Stopped in for the first time, and was very impressed when I walked in. The two guys that were working there were super nice. The coffee tasted great.... I had a mocha with Macadamia nut milk. I really enjoy the little patio seating out back. It is very clean, very organized, and the employees gave great customer service. Talking to them was like talking to my brother. I loved it! Definitely worth the drive of around 40 minutes.

The coffee was good and hosting local artists is a big plus! There are light baked goods for sale. The staff behind the counter seemed a bit distracted or lost? It took them an excessive amount of time to ring me up (I bought a latte and a sticker) and I had to repeat my order 4 times. I did not get the vibe that he was new but that he was just not paying attention, possibly high.The bathrooms are immaculate and the dining room is cozy and very inviting.

Passing through town and stopped in for some caffeine. The coffee was pretty great, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Keep this shop around for the next time I’m in town. :)

One of the best iced lattes Ive had. The bagels were well done too. The space was clean and the staff was engaging. Id be willing to drive out of my way for this shop.

Best place in town to get coffee or tea! It’s so cozy and welcoming, and the outside seating is so lovely with beautiful plants and comfortable chairs. Plus, you can purchase neat items from local artists as they definitely support the local community. The baristas are friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick! The lavender tea is amazing. It’s a great place to come and meet friends, have a business meeting, or to come and read or study. Support local!!

This is a small coffee shop in Anderson. Whitney prepared a customized Shot in the Dark and it was good. This is not a large place - /maybe/ 30 people could fit - but the table array was just right - cozy without being too cozy. A good rapport with customers was reflected by the crowded bulletin board, filled with announcements of coming musical events, local advertisements, and a few drawings by young fans of the store. The coffee is good! There are also teas but I cant comment on that, having just gotten the coffee. The menu is a bit more diverse than the main board makes it seem.

I love Jackrabbit! Im not a big coffee fan but I always enjoy their lattes (just enough milk and syrup to balance the coffee taste and never too sweet!) There is also always non-dairy options and most syrups are vegan. Also some vegan prepackaged oatmeal options. There are also always cute goods and merchandise scattered around the front of the store and they are often locally sourced!

Not to sound weird and spiritual or anything but this place just has an amazing energy about it.One time I did a guided meditation and it asked me to imagine that I’m in a place where I can feel totally relaxed, and I ended up thinking about Jackrabbit coffee.If you want to feel like the main character while doing your homework you should definitely grab a latte here and get to work. Not only is the ambiance good but the coffee is high quality and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

I was here on Saturday afternoon and ordered a pour over coffee for $4. The place looks great, nice and quiet when I was there, the service was polite and timely. I got the drink in an acceptable amount of time. I got in the car and took off letting the drink cool. When I finally took a drink it tasted like mildew. I couldnt even drink it. My guess is the tag used to clean the pour over was old and mildewy. Ive done this at home before. I will try it again some time, but it was a bit disappointing.

Great little coffee shop, right in downtown Anderson. This Modernized space has cool toned walls, and dark wooded floors. I had the Iced Coffee- it was better than other places I have tried!! I will definitely be back, hope to see you there!

As a coffee geek, Jackrabbit is the only coffee shop in the Pendleton/Anderson area that serves high quality, specialty coffee. The baristas actually love coffee (which seems obvious, but many shops hire people who don’t love it), and they are trained well.

Local business with drinks as good or better than the national people. Nice place to sit down.

Had a pour-over coffee and bruschetta pastry. Both were outstanding. Ordered chocolate and strawberry pastries for the office which got rave reviews. Very friendly service. Easy to get in and out and ample parking in lot. You wont be disappointed

Came here for my first time today and I WAS IN LOVE! The staff was so welcoming and really helpful in finding a drink that is delicious! And the environment is great. Its a wee bit small so you get cozy with the other customers if its during a busy hour, but everyone is really nice and friendly! Definitely coming back, maybe again this week!

Locally owned and decided to check it out. The coffee was very good and plan to revisit and try other drinks. Hard to find good coffee shops like this and not pricier than Starbucks.

I love this place so much. Everything Ive had has been great here. My ride or die drink though is a chai latte with cardamom syrup added and its just like a warm hug in a cup. Then when warmer weather comes around they bring back the lavender iced tea and my soul is renewed.

Such a good roast and multiple dairy alternatives. Friendly staff, too! We will be back!

Great tasting coffee!

Have enjoyed my visits here, nice atmosphere. Just disappointed by recent experience, ordered a unique iced tea of two offered that day. One sip and I tasted cough syrup (to me). Asked if I could change, had no clear response, so I left it on the counter, assuming theyd trade it out. After 10 min of nothing, I went back to counter to discover they dont do that. I was SO surprised, first time EVER had a restaurant not immediately want to exchange to a good alternative for the customer. Owner came in, I approached him courteously to say I was very surprised by that policy, and he told me they have too many customers take advantage. What does that mean? Drinking a coffee then saying they didnt like it? Hair in the drink? I didnt drink the whole tea then want a replacement. It wasnt a coffee with lots of ingredients, it was an iced tea that prob cost $.35 to make, and I paid $4 (no refills). I hadnt demanded a replacement, I was just so shocked by the policy. You got my $4 but I havent been back, havent decided if I will, so you may lose me along with the friends I wouldve asked to meet there. Wish you had a different way to keep from getting taken advantage of, which when you explain it basically implies thats what I was doing.

I dont drink coffe, but hubby does. A local politician bought him a cup of coffee and me a soda( the root beer they sell is great!) and we discussed politics with the attendees. Ben is doing a great job!

Great place close to where I live. The remodeling they did is excellent including the restroom. They play music better than any other place in town. Of course the latte and other drink offerings are as good as most places.

Their new shop is lovely. Knowing what the shop looked like prior and to what they transformed it into, just wow. This isn’t your typical coffee place with sugary, frozen drinks. This is a place for true coffee lovers. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The flavor choices are so unique and from what I believe, homemade. It’s a great touch to Anderson. Look forward to many trips back.

I just want more. I respect that they are being coffee purists, but really. I need pastries and flavors and options. I need some thing to pacify my kids with or else, realistically, I can only make it here once a month. I will be back, because the French press was creamy and perky, but I would visit way more frequently if there was more of a menu.

The drip coffee, house blend?, Was bold and bright clearly has a caffeine content. Remember that medical science now promotes coffee as a healthy drink in moderation. Jackrabbit coffee is better than McDonalds and costs less than Starbucks. It is in my opinion the best value in ATown.

This place has been consistently fantastic every time I visit. The baristas are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the coffee is always wonderful. Admittedly Im a bit of a coffee snob, and even I cant recommend it highly enough. When you go you must try one of their specialty syrups. They are absolutely delicious. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Solid specialty coffeeshop with a pleasant atmosphere. Served local roasters on the slow bar which surprisingly included French Press as well as a pour-over (they use Hario drippers); the Tinker Ethiopian natural process I had was quite fruity, just what I was looking for. I was disappointed that I asked for my coffee in a non-paper cup and wasnt able to get it that way, but besides that I dont have any serious complaints. Loved how the artwork in the store is sold to benefit a local women and childrens shelter.
