Customer service is great. They work very hard to make sure the customer is happy. We have bought all of our appliances this store. Melissa is awesome.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Believing in supporting small town, local businesses went to the Angola Sears store to order a new refrigerator. They said delivery in 5 weeks which was fine as we understand things are in a lag right now due to covid 19. Delivery date came with out a call from them so I called to be told there was a delivery delay from factory. Again, we accepted this because of pandemic and delivery date was rescheduled. New delivery date came and went, no fridge, no call. Tried calling them just before closing on delivery date and no answer. Waited another day still no call or fridge. Eventually made contact and was told another manufacturing delay. Dealer did offer to try to get different style or color but why would I want an appliance that didnt match the others?We canceled the order but not because of delays but because of lack of communication from dealer.

Please done close your stores. We think you are essential all the time. You are friendly and helpful all the time. You had the item we needed in stock, no waiting on parts. Thank You for being there, just appreciate you so much Sears. Keep up the good work to.

I have bought all new appliances for 2 rental policies from our Hometown Sears store in Angola IN in the last 2 years. The experience has been great each time. Brett and the rest of the team have been very helpful picking out the highest quality equipment and the most competitive price in town. I not only recommend them, but intend to purchase from them again!

Great customer service. Took some tools to be exchange/replaced and was pleased that they could be repaired as one of the ratchets was an older tool that was given to me by a family member that had passed so there was some sentimental value to it. I will be returning to this store for all my craftsman needs. Thanks!!!

Ive always loved Sears and they always treated me well. This was my first time dealing with a Home Store since Sears unfortunately went bankrupt. I stopped by the Angola Sears Hometown Store, for the first time to inquire about a lease. Dave and James were able to answer all the questions I had. I will definitely come to this store for all my appliance and tool purchases.

Have had fine experiences here before. Nothing exceptional or noteworthy, just a standard retail shopping experience. Pulled in today ten minutes before they were closing (we didnt know that) and they were locking the door and turned us away. Not cool. Certainly doesnt make me think they really want business.Ive worked retail; I know no one is thrilled to see a last-minute customer. But if youre supposed to be open, stay open. Thats how it works.

I went into the store the other day for a tool exchange. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I will certainly go back again and again.

A nice gentleman named James helped me figure out what type of appliances that i will be putting in my newly built house as i am trying to pre-plan everything. everyone was very helpful and i will be back to but the appliances when our house is finished. thanks for everyones help.
