The experience there was okay. I was able to find most of what I needed. There was no live cashiers. Everything was self checkout.

Great other than checking out! Not enough staff on the registers though! Not a huge fan of all the self use registers.

The store looked clean. My shopping experience isnt really all that great. Especially in the grocery section. I accidentally dropped a jar of Jalapenos on the floor. It was all good. It didnt take long for you to clean it up. Im sorry about that. Everything else was all good. Keep up the good work. Ill most definitely be coming back.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I had come in to customer service to return a product that was just unneeded. There was a long line and only one sales rep. But immediately after I arrived a sales associate noticed the need and stepped up to help. She was efficient and got several through the line very quickly.

The store had ok selections, I can never find the caramel yoplait who yogurt though lol.. its a nice store with a nice selection and employees at this Walmart are helpful at least. They do need to open more cashiers lanes, not everybody likes to ring up and bad and pay for $100 to $400 worth of stuff at self check out! Over all nice store though.

The layout is strange compared to the Walmarts Im used to but it is in a lot better condition than most Ive visited. Liquor section in this one is way bigger compared to many of the other Walmarts I have visited though which is awesome!

Great place to shop for phones & assesories! Jeff, not an employee of Walmart, works with phones only in electronics! He was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions! See him if youre looking for a new phone!!

The store was very clean. It is small, so selection is not as broad as at a Super Store, but choices seems adequate. Plenty of parking and conveniently located near major roads.

I like this store much better SE 14th. Better aisle room. And parking.

I really liked the store over all with stock, service and ease of check out.

Walmart is just that store where you feel like youre at a swap meet. I only go in there when I absolutely have to. Ive been followed by creepers almost every time I go in the store. I never feel safe. The selection of clothing is pretty poor. I used to use their online grocery order pick up, but theyve messed up my order so many times I finally gave up. My last order they made me wait almost an hour and then told me someone else had picked up my groceries. I had to fight to get a refund. Ridiculous. In a nutshell: Walmart is the store you see on those crime shows where killers go to buy cement blocks, rope & duct tape. 😳

I am not fond of Walmart stores or their corporation. The stores are usually crowded. The workers are only somewhat good at knowing the store and what is where. I really cant blame them though as these stores are so huge, it would be near impossible to learn where things are especially if they work in one given area. I dont think the produce is very good. I prefer to go anywhere else if I can possibly help it.

Pick-Up: We checked in on the app, but then sat and waited for 25 minutes before someone came to the car, once we arrived. I could see they were busy, and I didnt want to be rude and cause more stress by flagging someone down. However, when they finally arrived to the car we were told it was going to be another 30 minutes before our order would be ready because they lost it and were having to re-shop for it. There wasnt an apology, just a shrug.

Made a apt to get 2 tires mounted. They couldnt get the lug nuts loose. I took a breaker bar and broke them loose for them and they said I ran out time and they wouldnt mount my tires. Im not going back..

Shelves were pretty bare. Couldn’t get bottled water but Dasani. Not much selection

Staff are nonexistent here. Things move around much more frequently than other places I think, because from one week to the next Ill struggle finding the same item. The rest of the experience is what youd expect, not bad or great. Its Walmart.

I tried pick up photos I had printed and the 2 people I talked to were completely clueless. I finally gave up. Horrible experience but Walgreens did great as usual.

The shelves are stocked for the most part unless you go into the lunch meat area and then theres barely anything on the shelf I prefer to go to the Ankeny Walmart or Altoona Walmart

The customer service people follow you around everywhere and make immediately buy what ever you pick up before your even done shopping. Wich makes really want to not ever go there again.

Very clean and typically quick if going through the self checkout, as they have multiple lanes. However, only one to two registers are open most times. Typically the line is still minimal. There is always an attendant to help if you need. Customer services area is knowledgeable of their practices and products, and returning items was hassle free,as long as you be sure to get a sticker when walking in. When I was there, there was not someone up front to give a sticker, but the employee did not make it my problem, as when they realized someone was not up there to give the sticker, they continued with the return. The store has moved their products around quite a bit, so if looking for a specific item it can take some time as the store is quite large. However an employee is easy to find nearby most days. Parking isnt too awful. Overall, a quick shopping trip with minimal headache.

This was the worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. I was checking out at self checkout and I needed help activating a gift card and the gal wasnt very unpleasant. She seemed irritated helping me because she had to get off her phone. Then when I was done, she screamed at me at the top of her lungs, because I didnt take my receipt and had change coming back to me. I never asked for change back, it looks like the register gave me a refund because the card she supposedly activated, didnt go through. What a joke!!!!

Great low prices! I went to my usual Walmart since I know where everything is and can get in and out easier..... But things werent as usual..... They moved the pet area and are rearranging the whole grocery area. I couldnt find some of the things on my list that I usually can find easily. That was disappointing. But will always come back because of the low prices!

Had to make an emergency run late last night after rescuing a kitten. Wasnt aware of the hours, but there was a rather rude employee that was sure to let me know that they were closed and he would appreciate if I finished my shopping and left. Perhaps if you close and lock the entrance door when youre closed it might help to keep people coming in at the last minute...

I enjoy Walmart and the prices but its difficult to find an employee that works in certain departments and if you are lucky enough to find one they cant answer any of your questions, they just say look over there and of course its never Over There. If customers are checking themselves out what in the heck are the employees doing. Maybe they should start training the employees to know whats in their departments and how to answer customers questions.

Went right before closing. This particular store is clean and friendly door greeters especially. Not usually too many registers open however.

Dislike Waldemort with a passion so I am biased, but had to go here for mother in law in nursing home. Last time I was in one of these stores was at 20+ years ago.

I wish I could leave negative stars. They profile their customers and accuse them of theft without proof. Didnt even receive an apology after the surveillance footage showed nothing suspicious. I will NEVER shop at a Walmart again. Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a retail store in my life.

Im extremely aggravated that there were no cashiers. If I had been shopping alone I would have walked out without purchasing my items. There are people like me with disabilities that need a cashiers assistance. I will no longer do my shopping at this location. If the other stores are doing this as well I will no longer shop at any Wal-Mart.

Poor customer service. They make people wait in a very long customer service line just to tell them hey, I actually need to cash a check. Then you wait another 15 to 45 minutes for a special clerk to come up front to cash your check. Meanwhile I see associates just walking around looking up at the sky for a whatever reason or avoid all eye contact with customers. Just doesnt really make any sense, do better please

The worst customer service I have ever had. They want to give their ceo gigantic bonuses and not pay for cashiers. If I have to spend more than 15 minutes waiting in line to be checked out they will have to pay someone for about 1 hour to put the groceries back because I will walk out. Also I refuse to do the self checkout. They do not pay me $20 an hour to do their job. Its all called customer service.

I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for my online pickup order and it is beyond ridiculous! I’ve watched many people come and go as I’ve been effing waiting. I’ve called twice and no difference. I’ll take my damn order to Hyvee next time! Pathetic!
