I used to enjoy this store until I needed womens shoes and they rarely have the size Im looking for. They can order online but then I cant try it on before purchasing.Im a size 11w-12w and out of the many times Ive tried to find shoes here only once did I walk out with a fitting shoe.. Burgundy converse, with unisex sizing options. Other than that the instore sizing isnt great. I just wish they would order in larger sizes so large footed individuals could try on and find the best shoe.

I baught a pair of puma shoes on line and I was sent 2 different sizes (6&8 1/2) in one pair of shoes. Not happy....

This is the absolute worst Shoe Carnival ever! I was helped by the “manager” Evelyn who was extremely rude. She gave me a big attitude because she had to do a return for us. I had two pair of shoes. One pair I paid 40 for and another 37.50. Afterwards she told me I would be getting less then 30 back for both shoes together. I k ew I paid almost 80 for these shoes so I told her if that was all I would get back I’ll just keep my shoes. This lady REFUSED to allow me to keep my shoes. She was very impolite and rude. I will never go back to this store after this experience. And the shoe carnival has likely lost this families business. VERY unhappy

It has mostly everything I walked in and walked out with great service.

Employees need to help customers, instead of talking about their personal lives

Manager was not helping her employee. She was just sitting in the back. It took forever to buy my new shoes.

The shoes are definitely overpriced and the entire 30 minutes that I was there browsing, not one employee ever spoke to me.

Wouldnt say it was a good visit. I was there for at least 10 minutes. Sales clerk just sat there and offered no help at all!
