Attempted to go in to view the showroom today and was advised that they couldn’t accommodate it because it was by appointment only, a recent change they made. That showroom is massive and even following CDC guidelines more than the allowed two groups could maintain 6 feet apart.It does not say the appointment need anywhere on their website, copied details below. When I advised that it was a 2 hour drive just to see their showroom, they clearly didn’t care or attempt to find a time to get us in. Get you unloaded fast, but theyre not the friendliest bunch. Its okay though, theyre fast at unloading.

Moehl Millwork supplied the doors to my new construction home 4 years ago. They are of high quality at a competitive price. I had door handle break and Dustin, the service manager, had a tech to my house within 4 hours to make the repair. Excellent customer service!

If you want expert support on your building project, Moehl Millwork is the place to go. My experience has been great. They know their stuff, and they are responsive! Great people.

Any company that supports the talents of an employee for 61 years (Dale Schroeder, who worked there from 1943 to 2004) is alright in my book. That’s how I would have wanted my career to go.

We purchased Marvin windows several years ago. One needs some attention, however I cant seem to get the person in charge to follow through with service. We need a new sliding glass door and Im thinking it wont be Marvin.

I work for an apartment company and we were using Moehl to get windows and doors for the apartments, but every time we had a project there was a new rep. The delivery is hit or miss, one guys just left the interior door outside leaning against the building and left, even though it says right on the delivery slip to call so we can meet them. Our latest rep, came and measured for the doors. They sent the wrong doors, and have not sent the new ones. It has been 7 weeks and we have not heard from our rep. We have called and emailed, nothing. We will be spending our money elsewhere for 100 units that need doors and windows.

Great personnel, know their product lines well and easy to work with too. We bought doors, trim, windows from them years ago and still happy with the choices and the value it added to our home.

Great to work with. Very helpful with a 16 year old warranty issue. Would absolutely purchase from Moehl again. Highly recommend.

I’ve been building professionally for 20 years now and I only buy cabinets from Tina N. and trim/doors from Mike D from moehl. Their prices and products are superior. Exsperiance in this business is huge and needed, nobody can bring that like Tina and Mike. I blessed to have them and would recommend them to any other builder or private individual in a heartbeat.

Beware. Thieves. Sold me over $10,000 in cabinets and there were defects. Salesperson would not come to view them. Also would not bring manufacturers rep. After getting the run around and IGNORED for months, I filed a credit card chargeback on half the purchase price. Only then did they want to come look. Irrelevant because by this time I had to install the cabinets to continue construction on my new home. Moehl Millwork then disputed my chargeback with pages full of outright lies on how they handled the situation. Credit card settled with Moehl and told me to pursue it legally. Not worth it. But rather than deal with a couple of small defects Moehl Millwork choose to alienate a customer for life which extends to everyone this customer knows and everyone in the building industry I know. Do yourself a favor and give you business to a more reputable and honest company.
