Cant say enough about the outstanding service my son and I recd from Janet and the team at Quality Car Care! My son was about to come home from playing collegiate summer ball in KS when his electronic power steering went out. The local Chev dealer was telling us two weeks to get the parts. Janet was able to work his truck into their already-full schedule, found the parts and had them shipped from Iowa and had all the repairs done within a couple of days so his trip was only delayed one day! She kept me completely informed and updated throughout the process and they did exactly what they said they would at the price they had quoted. Overall, we had a great customer experience!

Quality Car Care is more than just their business name it is displayed in who they are. The quality of car they showed me and my daughters is immeasurable. Not only did they work us into their completely booked schedule(because we were passing through town and they wanted to get us back on the road as quickly as possible)they treated us like we were family. It was definitely a scorcher this particular day and they came and picked us up before the tow truck arrived they also cooled us off with a sweet local favorite treat. The kindness and compassion shown by QCC’s staff is like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. We had a good relationship with the previous auto repair business and wondered about the new company when the previous retired. No issues. We were on our way from Dallas to Kansas City. Our Cadillac broke down near Emporia with my 9-month pregnant wife, so we were towed to El Dorado. It was a Friday and most auto mechanics were closed by 6 p.m. until Monday! Others were too busy to provide service. We had to search the next town over for a mechanic; enter Kent and his team. They diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the failed ALTERNATOR in less than an hour. We didn’t make it to the wedding in Kansas City, but Kent and his team saved the day for an affordable price.

Good shop, a little pricey, but honest and they get you your car back pretty quick. They do quality work!

What a breath of fresh air to find this car repair shop. Located in Andover, KS just a few mile east of high prices and less than honest shops in Wichita, KS.I took my Mother-in-laws car here on a recommendation from the community she lives in and was not disappointed that I did. They are very honest in what your car needs and they will not try to sell you something that you dont need.Like I said earlier, it was a breath of fresh air to find this little jewel. I was told that I needed a complete front end. Tie rods, steering gear box, ball joints, drag link, pitman arm. Etc. I knew I had no clunks in the front end and I had checked for loose ball joints and tie rods. I was never shown the reason why they came up with telling me I needed to complete front end. My vehicle only has 66,000 mi. So I was scared off. Never to return. I went and got a second opinion and turned out that I needed universal joints on the four-wheel drive front end. On each side. On something that severe I believe that someone should grab the customer up and say heres whats going on with your vehicle. And show him/or her everything that is wrong. I was not. I felt like I was going to be taken for a big Repair bill..

These folks are so kind and caring. They take great care of three generations in our family. My mom swung by in a panic to get a wiper issue resolved before I left on a road trip an hour later and was so relieved to have a simple immediate fix! You can always count on them! Great people. Honest mechanics!!

Had a flat tire on a super hot day. Id never been here before but they got me right in, educated me on my options and put me back on the road quickly. A family run business taking care of customers at its finest!!!

My car had the engine service light on. I call Nissan of Wichita, they want to charge me $180 just to take look to see if there is any problems. I when to quality car care, they fixed my service engine light to off and let me know there is really no problems. and They changed my car oil. All this service they only charge me $48.00. Great and honest peoples, customers service awesome. Saved me a lot of $$$.

They did a good job on my brakes. I was kind of upset with the way my car was parked when I picked it up though. Thats really the only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5. It may not seem like a big deal but it bothered me because it portrays carelessness. I would post a pic but its not giving me the option to.

The worst place to take your car. They dont give proper estimates, they dont inform you upfront about charges for diagnostics or tell you what and when the are doing something to your car. I came in to check an antifreeze leak and the lady at the counter had told my husband that there would be absolutely no charge for the check but when we came to pick the car back up not only was my car not waiting for me outside but she had deliberately lied to my husband and he had to pay $50 for the check that she had told him there would not be a charge for. I recommend expert auto at either location in Wichita because not only do they update you on what they are doing but follow through with their estimates or quotes before doing work to said car.

New brakes and oil change today, felt the price was very fair. My front fender had a couple clips that were broken and it wasn’t attached very well. They put a new clip on and fixed it for me, without me even mentioning it. Noticed it was fixed when I got home. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change.

I was hoping to solve my wheel bearing problem at as little cost as possible, being relatively broke, so I bought the relevant bearing myself and removed the steering knuckle from my car myself in order to save on shop labor costs. I dont own a hydraulic press, and thats where Quality Car Care comes in.Counter guy took pains to explain to me that the bearing I bought was inferior. It cost me $11 on RockAuto. The one he sells costs $65. Pretty clear whats going on there, but it doesnt bother me; hes gotta sell his products, its part of how he makes a living.As it turned out though, it didnt matter. Through what I can only guess to be a sloppy press setup, he trashed the flange on my spindle, forcing me to purchase a new flange and bearing from him (I am unable to do without a car during the workweek.) There goes my cell phone bill for this month.He gets the replacement parts to his shop and installed fairly quickly, to his credit. Unfortunately, I dont notice until I get home that hes somehow managed to crush the strut pinch, making it impossible to put the steering knuckle back on my car.It took two trips back to the mechanics shop to get the thing bent back enough to go back on the car. He torched it, and pried on it. The pinch bolt hole is marred pretty badly, and the strut isnt sitting flush in the pocket anymore, but it at least fit back together.Never ever going to this shop for anything again.
