From the minute you walk in, The greeting you receive makes you feel youre with friends and hearing examination was conducted so well Ive been speaking with others about it constantly. Afterwards an valuation was made and I spoke with another gentleman his demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and empathy left me feeling I was in good hands after speaking with him for almost a half hour, I received more knowledge about my situation than I ever knew existed. He helped me to understand the depth and the ramifications of my condition and want to I could expect to improve. I would highly rate this office and give them five stars across-the-board

After my post regarding my dissatisfaction with Miracle Ear,I received a call from a district manager or higher up from Miracle Ear. He was very kind and considerate and actually had a way to replace the HA and make things right. I believe in communication and my post caused this to happen. Speaking up is not a bad thing. IThank you Mr. Odum. I feel much better about my situation and about Miracle Ear.
