Had an amazing deal on dvd’s when I visited

Disgusting place. WHEN THEY SHOW YOU THE EBAY SEARCH ITS A SCAM! THEY ARE SHOWING YOU LISTINGS SOLD FOR PARTS ONLY! Refuses to pay any more than 1/10th of market value. I feel sorry for the sad sorry people who got conned out of all of the nice things they have on their shelves.

You can purchase good quality items that are just like new at great prices stop in!

Yo... these folks wanted to give me just $60 for a 10 ounce silver bar. Spot is @ $24 right now so thats way below average. Im not hard up for cash, even if I were, $60 for 10 ounces of silver is a rip off.

I used to love this place. Took my laptop there multiple times when in a pinch. Took my Apple Watch in today and was told that they didn’t loan against apple products. They then proceeded to tell me that people can sign into apple products without having them. When I explained that was impossible, they proceeded to argue with me. Don’t loan me that’s fine, but don’t give out bogus information that is completely false. I have worked for apple and have an IT degree. Ow that I know they are liars, won’t be trusting them with my gaming laptop again.

Me and my husband come in here all the time they are great people that really try to make your experience good even if they cant take your item they will try and refer you to a place that will, they always greet you with smiles, I really enjoy going to this pawnshop. THEY ACTUALLY CARE about your situation and try to help you.

All the folks that work at KT do their best to help you out. They try to be fair and explain things bluntly so you can understand. They are family owned and you can tell that they care about the locals. Good people and a great environment. Only pawn shop I go to.

Decent place, the staff are very friendly, good prices, I usually only buy movies and video games from there though but I bought a couple different things from there before. They dont really check movies or video games like they should to make sure that theyre in good shape when someone sells those items to them. One movie I bought from there was really scratched up and unplayable. I also bought a VCR/DVD combo player once for a friend of mine from there and it only worked for a week

This pawn shop is just a licensed thief. The merchandise is overpriced. God forbid if you ever need a loan! They underpay you the value of your items by over75% go anywhere but here.

Apart from 3 years of solid customer relations the only complaint I’ve had I now must turn a blind eye to. I take nothing personal in business, so when the owner of KT takes the time to give me a call to straighten out my discord... whether I agree or not I respect it. KT has been a 5 star with me from the start of our relationship until now (I strictly buy), but when a great deal collapsed a couple of days ago on a faulty scooter I was unhappy with a push to either buy it as is or hit the road. The owner and I just got off the phone and although I do not agree with the context I always honor a straightforward approach. He offered to renegotiate the collapsed deal with me in person this afternoon. I love that. I still have a wrench in my gears about dropping a 5 star (these scooters are $625 new, not $900) and on the grounds of principle I have to take my money elsewhere. However, if it does not run WELL, don’t try to negotiate... just walk. Money talks in every conversation and scooters for sale on the cheap are rampant in Anderson. Still, although I have to partner with another vendor moving forward, on average KT is a 4 star minimum. Customer Service techs are A1

I went in to this location looking for a small chain saw. Was treated very well and ended up with a very nice Stihl product.

Ive had a great experience every time Ive visited. Bought new and used items and they are always willing to negotiate on price. I have never left unsatisfied and theyve made a repeat customer out of me with their new location.

I love the customer service here. Once I noticed a price on a tablet was full retail value and I knew that because I sell them at my job. I was there for a completely different reason, but mentioned to them the price was too high for a used tablet, when they sell brand new for the same. She researched the price dropped it by $40, and then took $10 off my charges for pointing it out to them. Stating that no wonder it wasnt selling, it would have sit there forever. She remember a customer was looking for a tablet at the price she dropped it to and knew that it would sale day now. Awesome place, awesome staff!

These guys dont even deserve one star, they deserve NO stars. Dont waste your time even going to this pawn shop. They are EXTREMELY RUDE, they have VERY POOR customer service and their prices are CRAZY HIGH! You would be better off paying retail prices and just buying the stuff new! I wont be going back there ever again...if it wasnt for Allans being closed a half hour early today, I wouldve went there instead!! The lady in there told me to leave and all I was doing was trying to ask her a question...how rude!!!

My wife took a white gold diamond bracelet into this place to pawn it and they told her it was fake! So she took it to Allans Jewelry & Loan, they gave her a loan of like $300 on it. I suggest if you want to pawn something, DO NOT go there! And Allans is the best pawn shop in Anderson and surrounding area!

Don’t waste your time here, go to Alan’s down the road. My husband just needed to pawn a couple of impacts for a loan to get us through to payday and they offered him $80 for a set thats worth over $900. They have no idea what they are talking about here or what they are doing. It’s new and a few mins closer down the road so we thought we’d try it. Told them no way and went to Alan’s who instantly offered $250 for the set. We didn’t even need that much! I’m telling you, don’t waste your time here!

Prices are going up by the week but u can still find decent things for good prices if you try

Not professional what so ever! First time there, greeted like I was a nuscance and treated as such through entire exchange. Left thinking if this is how pawn shops do business Im not interested. Drove to Allans and was treated amazing. Save your breathe, time, and money drive a mile to Allans.

I wouldnt recommend ppl to do business here.You can find better deals at better pricing in other establishments without the ego or the attitude.

Went in today and was looking at a epiphone les paul. Same model as the one i have.Price was $299.00 the pickups and bridge all scratched up and someone taped off the binding on the body and gave it a very bad paint job. I asked if he would take less for it and he tried to pass it off as a studio. I know my les pauls and when i pointed it out he tried to say it was a custom shop until i told him how to identify it . i also pointed out you can buy a new one for about $350Best he could do was 225.The guy wasnt very personable. About as dry as a popcorn fart. They had some decent prices on other things but the musical instruments they have no clue what they are doing. I wont be returning. This place is a joke.

I brought a 52 tv and they said they would only pay $90 for it. I asked her what kind of progit margin she was expecting to make as the tvs they have for sale that are similar are in thr range of $400-$550 and she told me to leave and not come back wouldnt let me say another word to her just plain rude. I bought a saw from them a few years back and i went to use it and it immediately broke but they have a 3 day return policy. Basically that means their stuff is broken already.
