On a Friday afternoon my Buick Terraza wouldnt start.Had it jump started. Got to Myers Autoworld one hour before closing. They took me in and found a bad cell in my battery.They replaced my battery and I was out of there in a half hour. They first told me they did not have time to check it out they were working on two other cars. Im 87 yrs. old and live alone and no way to get around. I am so glad that they were sensitive to my need. One happy customer!

Ive purchased/leased many new vehicles and have NEVER had an experience like this. Charles was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. It was very clear to me right from the start that the they focus on the customer experience and they do it very well. I was also very impressed on the speed of the process. Very impressive that within about 2 hours, I everything was done and I was driving away in my new Terrain. Nice work and will recommend for sure!

We had worked out most of the details out through calls/text because of my work schedule. After I purchased the vehicle, Nate gave me the most thorough walk through on all of the features of our new Terrain. He made sure our phones were connected and functioning properly. Nate is that dude! Loved the service I received. 1000x highly recommend!

Only thing I would change is that to see the options to add on to the truck and maybe a break down for the price to upgrade something. I was never offered a top for the back of my truck and was very interested in it. It was sign in go but, yet still waited 20 minutes to get inside the truck.

We were greeted and provided with all the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. Our salesperson, Joe, was new. He didnt immediately have the answers to our questions. He assured us he would obtain that information -- and he did.Charles, the manager, filled in all the gaps. He was supportive and understanding -- he was honest and forthright. This man is synonymous with integrity.I praised Joe for addressing me - and looking us in the eye. NOT a typical salesperson.It would have been nice to have been offered a beverage. We were there for 4 hours - and that would have been a nice to have.Also--- a bigger celebratory atmosphere when purchasing a vehicle. Its a big purchase - it affects many aspects of a persons life... and having a CELEBRATION would set Myers even further into a class of their own.

I woke up and was headed to work and my car started having issues. I had no idea what was happening so I called Auto World and talked with Brandy about it. She said she would send a tow truck out as soon as they could pick up my car and that they would pay $50 of the tow bill and I needed to pay the rest. I thought that was very generous as I didnt know that was a benefit of being a VIP member.The service team wasnt able to get to my vehicle until the next day but they had it done by noon and Brandy called me and let me know.Its never fun when you have to drop $1600 on a car repair, but the team made it as easy on me as possible. My car is running and the service was good so I am pleased with that.

Every person I interacted with was very kind and knowledgeable. They took their time to fully explain everything, which I truly appreciate.

I bought a used truck paid cash and 3 weeks later still no title; because it took them 2 1/2 weeks to even send the application for title into the state.On top of that the truck appeared to have a fluid leak before buying. They had their shop pull it in for inspection/repair before purchase. However their mechanics said they couldnt find a leak.It wasnt even a week after I bought it that I found a coolant leak. While having it repaired at a different dealership they also found that both engine oil coolant lines were leaking. These were the original area of concern before buying their certified pre-owned truck that they assured me was ok.Dont trust their maintenance shop they obviously arent qualified!

I took my husbands truck for an oil change. Staff was courteous and efficient. I was told it would take an hour but car was done in approx. 30-40 min.

I took my car to Myers for some body work. They worked fast and the Body guy Keith Carpenter did first rate work. Obviously I hope to not need this type of work again but if I do Myers Auto World and Keith Carpenter will get the job done fast and right.

The service department is great!We had an accident my 2018 Yukon was rear ended. We took it to the body shop there and talked to Jon.
