They are never actually open. I always have to call to schedule a time to pickup bearings. Even then they are not usually there. They do not have a cash register. They don’t know how much anything costs. Total amateurs. Still can get a bearing locally though. Even though it’s a total PITA to deal with these clowns. Should be run by professional people who know how to run a business not an office suite full of garbage.

They have hard-to-find bearings and the people are friendly.

Buyers Beware. Ordered 10 bearings for my wheelchair and they said we ordered 103. They charged us $822.00 dollars. We returned the 103 bearings in the same box and packing. They charged an $80.00 restocking fee and Amazon claims that is reasonable. Buyer Beware.

A very hard to find bearing went out in my air conditioner on the hottest day of the year. Nobody had them in stock except for JSB and they let me come in to purchase them! They have a customer for life whenever I need bearings. Thank you!
