The employee was very helpful on the phone. They answered all my questions and allowed for me to email the documents over to be printed. Price was good, quality better and the speed and efficiency was a dream. I will be using this business from now on.

GET THIS.....I had to fill out a stack of very important papers and send them to the Social Security Office in Sacramento, and I had to send them in before the deadline. So, I filled out these papers, about ten to be exact. And it took me two days to get all the information together in order to fill these papers out. After getting these papers filled out, in order to get them turned before the deadline I faxed them in. I took them to a place called Copy Cats in Anderson and it cost me almost ten dollars to fax all of these papers. They gave me a receipt, and a confirmation number showing that in fact the papers were faxed.I thought great I got that done, took a sigh of relief and went home and threw the papers and receipt in the trash. I shouldnt have. And usually I dont throw such things out, but I did this time thinking I was done with it.The garbage man came the next day and halled off the garbage.Well today the Social Security Office called me and asked me why I faxed them a bunch of blank pieces of paper. The Social Security Office is upset with me now because they think I am trying to pull a something over on them.AURGUE! Then I realized that I paid almost ten dollars to have Copy Cats fax these important papers and they only faxed blank pages.Anyway, I went into Copy Cats today and explained what happened and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and that they cant even give me my money back.I have posted this on Facebook too.

This place was outstanding they got right on the work i needed done although they had difficulty sending fax problem was not thete fault it was the recieving end they c opp ntined sending until job was completed and. Then called me to let me know all was done would highly recomend this company for all your business needs thumbs up
