told they couldnt show me, Id have to find it.Overall I have a regular experience, but nothing out of the ordinary.

This pharmacy is horrible. EVERYTIME I go they act like they dont know what I am talking about and they are very rude. Especially the female lady working with dark brown hair and tan skin. I went today and when she turned around to see me st the window to pick up a prescription she rolled her eyes and had an attitude. I will NEVER be coming back. If she hates her job that much she should find a new one. One were she will not have to communicate with other people. The only decent employee Ive encountered is the African-American male.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the last few years. They are communicative and have never made an error on my prescriptions. I like the store because it has a drive through which makes it quite convenient. The Indian( or maybe some other south asian country of origin) pharmacist is always very nice and personable. She asks me how my son is doing and always offers useful and relevant advice. I continue to go here because of her, otherwise it would probably be cheaper to just go to meijers or walmart.

I had just gotten out of the ER for a pretty serious problem and was given meds to be taken right away. So I go to my usual Rite Aid on Packard to fill it. When I got there I was told that they are out of the meds I need. Because it was late and pharmacies all over were about to close, I was really worried. So the pharmacist made some calls to see who else had my medicine in stock. They even called a competitor (thats why Im not naming names) to see if they had the stuff, and thats where I ended up heading. I agree that the female pharmacist is rude. She argued with me about having left a voicemail for me in front of a line of people. More than once, they have called my doctors office and not heard back so I had to wait additional days for an RX refill. Once, she told me she was too busy to ring me up and asked that I take my rxs to the front. What a great way to have medications walk out the door unpaid for! I have also been asked to come back tomorrow to pick something up, when it was in-stock and easily could have been picked up that day. This is the first review I have written on social media. They are consistently THAT bad and disorganized that I felt the need to let others know. I am switching to the CVS down the street.

Avoid this pharmacist. Bob Kang literally says what do you need? As opposed to how are you, how can I help? Or any other kind word and clearly his co-workers also lack any ability to exhibit a care in the world for patients. They all act annoyed at your presence. When signing up with them as a new pharmacy Bob Kang falsely determined that I was no longer covered by my insurance, because he failed to read all the details of my report. He shortly dismissed me after that, simply ignoring me without another word. I had to prompt him to get any further response and ask him to check again wherein he realized hed made a mistake and didnt apologize at all. Never again. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Convenient and theyre highly professional

My dog has diabetes and I stopped here to get a sharps container and the needles cause he was getting low and the clerk told me I needed a prescription for them. That is not the case because Ive been purchasing them and and humulin-n from costco, walgreens, etc, for over 2 years now. Rite Aid was on the way so I stopped instead of going to where I normally go, looks like itll be the last time I stop here.

The staff at this rite aid are really slow. The selection isnt much better for many items.
