Vin, the owner of C&K Appliance is truly a disgrace of a human being. After spending nearly $7,000 on appliances I informed him that the handle kit that his employee ordered for my paneled refrigerator was both the wrong size and the wrong shape. At first he told me to bring it by the showroom and he would refund the amount of the handles but didnt want to order me the correct ones instead telling me to order them online -- I had zero issue with this, thanked him and said I would be right over (I live a quarter mile down the street) -- not a minute later he calls me and tells me to hold off on coming down and told me that I was the one who told them to order the wrong handles (1st lie - multiple emails confirming his employee chose the handles based on the specs of the fridge and he couldnt possibly have verified that in 60 seconds anyway) -- rather than waiting, I drove the 2 minutes to the showroom at which point Vin lost his mind. There wasnt a single rational sentence that came out of his mouth as he almost immediately started swearing at me for even showing up. He continued to get extremely aggressive with me as I pressed him to do the right thing and simply take the brand-new, still boxed handles back (which were around $300). With another customer in the showroom he proceeds to call me a *bleeping* liar repeatedly while yelling over me each time I tried to speak. I told him that he and his business were a joke if he isnt even willing to accept a $300 return to a customer who just spent $7,000 -- at this point Vin gets in my face and says did you see that car outside? That car is worth more than you make in a year and I have 6 more of them at home just like it --- Vin is just a pitiful excuse for a man -- if you have any pride at all you will not give that chiseler your business.

The process of renovating our kitchen has not been an easy one. We had issues with the flooring and kitchen contractors. However, Vins assistance through C&K Appliance Supply shined above the rest. He was very understanding of what we were looking for and for helping us get the best deal possible. I would highly recommend C&K and plan to return if other appliance needs arise!

I am shocked and dismayed to have the owner of the company named Vin shouting swears at me over the phone. He then hung up on me and had the gall to call back and argue but I demanded he apologize. He then attempted to dominate the conversation only to lose his temper and swear profusely again. He then sent a passive aggressive note to my wife’s phone after I blocked his calls. He is a lowlife and should be avoided.He listed in item on craigslist at a price clearly described as its final price. I drove over an hour towards his establishment and then he attempted to add $40 sales tax. The explosion came after I drew attention to this detail. He unloaded on me with expletives.He was incapable of speaking two sentence without losing all composure and cursing at me again. After he called to insult me a second time. It is an understatement to say he was completely unwilling to honor his listed price. Our conversation never approached alternatives or compromises; he simply lost all control. I have filed all appropriate channels on Craigslist, BBB, Yelp, and here on Google. I sincerely hope this review will help those of you looking for a trustworthy business interaction.He called me swearwords I do not care to repeat.There are many people selling appliances and I would say almost would be friendly, polite, they do not yell and scream; they are motivated to get a sale. I encourage you reading this to find such a seller elsewhere . If my interaction was this terrible before handing him my money, imagine what you might go through if you need service or returns or some otherwise standard assistance.Buyer beware.

We were very happy with C&K Appliance! Vin was very accommodating, informative, and personal to work with. He pointed us in the right direction with all our new appliances and we were very happy in the end. Cant beat his prices!!

We bought three appliances here on the recommendation of our contractor. I wished we hadnt. They specialize in GE appliances so there is a limited selection. The owner was very insistent that we buy models he recommended and we had to insist on the ones we wanted. I had the feeling he was steering us to higher priced items.They do not handle delivery. The company they subcontract with are expensive. They were careful when they delivered the refrigerator but they left with the doors improperly adjusted, and a garage full of cardboard.The first time we used our convection/microwave the door failed to open when the oven was hot. That is when I found out that they have no service department. Were on our own.So Im sorry we went there. We paid more than full price for poor service, and an appliance that doesnt work right. We should have gone to Barrons Appliances in NH.

Vin and the team at C&K were great to work with and provided us with the appliance we had hoped to make our new kitchen a great place to cook in.Had one item delivered with an issue and they had someone out within the week to resolve.

C&K went above and beyond our expectations, providing exceptional quality products and amazing customer support throughout the buying and installation process. Kudos to Dave Clarke who was a pleasure to work with throughout the job.
