Very poor customer service. An appointment was scheduled with a 4 hour window for winterization and the technician showed up 2 hours early. I was home during the confirmed appointment time but no notification was made to let me know that the technician was not coming. Additional lack of communication during spring service and was expected to pay for a part that I didnt ask for and wasnt told about beforehand.

They are willing to answer all my questions.If I have a probelm with my sprinkler system,my bill etc.

We were extremely impressed with Rock Solid when they installed our sprinkler system. Avery and Scott were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our yard had a lot of clay and large tree roots but they were still able to get the job completed in one day. Avery was extremely helpful and patient when he was showing us how the system worked. We would highly recommend Rock Solid!

First time we used Rock Solid and will continue to use them going forward. Had them do a spring clean-up on our acre+ lot. They were on time, professional, and quick. Most importantly they did an outstanding job.

My experience having an irrigation system with Rock Solid was phenomenal. The crew adapted to quite a few unexpected hiccups and still provided a one day installation. Looking forward to working with them in the future.

We requested quotes from several irrigation installers, only two of which got back to us in a reasonable amount of time. We appreciated the time Jim (the owner) spent with us explaining things and we felt he was being straight with us. On the day of the install it was discovered Comcast cables had not been marked. They had Gopher One out within the half hour marking the cables. But they missed one, it eventually got cut. Loss of internet but not Rock Solids fault. When all was said and done the yard looked much better than I expected considering all the work they had done. The controller was not what we expected so we had Jim come out again as he offered to replace with the one we thought we were to get. After a short discussion we concluded the one we have is way more than adequate for our needs so we kept it. Having the onsite weather station is a bonus (as opposed to connecting to the nearest weather center). Of course when Comcast came to bury the new cable they cut the sprinkler lines in two places. We let Jim know and by the end of the week we had a super nice tech come out and repair both instances... again you would hardly know what he did as they do a great job of repairing the lawn. Anyway, long story long, we were very happy with the install, very happy with the install crew and the whole experience. Thanks Rock Solid!

Rock Solid is tremendous to work with!! In a day where its hard to find quality people and organizations who follow through on what they say theyre going to do, Rock Solid is a breath of fresh air. Jim and his team have always been hard-working, fair and honest. If Ive ever needed an extra visit, or a favor, they are always willing to go the extra mile and make sure the work is done right. I work with Jeff a lot. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient. Whoever needs a landscaping project done should hire these guys. They are the best in their trade.

Jim and Shawn were wonderful to work with. We had a lot of unforeseen circumstances that required some moving of dates and they really did all they could to help. Pricing and warranty is competitive. Weve had the irrigation for about 2 months and things seem to be going well.

Rock Solid takes care of the lawn care at my small business. Timely, quality work, and great communication if any issues come up that prevent them from reaching our property on schedule (usually weather related). I had an issue when the company could not get out for a over week and it was starting to freeze outside. They tried to blow my sprinklers out but when they hooked their machine to my line the technician damaged the hookup after yanking on it really hard. So hard he bent the line. He took a blow torch to soften it and bend it back and broke the line in half. I spoke to a manager and their team hired a plumber to come out and replace the plumbing line so they could perform the winterization. Then they refused to pay the plumber and I incurred a massive expensive and has to pay the plumber. Never use this company.

Overall it was a great experience working with everyone at Rock Solid. They had great design ideas, the crew was courteous and very approachable, and they completed the job on time with high quality. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We have had great service over the last 2 yrs with Rock Solid. They have done our lawn maintenance and also landscaping. We sold our home and moved so we were not able to use them this summer for our new home, but if they come to woodbury we will be sure to sign up again :)The lawn looks great with them taking care of it.

I have the installation done for few years now. Their customer service is not good for the long term. As an existing customer, It seems like whenever I need some parts replaced the co-owner does not communicate back. He literally ignored my request via email and phone text for month this summer even though I paid in advance for the service. I have had couple of instances where my requests have been totally ignored to the point I regret now the reason I had them install my system. I would NOT recommend this company to any one due to their customer service.

Rock Solid has been awesome for our lawn. They take care of everything, from our sprinklers, to fertilizing. They are always timely and service our house on a routine day so we can plan. This is the 4th year we will be using Rock Solid and Im confident our lawn will be one of the best looking ones on the block!

Our experience with this company has been the worst! They are extremely unprofessional with how they handle their clients and their jobs! We payed a lot of money for landscaping to be done, it was not done correctly and after arguing with not only the foreman of the crew but the head boss they came back to “fix” it and it still wasn’t done to our liking! The way they talk to their clients who pay good money for their services is highly rude and I don’t understand how they stay in business! I will not be recommending their services to anyone I know!

I am very happy with the work done by Rock Solid - they installed an irrigation system and new dirt and sod! Very impressed with their professionalism and follow up.

I watched the Rock Solid landscapers team build a water feature from start to finish and was very impressed with their attention to detail, the way they placed each rock, making sure the water traveled down the waterfall just right and the friendliness of the landscapers!

Called into get a price to have some rock removed and possibly have my sprinkler system repaired. When I told him about the rock portion of the job how Jeff responded that he wasnt interested in even giving me a price. Clearly they dont value there customers and I wouldnt consider them for any future projects.

We’ve usually had a good experience but recently we contacted them through their website and left a message on their voicemail and patiently waited weeks to hear back.Meanwhile more sprinkler heads stopped working and we have brown spots. Time to move on.
