I add this, after buying I asked Craig what the noise was I was hearing, Craig said oh its nothing my car does the same thing. I took it to my mechanic and he was appalled that no oil change was no service at all. Just a car wash and detail. THE NOISE is The Water pump 600.00 plus because the timing belt has to be replaced and a complete flush of the radiator and engine. 😞👎 not as happy as I thought I was. Very discussed with Barts and I did a referral and got nothing as promised.

I bought my car from here a year ago and a month later after I purchased my vehicle. I referred someone and was told Id get a 50 dollar gift card and never received it. I had to immediately replace my brakes one week into having the vehicle because the noise it produced was incessant. The next week the battery on it died. Its not worth it. They also told me I could refinance my loan with my Lienholder and that was a complete lie. Do not work with this dealership.

Found a truck at Bart’s in Ft Wayne. Had minor issues they didn’t hesitate to fix after I bought it . Simple things like rotors and a sensor. Appreciated the fact they weren’t pushy salesman. Bought a truck from here and their list price was 30,000 and Internet sell price 26,000 once I purchased the truck they sold it to me at their list price so false Advertising. Got a vehicle from there two years ago come to find out right before signing all paperwork after they done ran my credit I was told had a rebuilt title.

Went there to look at vehicles about 30 before closing (according to website) and two people were in the detail garage. When were parked they clearly tried to hide from us. We walked the parking lot looking at cars and after no one came out to greet us, I went to the detail garage and asked if anyone was working. A guy came from his hiding spot and said they closed early due to covid 19. I said he couldve said something when he first saw us. Further into the conversation I learned why he was hiding. There was a strong scent of marijuana coming from that garage. He said to me Im off I said but youre still at work and thats unprofessional. I dont plan on coming back, Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Would not work with me on getting a vehicle. Only thing they had in my budget was a vehicle with nearly 200k miles on it for $4k and expected nearly half as a down payment with no safety inspection on it and tons of rust. Ask for the safety inspection before buying from here.
