I actually write this review with sadness. I was hired for the receptionist position with the understanding that it was part time till they got moved to their new building. But what I didnt know was inquiring information on trying to gain better knowledge of how the plant work and what they make and how they do it and who makes what decisions and I even asked if maybe I could be trained on the floor maybe after I learnt my job in full or even to fill in part time if needed on the weekends after my supervisor found out that I inquired about it I was verbally reprimanded to understand the chain of command. Then I was asked if I would be willing to work in quality control till they had more hours for me I know on one of those occasions I had asked who made the final decisions because I honestly didnt know on what parts went out as well as I was asked if I wanted hours I could come in and help them pack to move which I did on the last day of helping them pack I was told by my supervisor to give her some time to get moved in and she would let me know if they would need a receptionist at all then then I got the call we will not be needing you I called to ask about the posting and was told I was not needed because there was too much chit chatter so at that time I did not know that asking questions to gain knowledge and polite conversation how are you and have a great day was too much chit chatter. With that being said I hope you find someone that fits.
