I’m a gentleman who’ve consigned with them a few years back and haven’t been back, but I can tell you it’s a fabulous store, always busy right in the middle of downtown and close to other shops and eateries. My item sold very fast and staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Thank you ladies

This was my first time consigning at this shop. The first couple times I came in I had a pleasant experience, everyone was super nice and helpful. I had called to see if I had a check available since my items had sold and they told me checks issue out in June but I could come “whenever I want” to pick it up. I went in the last week of May since I was going away and was in the area. David (I think is his name) was very friendly and grabbed another associate to issue a check for me. A woman came to the front desk and was taking care of it, when the owner came over and said they don’t usually issue out checks early. I said I only came because I was told I could come at any time and she asked “are you going away?”. Ummmm why does that matter? I was totally embarrassed and will never do business there again.

Chic Consignment is a great place to shop to find really nice clothing and accessories at affordable prices. May, the owner, is very knowledgeable about the merchandise, very friendly and has great style. Her staff is friendly and helpful too. Its a pleasure to shop in the store and I love watching the videos each week to see all the nice things that are available. I highly recommend Chic Consignment.

This was my first time in this well coordinated high end consignment store and I was truly impressed with the the greetings from all that worked there. I met the owner May who was extremely pleasant with a sincere passion for her store. I will definitely be watching and sharing all her live videos and also be a consistent customer to all her high end designer clothes at a reasonable price!Well done May!

I used to shop here with my mum before we all moved. I live in NYC and have great consignment there, yet any time I find myself back in Andover I make a point to visit this shop. The price and quality are superb, and Im really picky because I make clothing for a living. I make a point to stop in to get myself unique pieces and to get special gifts. I love this place

Took a lot of my clothes there to consign (dont forget hangars!) and got a good amount of money for them after a few months. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do not shop there but their store is very well maintained. The displays always look nice and their selection is constantly being updated.

Truly upscale consignment store. Being of a womanly size I cant often find clothes for myself here, but my daughters have purchased special occasion outfits that we would otherwise not be able to afford. Certainly not a bargain place, but I think the name makes that clear. They carry like new, top notch designer clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry.

I always find something at this unique shop! Good quality and brand name variety...a bit pricey but sales are good!

So many name brands at great prices! Kate Spade and Diane Von Furstenberg are just two of my favorite lines here! I pop in about once a week just to see all the new things that have come in.

Amazing collection of authentic high-end items! However I have noticed their pricing for these items has certainly gone up. Some of the prices seem unreasonable because they ARE still used and should not be almost as much as it costs.
