Walmart was out of a few favorites...gummy worms and white queso sauce. But they did have big TURKEY and delicious frozen pie (Strawberry Rhubarb) on sale so Im set for Thanksgiving! :)

Pharmacy...has lost quality.Used to be great.Now when you go for vaccines...they say walk ins welcome...but turn you away...because they will not open a new batch...until many are lined up.Then I made an appointment for my second shot...doesnt mean anything to them..You just have to wait. Waited 25 minutes. Not sure why they give appointments.

Do not buy food from Walmart. The back rooms where meat and produce are handled are abhorrent. Completely unsanitary and violate health codes. The staff also allows pallets off of their frozen/ dairy truck to sit in the warehouse for 45 minutes, it should be back there 15 min tops. This is an issue because the products on these trucks need to be kept at a proper temp or they begin to go bad.Management is unable to keep competent staff to process food in a safe and clean manner. Buyer beware and maybe a health inspector should stop by.

Its tough to watch 2 to 4 employees who I assume were supervisors standing around visiting and talking for upwards of 15 minutes while you had long lines with only 2 checkouts open. If you want me to use the self checks a 10 to 15% discount on my purchase would be nice being that you are not having to pay me for my work in checking my own groceries

Wally world is a nice place to spend money on Low price things! Everyday Low prices its amazing you can find selections of everything you could possibly need thanks for showing at Walmart

Everything anyone could ever want. We purchased foods from the Deli areas......excellent. We also got a rotisserie chicken, YUM. Garlic flavored. I had the BEST potato salad; it was pesto potato salad. First time in my life ever. Will buy it by the quarts. 😁😁.

Nice store. Big, well stocked and clean. Lots of employees available to assist you. Easy parking. Plenty of check outs open. All around great shopping experience.

Very frustrating....only two checkouts....lots of seniors in line. The clerks were doing the best they could. Walmart...put in more checkouts...I spend over 5000 a year there....I will not go again if you dont add more. THE PEOPLE in line were all talking and mad. Walmart Andover your shelves were not stocked either.

The deli is the most under staffed area. Takes forever to get service. Use to be a great go to store of all the walmarts but has more recently been unorganized, crowded isles to walk in and overall dirty. Super sad with my experiences here over the last 6 months.

Always clean and organized the most at this location. Clearance marked consistently too.

Andover Walmart is my favorite its always really clean and the associates are generally pretty friendly and helpful! So far its been the only place where I can find Milos zero sugar sweet tea and I love it!

This place is good, I mean it’s a Walmart, nothing crazy but it gets the job done. Really happy with their outdoors section as they have a good selection of all sorts of things. Huge selection of foods as well with them having a deli and bakery this is my go to Walmart for food grocery shopping

Will absolutely never shop here again,,, WE THE PEOPLE MUST let any business asking us to wear mask or be vaccinated know that as Americans we will not tolerate this kind of corruption, we keep them in business and we must demand they stand up for the freedoms of all Americans not try to steal them. How dare they ask any one of us our private medical information, I will never comply with rules that have zero science behind them. I am ashamed of companies working hard to turn America into a communist government rather than fighting to uphold our God given freedoms.

I signed up for 25GB AT&T Prepaid plan. I never got the full 25GB. The store employees were very helpful and really tried to chase down the issue, but AT&T and their merchandiser wouldn’t fix the issue. The stories from AT&T ranged from “he didn’t fulfill the requirements” even though I did and “the promotion doesn’t exist” even though it’s clearly posted on the Walmart website and on the in store sales literature.This is literal FRAUD, and needs to be fixed. I got stuck with my phone number ported into a plan that wasn’t what I paid for.With that said, this store is great for groceries and general household products.*Employee names omitted for privacy and because they truly tried to do everything they could, but Walmart and AT&T refuses to fix this as a corporate level.

Can never find anyone to help and only 1 lane open and self checkers. They are always out of the dog food I buy, walmart worker said they do not stock those Items a vendor does. Well the walmart employees have always stocked them in the past. I have gotten some that are spoiled and beyond the use by date, so will buy from Amazon from now on, no need to go to Walmart anymore.

Convenient location. Often there are items that I am looking for that they dont have. They have a pretty good grocery section and I love doing grocery pickup. The checkouts are slow and not staffed very well. This location does get quite busy especially on the weekends.

I will never shop here again mom ordered rhurbarb on line on monday I went there today and the lady in customer didnt care she sent over to the pick-up and they didnt know what I was talking about

Store was very clean and well stocked. There was a lot of staff available for questions as needed. Im not a huge Walmart fan, but this Andover location is the best around by far. After a morning class at the Andover YMCA, I will sometimes shop at the Andover Walmart, instead of going to the Blaine Target.

Outrageous if they dont train cashiers properly, they write formula is available at register 5, this man casually tells his customers to get formula in locked cupboard, he doesnt know what hes doing

Our go to Wal-Mart. They dont always have everything we need in stock, but its a clean store, and reasonable prices, so we are regular shoppers there.

Every time I go the place is filled with hoodlums. Last time I saw a guy stealing shrimp by putting it in his pants. Nice.

I strictly use the grocery pick up service and I have to say they are always super friendly every single person that has ever brought my groceries to the car and believe me that’s a lot of people probably all of them have at least come to deliver my groceries to my car once. Also when you called with a problem they’re quick to fix it but usually there aren’t any problems I’m very appreciative of all of the people working during this pandemic and making it possible for me to get groceries since I’m not too keen on going into the store... really not sure what I would be doing if it wasn’t for them

Meat department is always never stalked. When it is watch out for expired food!

They have good deals, grocery is assorted in a good way for easy find. The only thing is that they dont have Price Check machines nowhere. The sign are posted but no machine.... Also sometimes the isles get too crawded with shoppers and employees picking for curbside customers. After that everything is good.

Good selection of stuff and prices are decent the only thing I noticed seemed to be lacking is on the Hot Wheels never have new stuff Im going back to finding Hot Wheels on the shelf from over 3 years ago

Out of a ton of stuff, shelves are pretty bare

Punctured packages, stockers blocking product (can this be done overnight?), shrubs and boulders blocking view of traffic.

Overall this trip to Walmart was good. I went through self checkout since I prefer to scan my items. After I was done I paid my bill and a store approval box popped up. I went to the lady running that end of self checkout. I know she has speech problems and that isnt a problem for me except I needed to know what the problem was and how long it would take to correct it. I wasnt able to understand what she was saying at all. I understand she has speech difficulties but someone should be close by to assist her with communication with a customer. Anyways after she entered in her employee numbers a picture popped up showing that the receipt paper was out. That was helpful in knowing what the issue was. It took this lady almost 15 minutes to get a new roll of paper and fight to open the receipt roll and finally get it in place. It was bad timing for me since I was short on time. Anyways I will continue shopping at this location especially since most of my visits are good ones.

I stood in line for 45 minutes to finally get help at photo center. Unbelievable. Yes very short staffed, but really 45 minutes, and I did asked for manager and still got nothing.

Needs improvement, Not enough workers no one to answer questions no 1 to help find things

I needed a wire mesh strainer and when I was checking out, noticed it didnt have the price tag attached. I tried to get the attention of two CSMs, but they were to busy in a personal conversation. Because another customer was behind me waiting, I decided to take it to the customer service department. When I explained the situation, I was told I would need to go back and get a stainer with a price tag because she couldnt pull a price out of nowhere. At that point I did say I didnt ask her to do that, but hoped she could ask someone to pull pricing...she rolled her eyes. I preceded to tell the employee that I would go back and take care of it. At which point, which was past the point of acceptable, the employee apologizes. I had to go back, get the strainer, and then go through the self checkout. Unacceptable! The employee could have ask for a price check, she could have provided an experience, instead she choose to brush it off and not care. Seems to be an ongoing issue with this store. Doesnt matter if its an in store purchase or a pickup. Within a week, I ordered a pickup of a 40 TV and car battery... no offer to help bring it to my car or even a Let me grab a cart for you. Just so disappointed in the customer experience, but maybe Andover Walmart doesnt care about a positive experience.

I love their vision center. I took my son in and the doctor was so sweet. When he became uncomfortable she let him take a short break while she checked my eyes. We both love our glasses and got one free pair as a spare.

When I got to checkouts there was on cashier line open at that time there were 5 of us with carts waiting for one cashier..I dislike the self checkout I feel like I am your customer and should be treated like a customer and not an inconvience.... please open more checkouts with cashiers. Thank you.

If youre looking for mason jars, dont come here.Yes they do have Covid precautions in place. However, its the absolute bare minimum. Go to the target across the street and youll see that Target is going above and beyond to make sure the customers are safe. Target doesnt have mason jars either tho.

The store at 7:05 in the AM was dirty and busy with shelf stocking and people with huge cartson line shoppers. I didnt think this was a 24 hour store, with the mess it felt like it- what a disappoint.

One of the nicer Walmarts Ive shopped at. Ive never seen it anything but clean. Most of the workers are friendly and helpful. Product selection is pretty decent and they carry a lot of gluten free products that I like.

I didnt find everything that I was looking for. They had sugar free Coke 2 liters but not Pepsi or Mountain 2 liters that are sugar free. Hard to utilize my ibotta deals when its not in-store.
