I went in today looking for a new pair of glasses and found a pair I really liked. I do not have insurance so Michelle and Nicole were tremendous help with getting my glasses ordered, and even helped get the total cost down for me. I will definitely come back to Heartland again!

Best Eye center I’ve ever been to. Took care of me when I got a small piece of metal stuck in my eye. Dr. Hales and her team are kind and good at what they do.

Great place!!! My family and I have been going here for a few years. Dr. is always very throw with the examines and the ladies are always very helpful plus make sure all your needs and expectations of your new glass are perfect. Strongly recommend them.

Kristen and the other ladies on the staff are very friendly and helpful and the optometrist on staff was very informative. Ive worn glasses for 32 years and contacts for 5, and actually learned some new things I didnt know before! Great place and great service. I have been involved with Heartland Vision for close to 30 years, (I started when it was Optiview). I have always been treated professionally by all the opticians who work there. All the gals are very helpful, friendly and always make sure I am satisfied with my glasses. If you are looking for an optical practice, I would highly recommend Heartland Vision!

Literally the BEST optometrist I’ve ever been to. They closed down and opened back up and I came back the doctor is amazing and all the office ladies are wonderful too !! Kristen is my FAV human being !!! Her energy and happiness is everything !! I loveeee her !!

Very rude front office staff. I just wanted to confirm my insurance would cover the eye exam as BCBS is listed on their website. The lady on the phone claimed to have no idea what Blue Cross Blue Shield even was, said she couldn’t help me, and if I wanted further details I would just need to come into the office.

I had a great visit today 6/27/19. All those that assisted me were awesome; friendly, helpful and kind!

We have been going to them over 25 yrs.Love the Dr.and the girls are like family.They are all very friendly.Would not go no where else.

I bought my last pair of glasses here and I was very disappointed! I paid extra for scratch resistant lenses and within about 2 months they were full of scratches even though I had taken good care of them and only cleaned them with the cloth they gave me. I had them sent back in to have them fixed and when I got them back they were fine and after wearing them for about 2-3 months they were all scratched again. I will not buy glasses here again.

Very disrespectful despite my open apology for being rude and short they went for a donut run in the middle of my appointment and ate it in front of me while I waited. Never go there unless you like be treated like a leper.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a doctors office. Waited for over an hour. Before being seen them another 30 min waiting on picking out glasses. Prices where good just the wait was horrible.....
