Recently I was at another Sherwin Williams store and had the worst experience. After my bad visit I decided to shop at a different store and found the store on Andover Rd.The customer service I received from Trish and JJ was the wonderful experience Ive always received at other Sherwin Williams stores.These two employees were both knowledgable, professional and friendly. I explained to both of them what projects I was doing on my home and they directed me to getting the best product and the amount needed to complete my project.This store deserves more than 5 stars. I strongly recommend using the Andover store for all your painting needs.Thank you JJ and Trish for being awesome today!!

Beware of being bamboozled. Even if you have a promotion (ie 40% off paints and stains), you will be charged $70s for a gallon of paint which actually brings it down to a regular priced item at another store.

I brought in paint that needed to be matched and got a great price during their sale. Great match and great quality product!

Its a Sherwin-Williams so the selection and quality of product is great. The last several times Ive been to this location theyre somewhat friendly staff has not been able to answer questions. Havent even tried to find me. Last time I was there kid actually told me to Google it

If I were to tell someone something encouraging to visit the store in Andover, Kansas, I would tell them to work with A.J. Willet. He knows so much about paint and did a fantastic job of guiding us to a color that we are extremely excited about. Just an amazing person that Mr. Willet is. Highly recommend making him at the very least, store manager but would like to see him as a director of training in the Midwest or something like that.
