Ease of rentals, When I call for a piece of equipment I never have any issues getting what we need.

The customer service team was extremely helpful. The rig showed up on time and anytime I needed assistance it was prompt and very friendly.

Ive worked here for 11 years and we have had the same sells guy wiyh yall and he has always done his best to get us what we need when we need it and always answers the phone and gets the product to us when we need it

Prompt service and quality equipment

They may offer fine equipment and service. I was not able to get past the automated system. Whatever you want, choose a number. No matter what it is, you are shoved hard to do it online. No chance to speak to a person, thats too expensive. Ill shop elsewhere.

Great people

The local company where we were working ran out of propane for their forklift. They said go to united rentals. I went in to ask for propane refill and they acted like I was nuts for asking and really didnt seem too friendly about it.apparently they said they used to do it. Sunbelt down the street has propane though.
