I ordered a bedroom set from this company nearly a month ago. I received the mattress and bed frame in a timely manner, however I was told that I would need to wait about a month for the rest of my bedroom set because it was not in stock. May 15th was the supposable date for arrival on one of my dressers June 15th was the estimated date on the other. Today, I called to check in with the company to see if the dresser had arrived seeing as how NO ONE contacted me to let me know if it had or not. First and foremost, this company LOST my invoice and could not find my name in their system (odd???? I just made this purchase about a month ago) then asked me if I still had my invoice, which I do because I suspected that something was a little off. The guy informed me that my item had arrived (that would have probably sat there for only God knows how long if I wouldnt have called). I asked for them to deliver this item as I have already paid $100 for the delivery and set up fee. We scheduled for my furniture to be delivered at 2pm today, they wanted me to send my copy of my invoice via text which was fine, I am okay with doing this but I am at work AT THE MOMENT. I get a call from Hoosier Mattresses and I am told that until I send my copy of the invoice they will not deliver my item. I do not believe that as a customer that came into your store and paid $2,000 for a bedroom set and waited a month to receive it that I should be held responsible to show my copy of my invoice because your company has oddly lost all of my records from barely even a month prior. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and I am completely unsatisfied. Poor communication, poor customer service skills and HORRIBLE organization skills. Would not recommend to anyone.

Really friendly staff. Told him what I was looking to spend and he gave us a really good deal. Didnt try to get me to spend more. Relatively slow day so we were in and out within 30 minutes and headed home with our new bed, pillows & bed frame.

The gentleman working tonight was very helpful in explaining the difference between the mattresses and what would be a good fit our comfort level and also withstand the height and weight of my husband who is 6ft 5 in and 265 lbs in weight. This will be our 3 rd mattress in 2 years and I hope this one lasts longer than 6 months!

Would be nice if opened on the time advertised. Stopped on a Saturday says open at 1100. No one was there, waited awhile and called number. No response. Guess we’ll take our business elsewhere.

Horrible sales practices that make used car salesmen look good. When we found the same exact mattress $100 cheaper online and tried to cancel, they charged us a 15% “restocking” fee for a mattress that never left their store. It is solely meant to punish any customer who finds a better deal. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
