I went with my son (who is 29, but wanted mom to see his new-to-him car) to the dealership. My son was unfamiliar with the way things work when making a large purchase. The salesman was absolutely wonderful with calling and finding a solution to the issue. I feel like they went above and beyond what a normal dealership would have done. The problem was solved and my son got his car. It was a great experience.

Good deal on a truck I got the salesman acted nice before we got it and after we got it didnt seem too caring. Took them forever to do title work could hardly get a answer I would call 3 times a day and wouldnt get a call back for days. Getting ahold of the gm was a absolute pain. And I know they dragged their feet on the title work my dad bought a car 2 weeks after me somewhere else and got it back before I did

Live an hour and 15 minutes away from the dealer and scheduled an appointment to see a vehicle. They confirmed that I would be able to see the appointment and it was ready for me to see the jeep when I pulled up. When I got into the parking lot they told me that they sold the car while I was driving there. They dont care that I had to drive an hour and 15 minutes, do not go to this dealer theyre untrustworthy and they dont care who they sell to and they dont care if you schedule an appointment.

My wife and I went to Redwood Automotive to Purchase our first vehicle together and could not have been happier with the experience. From the time we first contacted them about the, now ours, 2018 Ford Escape, they gave us great service. They answered our call and when we arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for us to test drive. Austin and Jake helped us with setting up the test drive and then finalizing the purchase of the vehicle. They did most of the busy work with setting up the loan approval for it as well. It was a no stress, hassle-free environment. We did not feel pressured to buy at all, unlike some of the other dealerships that we had visited. On top of all of this, the price of the vehicle was more than fair and they took the time to explain what out payment options were. Austin also delivered the car to us, we live in Mooresville IN so the drive was roughly one hour and fifteen minutes with little traffic. To top it off, the gas tank was full and the inside of the car interior was spotless. If you are in the market for a new car for you or your family, Redwood is absolutely a place that you need to go. We could not have been more pleased with our experience.

I was on a time crunch & budget crunch to get a very specific vehicle (low mileage, lower budget, newer year, low maintenance). Aaron & I spoke on the phone numerous times about the vehicle. He even texted me with photos of some small paint imperfections before we made the two hour drive. There was terrible traffic on our way & we arrived 20 minutes after closing, but he was patient, understanding, & we did not feel rushed AT ALL. They worked with us on the price & were respectful, not at all pushy for us to purchase. We walked away with a wonderful price & a wonderful vehicle. Very good if your looking for a used car . Family owned and EVERYONE is extremely nice. Most dealerships take about 4-5 hours on average to finish everything. Went in test drove the vehicle and took about an hour an half to finish everything and I was on my way. Very impressed.

I bought a 2015 Malibu from Aaron , it was a great car , I had no credit at all , he still found me a lender...I used that 1st loan to build my credit so when I crashed that Malibu I came back , with my own lender this time around & bought a 2004 Jaguar from Austin who kept it 100 with me on the vehicle & made good on having the headliner replaced after purchase. Andrea was always friendly & they even do my oil for 40 bux all synth! Ive since sent my niece up there & my brother will be arriving soon. Id for sure spend with them again!

Great place to get your next vehicle

I would never go back to this place again, its all fine and good until theres issues with the car that youre trying to finance then suddenly theres nothing they can do about it, but if you pay to fix it then theyll reimburse you for the costs. They constantly contact you needing more information for their bank out of California that upon researching said bank they have some of the worst reviews themselves. Ive never had a loan that needed my phone to prove risk assessment and not to mention after they got my email I suddenly had flag alerts that my email was on suspicious sights from Experian. Ironically enough after submitting everything they requested then the owner calls demanding to have information already submitted to be submitted because it was never given to them. Also threatening to drive to another state to take the car back. This place is a joke of a dealer and I use that term loosely, I had a feeling after my niece got involved with them there would be trouble and I was right. I would NEVER suggest getting involved with this shady place to anyone. Warning steer clear of ripoff automotive.
