So happy when they decided to open this location!! I drive 20 minutes(from my home) for this ice cream when I have that craving 😋 worth every penny and bite! You wont regret it. Love this ice cream! Tastes are allowed, which was nice to have since pandemic started. Non-dairy and dairy flavors are equally delicious. Our family had kid scoops of peach and strawberry, and a regular scoop of mint cookies and cream. A regular scoop is almost too much! Almost.

If youre going to charge $12 for a two scoop Sundae the least you could do is build a proper Sundae. This would be the layer on the bottom with hot fudge and then some ice cream and then top it off with more hot fudge. Also the whip cream literally slid off the top of the ice cream and landed all over the floor. $12 is double the price of pretty much any other ice cream shop. Staff was very nice and offered quick Service.

This is a high end ice cream place with a lot of gluten free and dairy free options. The ice cream is delicious.There ia paid parking out front in a town lot.The staff is friendly and quick.They have a free water dispenser, but it splatters a lot. You have been warned!

Ice cream was pretty good but prices were a bit high. Fresh peach was ok, mint Oreo was quite good (tasted like grasshopper) and chocolate bead creamy.

This library is part of the Phillips Academy and is open to the public at no charge (donations encourgaged). They update their exhibits frequently and are able to assemble very nice shows with good explanations. We recently visited again and enjoyed a view of one of Audubons actual book on birds that made him famour. The photograhic exhibits were also very interesting.

Good ice cream, decent variety and standard toppings. I appreciate that they have ice cream alternatives (lactose free, fro-yo, and vegan). While some family members complained they didnt have crazy flavors (unicorn, bubblegum, cotton candy, etc), they have the fundamentals and something for everyone.

Although this is not the season for ice cream, theirs is very good.Of equal quality is their coffee. It is Midway between a light roast sand a dark roast making my opinion of a perfect compromise. They also have some nice looking pastries to go with the coffee.

We were really excited to have ice cream from JP I usually grab some from assembly square. We arrived at JPs at 9:20pm and the employees were already closed up even though on google it says it closes at 10pm, they said it closes at 9:30pm however it was 9:20pm and the doors were locked.

I went there for hot chocolate. I am a chocolate lover. They claim to have the best hot chocolate... They dont! It was the worst! It was cold and gross. Save your money. Maybe try the ice cream instead... Ive never tried it, but it cant be worst than the hot chocolate.

Nice new addition to Andover Square and is more than just an ice cream shop. They have a big selection of coffee even cold brew and did a very nice job remodeling the inside of it does not look like your typical ice cream spot. Definitely worth trying out I recommend the peanut butter cup sundae!

Walked through the door. I had a hard time reading the menu on the wall so i walked up to the counter. I was then Told “the line starts over there, your going the wrong way” i said im sorry, i didnt see any signage for directions and i was just reading the menu. Got in line, kid behind the desk comes over. Takes my order. No gloves on. Some other person came over. Took my girlfriends order. She asks a few questions and is given rude/condescending answers. She simply asked if they had caramel sauce. The kid says, no we dont have that ice cream. I said she asked for the sauce. He said. We dont have that ice cream. I again said she asked for the SAUCE. He said oh i didnt hear you say sauce. Really dude? Anyway. Takes the order. No gloves. Makes both sundaes. No gloves. In a matter of 5 minutes I was asked a total of 5x if i was going to order something else. As if they wanted us out. For a high end ice cream shop, the service was on the low end. Not to mention the attitude from staff. Probably not going to return. But. On a brighter note. The ice cream is delicious.

High quality ice cream with a high price tag

Yes there is dairy free ice cream in Andover. However youre better off hitting wholefoods freezer section. Numerous brands of dairy free ice cream slaughters jp lick dairy free blah cream. While youre in wholefoods puck up some hot fudge caramel and strawberry sauce. This weekend jp licks had none.

Ice cream is great. Prices are kinda high.
