I had the most WONDERFUL experience at Tulle Bridal. I visited Tulle in Salem, NH and met with Emma and Bella. They were so kind, patient, educated and supportive. I would recommend Tulle to anyone! I went 3 weeks out from my wedding when my original dress did not fit me right after alterations and the girls made me feel so calm and supportive! I ultimately bought my dress at Tulle and wish I could purchase 3 more gowns to wear because they have a great selection!

Tulle bridal in Salem was so accommodating to me, my mom, my sister, and my 6 year old niece - and of course the prices were AMAZING! My dress was an amazing steal. Alex even let my niece pick out dresses for me to try on. Once I had picked my dress, Alex walked me through the kinds of adjustments that could be done to the dress. I felt very supported and celebrated when I made my selection! They even adjusted the temperature in the store so it would be more comfortable for taking on and off dresses. 15/10 would recommend! I’d post a pic of my dress but it’s a surprise 🤫

Tulle is fabulous. The moment you walk in, your wedding stylist is fully invested in you and working with your needs/wants. Rita was fabulous to work with from start to finish and I could not be more pleased with my experience there along with the gowns and designers they offer.

Would absolutely recommend Tulle in Andover to every bride. My sister and I had back to back appointments. My sister worked with Elizabeth and I worked with Rita. They were both LOVELY. We walked with them through the racks to pick out dresses that we liked, which was nice to see them ourselves and know right away if we even wanted to try it on.Rita had everything I needed: false straps to visualize adding straps to dresses, a false front panel to place in a dress when I thought it was too sheer, belts, veils, and more. She talked through what alterations I would need to do, since Im doing them myself.They were both incredibly patient. My sister was between two dresses and kept putting them back on, back and forth, and Elizabeth was encouraging and all smiles the entire time. We felt taken care of the whole time, and the dresses were beautiful and well taken care of.

I would highly recommend tulle bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress! Emma went above and beyond and made my vision a reality. I showed her a few pictures of what I liked and she was able to show me a dress that I ended up saying yes to! Can’t believe I chose the first wedding dress I have ever tried on. I cannot stop talking about my experience at Tulle Bridal. Finding my wedding dress was a day that I had always dreamed of and my experience at Tulle exceeded my dreams and expectations! The ladies who work their are amazing, the store is gorgeous, and the dresses are stunning. I worked with Rita who could not have been more sweet - she has so much knowledge of the fabrics and shapes of the gowns and really helped me find the styles that I loved out of their variety of gorgeous gowns. Rita and the owner Heidi (who was also so sweet and helpful) ended up finding me a dress more beautiful than I could ever even imagine! I would recommend Tulle to any one of my friends - and I will!

The atmosphere is welcoming and chic. Autumn was amazing, she listened to what I wanted and pulled a few dresses then as I gave her feedback she kept finding better and better things! They had plenty of options and styles at different price ranges and I felt like I found the perfect dress.

I tried the NH outlet first with no luck but they suggested the MA location. I had Hannah helping me and she was patient and so helpful when I had no idea what I really wanted. After a few dresses I was finally able to say yes to the dress.

All I can say is amazing things about Tulle Bridal. Elizabeth was wonderful! I had recently purchased a wedding gown at another bridal store but I felt like I was pressured to buy it. I was very unhappy and decided to keep on searching for THE ONE. When my maid of honor and I got to Tulle Bridal we were immediately greeted and just felt welcomed. To my surprise I had the store to myself I felt like a V.I.P. Elizabeth made sure to listen to my needs and was so wonderful. Megan was also part of it and we sure had a great time. Tons of laughter. Just when I thought I wasn’t going to find THE ONE Elizabeth brought out the most beautiful breath taking dress! I felt like a BRIDE. We laughed and cried (I promise all happy tears). My exact words were ‘if you were to give me a piece of blank paper and ask me to draw my dream wedding dress this would be it) Not only was the dress beautiful but the price was even better! I highly would recommend this place to every bride to be.

I had an appointment with another salon in the area, and wanted to try to get an an appointment at Tulle the same day. I was able to schedule an appointment with Rita and it was a wonderful experience. She put me and my family immediately at ease. She understood exactly what I wanted, and helped me find the dress of my dreams AND the veil of my dreams. They went above and beyond to clean and press my veil for free, and provided a military discount. They made sure to make my whole family feel welcome - even those joining us on FaceTime. I absolutely loved my experience at Tulle in Salem. I actually thought I had booked my appointment at the Andover location, but thankfully it was cleared up when I talked to Paola on the phone before my appointment. I loved having the store all to myself. The interior of the space was lovely and classy. And Paola was so wonderful. She was extremely patient and kind and really listened to what I wanted. She was great at picking which dresses I might like and I was impressed by all of the options and the range of styles. I absolutely fell in love with my dress and wouldn’t dare leaving without it- every dress truly is one of a kind. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

I had such a great experience at Tulle! I tried on the dress I thought was the one but since this was my first stop I felt like I needed to see what else was out there. I never felt pressured and was encouraged to continue my search. I ended up going to several other places only to realize that Tulle is unmatched for both dresses AND service. I went back to Tulle to try on the dress again. This time Rita had the idea to add a belt and the rest is history! Everyone at Tulle is so knowledgeable and dedicated to making the brides experience an enjoyable one! I recommend them any chance I get!

This shop was absolutely perfect, we bought my sisters dress here! The selection is amazing and the dress prices are so fair! I highly recommend making an appointment with Elizabeth, especially if this is your first time trying on dresses - she has the most perfect disposition for this job!! She is an absolute doll and made us all feel so heard and comfortable in the shop! If you book far enough in advance, request the section in the front of the store - you get a nice straight runway-esque walk to the dressing rooms and the most beautiful sunlight on all sides! If youre bringing mom or bridesmaids, ask if they are open downstairs - there are tons of accessories, bridesmaids dresses, etc. I was so psyched to find a BHLDN bridesmaids dress at the shop! Highly recommend!

My consultant Mary Kate went above and beyond and truly listened and paid attention to what I liked. She ultimately pulled the dress of my dreams! In fact, the first dress she pulled for me ended up being my dress! They had a great selection of dresses, both available for order and off the rack. Really sad to have to edit my previously 5-star review, but after my gown pickup last month my experience with tulle has unfortunately changed.In November I ordered my dress from tulle. At that appointment, I was measured and the woman working there kindly told me that my upper body was a 4 and lower body was an 8, but that she recommended ordering a size 6 because the top couldn‘t be taken in 2 sizes while maintaining the integrity of the design. She said maybe it would be snug in the hips, but likely okay, and I followed that recommendation.Last month I picked up my dress for my now postponed wedding, and it didn’t fit my hips at all. I knew this was a risk and didn’t blame tulle for it at all, at first they were helpful looking for seam allowances etc. I was alone due to Covid and fighting back tears and said I absolutely didn’t blame them and that I just wanted to go and would find a solution in the now 15 mos until my wedding.The owner then came and insisted on remeasurimg me over my dress, then showed me my November measurements vs current measurements to redemonstrate that this was my fault and not theirs (I have gained 5lbs since November). For anyone that has body image issues or is struggling during Covid, this is really upsetting and also not necessary as I never blamed them for the fit and of course was still paying the full price for my dress. I told her I didn’t need to see these measurements and would just please like to pay and leave.Finally she asked me to wait a bit so she could check their inventory, I said ok and after a few minutes she came back saying they didn’t have an 8 in that dress (this was already obvious before) but that I could take the sample size 14 dress instead. To reiterate I had a size 6 and it was still big in the chest as I have gained a small amount of weight and in November they said taking it in 2 sizes would be too much, now she was offering a dress 5 sizes bigger in the top. I didn’t see how this was a solution and declined and said I just really wanted to leave now.Being alone due to Covid and having this try-on experience was so upsetting and I feel like I really missed out on a fun bridal moment. It was not their fault that the dress didn’t fit but body shaming a bride to the point of tears is just unacceptable. I left and cried in my car before luckily regrouping with my mom and bridesmaids to work out a solution. Ultimately with 15 mos to my wedding I will find a way to make the dress work. All the other staff at tulle besides the owner were nice and positive, but the owner really made me feel horrible about myself and my body in what should be a welcoming environment for every bride.

I recently had an appointment at Tulle in Salem NH and the experience was everything I hoped it would be! We had so much fun! The salon was beautiful and the staff was kind and attentive.

My appointment with Tulle was amazing! Elizabeth took the time to understand what I was looking for and pull dresses before I got there, and then as I was trying on dresses she would pull more. She had such a good eye and I loved almost every dress I tried on. I ultimately went with the first dress I had tried (which she had picked). She spent a long time with me and I didnt feel rushed at all. Would definitely recommend going to Tulle!

I would not recommend. Limited modern dresses, most were outdated and low quality material. The consultant asked during the appointment whether I was going to actually buy a dress that day, when it was my first time trying on dresses. Felt pressured to find a dress that day. The place felt outdated, unhappy with my experience.

I didnt even have an appointment and wasnt planning on being able to get into Tulle but the employees were so accommodating and happily brought me over from the Brides Across America shop. It was an absolute pleasure having Rita help pick out the perfect dress for me! I was very anxious about shopping for a dress! I was worried Id focused on one type of gown for too long, what if that type didnt look good on me, what about price... the whole nine yards. Not to mention worrying about ordering a dress during the time of COVID19 and what if we ordered and it had to be delayed? Cancelled? Then I met Rita and was BLOWN away! She listened to my wants and needs, took careful note of dislikes, and made me feel really comfortable and safe when I discussed parts of my body I wasnt comfortable with without making me feel ashamed for having such a concern! She pulled gowns that were all to my taste, and the 2nd one was the one! I knew immediately, but we wanted to try on more just to see (and have more fun) but we all knew...the catch? I had requested that specific gown...but it was $1k over budget! Rita brought the designer representative over, who saw how in love I was with the gown, and shared with us a lovely (and funny) story behind the design. As I tried on other gowns, I knew that was the one, and I could see Rita and Terry (the rep) running around talking to Heidi and other members of the team. As Im in tears on the pedestal praying and hoping, Rita comes to me and says they can give me the sample, even though its a new dress, and I can take it for a price point at my budget! I immediately burst into tears. It felt like the whole store came together for me to have this moment, and I felt so supported by these strangers... Ive never had a better shopping experience in my life. I am so touched by how thoughtful and helpful the staff at Tulle was, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for wedding dresses or other wedding wear! Support small businesses, because they make the more special experiences.

I walked into Tulle 7-8 weeks before my wedding day completely full of anxiety and panic that I had a dress at home I didn’t love! I didn’t know if trying on more dresses would give me clarity or if it would make me feel worse. The consultants and owner were so helpful and understanding of my situation even though it’s a story they had probably heard many times before. I felt like everyone working that day was somewhat involved and invested in me finding my dress and/or getting some clarity. Tulle has a great collection of dresses you can buy off the rack and I ended up finding the absolute dress of my dreams. It was an amazing experience and I appreciate it all!

Mixed feelings about tulle, they have a gorgeous dress selection and great prices but they bribe you to write good reviews about them all over the internet and give you a store credit for each review. But once you pick up your dress and pay the balance they completely ignore any credits you were supposed to have and won’t honor it.

I had an amazing experience at Tulle Bridal recently! My consultant, Rita deserves so much credit for her patience, kindness, effort, and most of all, expertise. She really took the time to hear my preferences and made me feel comfortable the entire appointment. I even felt like she genuinely wanted to get to know me and my personality so that she could make better suggestions. The dress I purchased suits me perfectly...she nailed it! I was the last appointment of the day on a Sunday afternoon, but never felt rushed or pressured. Rita showed myself and my crew the utmost respect the entire time we were there, allowing me to Facetime a few people who could not be there, adding a petticoat and veil to complete the vision for me, and patiently waiting for me to say yes to the dress! When deciding between two different dresses, this is when she really showed her expertise through her past history of designing dresses, by showing me which shapes and styles looked best on my body. I felt so pretty and comfortable in my gown, which ultimately lead me to realize it was the one! I would absolutely recommend Tulle to everyone I know!

Tulle was the 6th bridal salon I had visited and it was by far the BEST experience I have had in my wedding dress shopping ventures! Diana was so helpful and patient and down to earth, we really meshed well together. I also had the opportunity to meet one of the designer reps as well as Heidi the owner. Everyone made my mom and I feel so special, as if we were the only ones in the salon! Once I said yes to my dress they had the champagne waiting! Amazing experience at Tulle! This was my first time shopping for a dress and I didn’t know what to expect, but I definitely didn’t expect to find a dress. My consultant was very professional and really listened to everything I said and really took my family’s comments and suggestions into consideration as well. I felt like my experience was really personalized to me and my vision for my wedding. I also didn’t realize, the shop closed at 4 and I was there until 5:30 but they didn’t once make me feel rushed or even mention that they needed to close! (Sorry!!)! But I appreciate it so much because I left finding the dress of my dreams, and under budget!

There were so many choices of beautiful gowns from low end to high end prices. Something for everyone! My GF did indeed purchase a gorgeous gown that looked fabulous on her. This was the first dress appointment I made, and I found my dream dress! Its nothing like I imagined I would want, but Im in LOVE! Marissa was a doll and did such a great job helping me try on dresses and picking out ones close to the pictures I brought. I also got to pick a plastic Easter egg from a jar and got an extra discount on my dress! Tulle Bridal is a great place to go because they have so many options, dresses you can order, one-of-a-kind styles, discontinued styles...and they let my mom and sister attack the racks as well to help me!!!! I was coming off a terrible experience at another bridal shop and after 2 months of hassles, ended up with a dress altered about 4 inches too short 2 weeks before my wedding. Where Davids dropped the ball Tulle pick it up with excellence. I got an appt and was immediately greeted by Lauren smiling from start to finish. She sympathized with my stress and worked hard to resolve it. She is kind, easy going, and super down to Earth. She worked hard to pull dresses both in my price range and available in time for my terrifying 2 week window. I left within an hour with the dress of my dreams in hand! She even offered to give recommendations for seamstresses in the area. I cannot say enough great things about this store and experience! Please check it out they are a hidden gem!

Margret was amazing! I had no intention of buying a dress the day I came in. I was sure it was going to take me months to find the perfect dress. As I spoke to Margret, she exclaimed she had the perfect dress! And she did! My dress is of an exceptional quality and an affordable price. The boutique itself is very cute. All of the women working there were exceptionally kind. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Together they helped me create the perfect look for my wedding day. I would highly recommend Tulle!

My daughter is looking for a prom dress and we stopped into Tulle Bridal today. What a wonderful experience! She was treated like a princess and there were so many beautiful dresses, she had a hard time deciding. She will make her selection next week! I totally recommend shopping at Tulle for a prom dress especially if someone wants something different than what is in a traditional department store!

Be careful---their prices are a bit high---my daughters dress is beautiful, but, if we had done more research, we could have ordered it at a cheaper price. The exterior layer of the dress had some pulls in in and they werent willing to take off any money. Accessory charges were high, as well. Lovely shop, but do comparison shopping before you buy. Staff were courteous and friendly.

My sister purchased her wedding gown here....she was over the moon with the dress and was given wonderful service. I also ordered my maid of honor dress here, they were very helpful in expediting the order for me and the dress was beautiful. I also received wonderful service! I will be back when its my time to get a wedding gown!

Do not waste your time at this place. My sister and I arrived a bit late (5 mins) and they didn’t even really say hi. There was one consultant in the whole place and she was assisting another bride. After 10 minutes she went to go get another consultant in the back. We waited another 10 minutes for her to come out as we looked at the ugly selection of dresses they had. Their sample styles were in the worst condition I’d ever seen and were enormous. My consultant wasn’t helpful and instead was condescending. I tried to explain what I was looking for but she would bring me ugly dresses some $2000 over my budget. I also asked if I could put on the dresses myself without her in the room but she didn’t really respect my decision and mocked me instead. Overall terrible experience with ugly overpriced dresses in an ugly unappealing shop. The consultants are desperate to have you buy a dress and don’t really care about getting you what you want.

I had a great experience at Tulle Bridal! Katherine was so kind, funny, and helpful while I was trying on dresses. While I didnt find my dress there, I would recommend checking them out!

Well that was a big waste of time. After waiting 35+ minutes to be taken down to see the mother of the bride dresses, our consultant decided to tell us we couldn’t go down stairs and she would pull dresses for us.. After bringing out 3 dresses she thought it was good to tell us they had a sale and everything was about gone.. not sure why I wasn’t told that apon arriving. We will not be back and I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant mother of the bride dress experience.

I was hopeful after seeing pictures and reviews online, but was thoroughly disappointed. I did purchase a dress here, and after signing that I was responsible for the full amount of the dress the owner was incredibly rude to me. You bought the dress. Well you stood in it long enough. I was mortified.The dress came in and it only gets worse from here. At the initial appoitment I was told by my consultant, Rita, that I could pull together the low V in the front. I made it abudantly clear, that I didnt want to show a lot of cleavage on my wedding day and was told the multitude of ways I could alter the dress to fit my vision. The dress came in in my size, I owned it, and it was terrible. I was bubbling out of it and the consultant at that appointment told me how she wished she was my consultant originally, as she wouldnt have sold me this dress. She gave me a lot of advice on purchasing a dress, but it was too late. I was told to take it to a seamstress to see if they could alter it and I did- no good. Ill be selling the dress. I contacted Tulle and was reminded of all the advice I was given when I picked up the dress and was told they couldve helped me, but I took the dress from the shop. I was given the run around until I gave up.I strongly recommend going to an alternate shop. Dont waste your time or money at Tulle Bridal.

Awful experience and very unprofessional. My consultant, Heidi, had a way of making me feel like I was less of a bride than everyone else.Because of that, them not seeing me until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment (and having an attitude about me questioning how much longer I would have to wait) and so many other reasons I would never recommend Tulle or Heidi. Go to Christinas and see Donna- she was amazing!

Having wedding dress regret is feared by all brides! I am getting married in 4 months and I decided to check out Tulle bridal (just because)! I noticed all appointments were booked but I called and the lovely lady was able to squeeze me in! Once I arrived I explained to Marissa (bridal stylist) how I hated my dress and wanted try on a completly different dress and she happily helped me and geared me towards finding THE DRESS!! Never thought I would have this luck!! The dress fit like a glove and it is literally stunning on me!! Thank you Marissa for everything!! Seriously my angel!! she was very personable and soo friendly !!

I was really excited to make an appointment here after reading the amazing reviews about the staff and reasonably priced dresses. My mother and I drove the 45 minutes to get there and were met by our consultant. The consultant asked for the date of the wedding and when she realized the wedding was about 5 months away, her attitude shifted. She told me my selection was limited to whatever was off the rack and I couldnt even browse most of the store. Totally fair - I actually went to the store because the reviews raved about the off the rack options. I told her I understood I didnt have time to place a custom order and would browse what could be sold that day.Her next question was budget. I replied that I didnt want to go too far over $1000. Her response was Ok, well, Im not even going to show you anything on this side of the store. We will have to go to the charity side. My mother was slightly mortified to be told we werent even going to be able to look and we let the salesperson know that we could certainly go over $1000, even double, if necessary; just based on the reviews Id read, I actually thought $1000 was within range. This was my first visit to a bridal shop and I didnt know what to expect (Im not one of those brides who has been planning her wedding since childhood- not that there is anything wrong with that!).Instead of talking to me about ranges, she just brushed us off. I was really embarrassed and told her I felt like she was budget shaming me. At that point, I felt terrible about waiting too long to get a dress and then terrible about my budget. Generally terrible about being there and for letting this person make me have to hold back tears as an adult woman.I did eventually break down in tears and walk out, but I did try on a couple dresses first so the 45 minute drive wasnt a total waste for my mom. I actually found 2 off the rack dresses that fit perfectly and were about $1100. So available immediately and within my budget despite being told I needed to shop on the charity side. However, Tulles off the rack selections are DISGUSTING. Likely because the store is dirty. Rips, stains, missing buttons, armpit discoloration and musty smell. I totally understand that off the rack means there is some wear from regular trying on and youll need to dry clean it, but I couldnt believe someone would pay $1100 so a dress that looked like it was thrown on the floor and stomped on after every person tried it on.From the moment I walked in, I was shamed about waiting too long to find a dress and my budget. Tulle ruined my first dress shopping experience and nearly deterred me from going to another shop.Fortunately I found Vows in Watertown the next day where the sales team was AMAZING. So sweet and helpful. Assured me that they could look in their computer network to find a dress or do a rush order on any dress in the store. Their off the rack selection is also beautiful; they clearly care for their dresses and leave them wrapped to prevent them from getting dirty. They were truly the opposite of Tulle and I am so thankful for that. I found a beautiful brand new Watters dress that could be custom ordered and altered in time - for $1100! Same price as the sad ripped one (also a Watters) at Tulle.I ended up ordering the Watters dress I tried on at Tulle online (brand new with tags) for LESS THAN HALF the cost. It came in 3 days, is impeccable, and was so much cheaper! My advice is to skip Tulle and head to Vows or if you find something at Tulle, see if you can find it at the Designer Exchange & Bridal Salon website.

I first off would like to say that I had multiple people at my very large place of business recommend that I check out this Salon! This was the first and only bridal salon I went to. Usually I am very picky with my dresses and usually cannot make up my mind. For some reason any formal dress Ive ever worn has always been something that fit like a glove the moment I put it on and this appointment was no different. I had made an appointment earlier in the week and when I got there on a very busy Saturday the staff was still very friendly! At first I was in a side area but as soon as one of the other brides left I got to move to a beautiful and comfortable area with lots of lighting and mirrors and a nice place to sit for my mother and future-MIL. The stylist that helped me was very patient and we joked in the dressing room as we got in and out of dresses which made me feel more comfortable since I was stressed enough having both my mother and MIL in the same place at the same time. I thought I knew what I wanted but after many dresses and feeling like i wouldnt find the one I was looking for I believe Heidi the owner found the exact one that would do it for my Riviera Maya Beach wedding! The absolutely stunning Maggie Sottero and extremely light and aerie gown was absolutely perfect and fit me like a glove as if it was made for me. I took it as a sign and both my mother and MIL reactions affirmed my thoughts that this was the one. The stylist and owner completely made me up with the perfect veil and headband and bouquet. When I came to pick up my dress and veil 3 months later i didnt have the best memory and I actually ended up with the wrong veil through a communication error. When I called the Bridal Salon this morning Marissa was a godsend and said she would talk to the owner and they would fix it no problem. This Salon is soooo accommodating and is truly beautiful in such a quaint location! I will definitely be recommending my ever growing list of engaged friends to try this salon first!Thank you Ladies at Tulle Bridal!-Caley

I had an amazing experience this past Saturday shopping for my wedding dress at the Salem, NH location. My stylist, I believe her name was Bri, was so helpful and patient. This was my first time trying on dresses, I went in not knowing what kind of style I wanted, and I didnt bring any photos or anything to help her out, but she was incredible. She initially picked several dresses for me, and then we went through the racks together, I did say no to a lot of the dresses, and she was still so pleasant and nice I never felt any pressure at all. There was one dress I mentioned I kind of liked on the hanger but didnt really think Id like it on me, so I almost didnt try it, but she encouraged me to try it anyways, and it ended up being THE dress! I cant believe I almost passed it up! I am super thankful for her. The complimentary champagne toast with my mom and grandmother afterwards was so sweet. I highly recommend Tulle
