I am so glad that I found Ann Arbor Pharmacy! Quick, accurate, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am so relieved to have found a fantastic local pharmacy so I can stay away from the chains, which have caused me nothing but problems.

This is my first ever review but I would be remiss to not encourage everyone to experience difference between Ann Arbor Pharmacy and the chains. The people that work there are knowledgeable but more importantly they are unhurried and patient in their explanations. After a few visits they will know who you are as soon as you open the door. It is a refreshing change to the anonymity of the chains.

I had a problem mole and couldn’t get any medical tape to stick to my nose. Enter Ann Arbor pharmacy. They had a tape suggested by my dermatologist called Hypafix. Problem solved. Fast. Many thanks.

I just had an incredible experience with Ann Arbor Pharmacy! Since I didnt have the proper prescription card for my husbands insurance which covers me, they called U of M and found the necessary number. They then called my doctor to see if the ointment version of the prescription (for $6 co-pay) could be used instead of the cream version ($300, not covered by insurance). These were services they offered, along with curbside delivery. Wow! Im transferring all my prescriptions here!

So my little family walk in today to get our awesome 14 year old daughter her first Covid vaccination, and Simon & Garfunkel are gently playing Coming to America in the background. I am immediately hit with a spirited energy and I proclaimed out loud, OMG this pharmacy is soo cute and without skipping a beat the charming pharmacist Zlad thanked and welcomed us all at once. Im a townie and I havent felt that genuine family owned pharmacy welcome since the 70s when I was a kid!Needless to say I was proud that my little girl could share a touch of my childhood nostalgia and know that not all businesss are created the same with corporate regulations and scripted dialog hovering over soo thick you could cut the fakeness with a knife.Nope, today I was pleasantly reassured that maybe, just maybe there is still room for the smalltime family business that greets and treats their customers with heart.Oh, also they have great prices, a fantastic line of Apothecary indulgences, CBD and wellness resources.

Most knowledgable team in a beautiful pharmacy. They are there to hear your needs and guide you with helpful recommendations. Ziad is one of a kind and makes the pharmacy feel like a community place again.

Hannah is such an amazing pharmacist. After going to places like Walgreens for years I never thought my pharmacist would actually care about helping me holistically and advocating for me with insurance and doctors. Shes one of a kind and a great compliment to Ziad who is truly a business man with integrity.

Super friendly and professional. I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and whenever I pick them I also buy a soap or shampoo, they have a delightful selection, just like in a European pharmacy.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said. I started out with Ziad when he opened up in Saline even though I live in Ann Arbor. Not only does he have top notch staff but his business is local not a big box move you in and out quickly place. I like supporting local businesses where I can. I highly recommend any one of his pharmacies.

Even though this pharmacy is pretty close to my home, I just discovered it. Both Hannah and Ziad have been very helpful in selecting the right CBD for my aging mother. The store is very clean. I will continue to support this business.

This place is fantastic, just what this complex needed... the space is clean and crisp and the products are top shelf quality... they have items you definitely can’t find at your typical middle of the road pharmacy. I now buy all my protein powers and daily supplements from Ziad at Ann Arbor Pharmacy. The owner is very sincere and listens well! Great spot!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went in there for the first time today! They have so many French pharmacy products that are so hard to find! As someone who always just went to the closest big box, I wasn’t even aware of independent pharmacies, and was blown away but what I have been missing out on all this time. This place is so much more than your traditional pharmacy. I have eczema and there are so many creams to choose from that are free of chemicals and irritants.
