Josh was very helpful in guiding me to the right phone and the right phone plan. He displayed great customer service.Also I had to go back to the store today in Ankeny, IAJosh was on lunch but Tyler was there the store manager and Tyler reassured me my new phone was working properly and he went through my phone to make sure everything was good. My experience was great 👍

I must say when I made my appointment with Joshua Moon in a city 40 minutes from my home, I figured there goes half the day! Thats what Ive been used to. Not only was Josh extremely knowledgeable, he took multitasking to a new level. Answering the phones (plural) and acknowledging customers all the while completing my request in a timely manner, he never broke a sweat. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this man! US Cellular needs to give him a raise! Im telling all my US Cellular friends to work with Josh.

Wow, Im impressed! 25 minutes later, and Im out the door with a new phone that has EVERYTHING from my old phone on it! Tyler answered all of my questions. Completely satisfied

US cellular in ankeny wont fix a problem with a phone/sim card because i have a pending pre-order for a phone on a different line that wont be in for a week and a half..... i guess i have a week and a half to post reviews since i cant make phone calls reliably.

Josh was absolutely the best to work with. He was efficient, looked out for my best interests, and is the Samsung master! He didnt try to upsell me on anything, and gave me the facts. I was in and out within an hour. Best service Ive ever received at a cell phone company. Absolutely recommend him!

Did not have the phone I wanted but told me they could have it shipped to the store within two days, which was okay with me. Four days pass and I call to see why it hasnt come in yet and learn it is back ordered and do not have any idea of when it will come in now. Not sure if staff or corporate is at fault for the wrong information but it is very frustrating either way.

Stopped in the store today to purchase a new phone. The staffed was very friendly, answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about the phones and there functions to help me decided what phone would be best for me. Overall was a good experience and will be going back if I need anything else.
