These folks are crooked. Made a deal on a truck over the phone. Waited almost 2 weeks for them to get the truck “serviced and dependable “(their words). Finally set up a time and day for me to make the 2.5 hr drive to pick up the truck since I had already done all the finance application online. When we got there they had the truck sitting in front and locked. The salesman i was dealing with Steven Waite said he was busy with another customer but would be done shortly. He went and got in the truck and drove around back and said they were servicing it out. Went in and did the paperwork and 2.5 hrs later finally left to head home. About 50 miles into my trip it ran out of power steering fluid. They said they had serviced the truck and fixed any that needed attention. I was told before I bought it that it would have 3 months or 3000 warranty. After I signed the paperwork and asked about it they said it didn’t have any warranty but was assured anything that needed attention was addressed when it went through there service department. Carried it to a mechanic the next day and he couldn’t believe that it came from a dealership. The truck had been leaking power steering fluid for a long time. The complete undercarriage was covered. The motor was covered. They had put a new battery in and didn’t clean the terminals. After 2 months I still haven’t gotten my tags and my temporary plate is expired. Have made 2 calls to them and no one will return my call. I should have looked the truck over before hand but I am disabled and not able to get down and look underneath. Still undecided about contacting an attorney to recomp what I had to spend to get the truck actually roadworthy and get my registration

Steven was my salesman, Thomas appraised my trade in and they gave us what we wanted so I was able to get my dream truck. Derek was very helpful throughout the whole process and Sunni was quick and informative. I left 100% satisfied!

I have purchased my 6 of my last 7 vehicles from Yaklin dealerships. I cant help but go back there when its that dreaded time to purchase another vehicle. But, with the Finance guru Sunni and salespeople like Steven, its so much less painstaking. I will continue to go here for as long as I need a vehicle to purchase. I drove my car around 300 miles one way to McAllen Texas. I came back home in a rental car because the car that I just bought from yaklin Chrysler in Angleton TX left me in the middle of traffic!! They didnt do anything to help me I ended up waiting for 6 weeks to get an answer from Justin Yaklin since he was in vacation. He was to busy for his customer. I personally call him many times left voice mail to this day he never returned my calls not even to apologize. The worst service I ever had in my life. I ended up fixing my car. I spend $3800 it was the engine motor. I call this a fraud 100% I ended up without transportation for 3 month thanks to your business JUSTIN YAKLIN

Could not give Yaklin auto group in Angleton any higher praise! From being greeted at the door by the manager whom has a good sense of humor and brings a good atmosphere to the dealership and Bernie our salesman who was extremely patient and attentive throughout the whole process with our crazy schedule he managed to truly have us in and out, with most all of the information gathered over the phone! The final person we seen was Sunni weeks to finalize everything. We’ve never had a more smooth closing. She was beyond great and super sweet! Extremely knowledgeable and great at her job and it shows. Highly recommend this dealership! You do not have to travel far for good service, they’re great!

Deceptive marketing! The price they “list” their vehicles is NOT the actual price. They wanted to charge us $2,800 in accessories on top of the list price of the used vehicle we drove out to see. We’ve bought several used vehicles over the years and the most we’ve ever been charged for these accessories is $500, which we would’ve been okay with this time. Do not come to this dealership if you’re in the market for a used vehicle. Chelsea Davis (sales person) wouldn’t let us look at the PO while we were negotiating our trade in or else we would’ve caught on to their deceptive, shady tactics way before we wasted our time TWICE by driving out there over an hour one way. She literally would not take her hand off the paper while we negotiated. They also claim they “don’t” allow for outside financing, which we always use our credit union. We hadn’t made it five minutes down the road when Chelsea sent me an email stating they’d let us use our credit union. It was then we my husband went back the next day to finalize the deal that we were informed of the $2,800 in accessories. Don’t even waste your time on these crooks. Shady people who should be ashamed of themselves. I feel sorry for the people they’ve taken advantage of.

Bait and switch alert. Told the salesman we were coming from Corpus Christi to view two specific vehicles. He told us over the phone that both vehicles were on the lot. When we arrived the first thing we were told is that one of them had just been sold that morning to another dealership. The vehicle is STILL ON THE WEBSITE 4 DAYS LATER. Then I was informed that financing from my bank could not be accepted. That if I were to buy a car from them it would be with their financing. Nope not gonna happen. You lost a sale last week. I did not drive 4 hours to be jerked around.

I traded a 2016 EcoDiesel Ram in for a 2021 EcoDiesel Ram. I do some Towing. Not a lot. One heavy trip to Colorado. Year. This new EcoDiesel call me 35 to 37 MPG on the highway at 70 miles per hour. I am well pleased with the truck and well pleased with the dealership. The truck is everything I expected and the dealership is the best one that Ive ever dealt with. And I bought many new vehicles in my lifetime. Closing in on 7 years old.

Bought a 2018 ram 1500 and Chelsea was so helpful thru the whole process.

People make all the difference! Had been disappointed in a purchase from another dealer for over a year. Was upside down and in need of something bigger. I was hesitant and it took me about a month to go to the dealership. But, Frank (sales) and Derrick (manager) would check in every week or so to see how i was feeling about things. They gave approximate numbers over the phone (we live about 30 minutes from Yaklin), best and worst case numbers, honest numbers. They did not push to run credit, and both times we came in they stayed well after hours to make sure we were taken care of. On Saturday we started financing after banks were closed, but still drove the new car home. No strings attached! It gave us a couple days to make sure we were certain, and gave them time to get the deal we needed for financing. They got the lender we wanted, at half the APR we thought we would get. It does NOT get better than that! Theyre quick, they dont beat around the bush, and above all they are kind and laid back. Yaklin is worth the drive, near or far! We saved about $8,000 between the purchase and the trade in compared to other dealerships (if not more). Save yourself time, and head straight to them. Will always be our first call in the future.

I drove 6hrs to pick up a used vehicle I saw they had online. I was looking for something real specific and they had it. Talked to salesman Eli and he was professional and said that everything would be ready when I arrived. He did not lie and everything was on the up and up on what we negotiated.On way home I noticed a small issue that was not caught by the dealership. Bought a new Ram 2500 on July 27th, the dealership was very quick to get paperwork pushed through. However on December 7th, we dropped off my truck for service due to the fact of the drive shaft had broken. We were told we would have our truck returned in two weeks....Over a week went by with zero contact from the dealership about locating a part, so my husband reached out and was told it would be December 23rd before a part would be available and that work would not take place until after Christmas. I called several times and left several messages for the service manager to call me back and NEVER got a call back! Alex told us multiple times he would find out about getting us a rental and never called us or placed us in one even with having the intention of keeping our truck almost three weeks.....At this time my husband contacted Southfork in pearland who immediately overnighted a part and will begin repairs in the morning. I DO NOT recommend the service department and truly wish we would have purchased our vehicle else where!!!!

They proved to me they are able to compete with the big dealers in Houston which is definitely a refreshing change from what Ive found with dealers in suburbs or rural areas. Carol helped me to jump through the hoops necessary to get the job done in a reasonable timeframe and even jumped through a few hoops of her own such as delivering the vehicle and getting signatures from my wife remotely.

My truck is going for 3 weeks In the service department first week they told me they were busy they couldn’t get to it .Second week they said there was nothing wrong with it when dashboard tells me other wise even when I drive it so ok I tell specifically to fix the problem and it’s going to 3 weeks there and they only tell me I will call you when it’s ready but never got that call since then I have been calling myself and no answer . Never again would I take my truck here these people Always have excuses & the one bad service is coming from Nick

(This time I traveled over 2 hours) I have never had a bad experience and if something is wrong it is fixed ASAP. My vehicle was ready and so was all the paperwork when I walked in. I never went to the dealership prior. I know Don is the finance manager, but there is nobody I trust more to do my vehicle buying transactions. The saleswoman he put me with was absolutely wonderful also. Her name was Carole Hill. She was very nice and professional and just seemed overall happy about her job. My overall experience was amazing and I absolutely love my 2017 Hyundai Santa FE Sport!

Good price on a wide range of vehicles. All used vehicles get a thorough check and touch-up, which is nice. The salesman (Eli Ortega) was attentive, friendly, and very professional. My first loan got declined due to some errors, the finance department (Kelly) got me a better loan before even contacting me. All in all a very pleasant experience.
